Technical Field
The invention relates to an oil squeezing device in the process of the steel rope core oil immersion technology, in particular to an oil squeezing device for rope cores with different diameters.
Background
The steel rope consists of an outer layer of steel wires and a central rope core, one of the main functions of the rope core is to ensure the lubrication of the steel rope, and the rope core is required to be immersed in oil. In order to ensure the oil immersion quality of the rope cores, an oil groove is arranged between the paying-off machine and the winding machine, and the single rope core is immersed in oil through the oil groove at a certain speed. After the wick comes out of the oil groove, excess grease on the surface is removed. The original oil squeezing method is to wind a fiber rope on the surface of the rope core after the rope core leaves the oil groove, fix two ends of the fiber rope, and pull the rope core to squeeze out superfluous grease on the surface of the rope core through a wire winding machine. Because the diameters of the rope cores are different, the fiber ropes with different diameters are replaced according to the rope cores with different diameters each time, the rope diameters are flattened in the oil extrusion process, the service time of the fiber ropes is not long, and fig. 1 is a traditional oil extrusion method and device.
Based on the defects, an oil extruder with rope cores of different diameters, also called a universal oil extruder, is redesigned to replace the fiber rope oil extruder. It is known that the universal oil extruder has not been reported in the industry.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an oil extruder with rope cores of different diameters, which replaces the original oil extrusion mode, and mainly comprises the following components: the device comprises a first oil squeezing roller, a bearing, a gear, a second oil squeezing roller, a bearing seat and a machine base, wherein semicircular arc grooves are formed in the roller surfaces of the first oil squeezing roller and the second oil squeezing roller by taking the surfaces as circle centers, the semicircular arc grooves are formed in the radiuses of rope cores, the semicircular arc grooves are formed in the surfaces of the oil squeezing rollers continuously and symmetrically around the maximum and minimum radiuses of the rope cores, and the two oil squeezing rollers are symmetrically installed side by side and form circular holes with different diameters. The rope core passes through the center of the circular hole, and the rotating gear selects the corresponding hole diameter according to the difference of rope diameters, so that the superfluous grease on the rope cores with different diameters is removed.
The beneficial effect of adopting this technical scheme is: the defect of original oil squeezing mode is overcome, fiber ropes with different diameters need to be replaced according to rope cores with different diameters every time and wound on the surface of the rope cores, two ends of the fiber ropes are fixed, the rope diameters are flattened in the oil squeezing process, the service time of the fiber ropes is not long, and the aperture of the oil squeezing device can be adjusted randomly by adopting the oil squeezing device, so that the oil squeezing device is suitable for squeezing redundant grease from rope cores with different diameters, time and labor are saved, and the working efficiency is improved.
