Abstract

本发明公开了一种导电布胶带,包括导电布,粘接在导电布下表面的导电强化层和涂覆在导电强化层下表面的胶粘层,所述导电布的上表面还粘接有耐磨层。以导电布为基材,利用导电碳纤维布增强胶带整体的导电性能,同时,在导电布上粘接尼龙布提高胶带的抗摩擦性能,避免胶带容易被划破二导致电磁屏蔽漏磁,影响电子产品的性能。利用能耐高温的耐高温聚氨酯胶粘剂或环氧树脂AB胶作为粘接胶,使得在高温环境下,胶带仍能保持较好的粘接强度。本发明具有高导电性,抗摩擦性能好,在高温下仍能保持良好的粘接强度的优点。

Description

一种导电布胶带
技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶带,特别涉及一种导电布胶带。
背景技术
导电布胶带适用于光电、电脑、电视、手机、电线、电缆、连接器等各类电子电器产品,主要是在高频传输时遮蔽或隔离电磁波或无限电波的干扰。但是,现有的导电布胶带普遍存在导电性能不足、抗摩擦性能差和高温粘接强度弱的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对背景技术中存在的缺点和不足作出改进和创新,提供一种导电布胶带,该导电布胶带具有高导电性,抗摩擦性能好,在高温下仍能保持良好的粘接强度的优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种导电布胶带,包括导电布,粘接在导电布下表面的导电强化层和涂覆在导电强化层下表面的胶粘层,所述导电布的上表面还粘接有耐磨层。以导电布为基材,利用导电碳纤维布增强胶带整体的导电性能,同时,在导电布上粘接尼龙布提高胶带的抗摩擦性能,避免胶带容易被划破二导致电磁屏蔽漏磁,影响电子产品的性能。利用能耐高温的耐高温聚氨酯胶粘剂或环氧树脂AB胶作为粘接胶,使得在高温环境下,胶带仍能保持较好的粘接强度。
在其中一个实施例中,所述导电布为镀镍导电布,镀金导电布,铝箔纤维复合布中的一种。以镀镍导电布、镀金导电布或铝箔纤维复合布为基材,是胶带具有电磁屏蔽功能。
在其中一个实施例中,所述导电强化层为0.3mm厚的导电碳纤维布。导电碳纤维具有高导电性,耐高温,耐腐蚀,利用导电碳纤维布可增强胶带整体的导电性能。
在其中一个实施例中,所述胶粘层为耐高温聚氨酯胶粘剂、环氧树脂AB胶中的一种。
耐高温聚氨酯胶粘剂高强度,耐磨性,高弹性和耐低温性的特点,在100℃左右的温度下可长期使用,在120℃左右的温度下可短期使用。环氧树脂AB胶是由环氧树脂为基的双组分耐高温胶粘剂,主要适用于耐高温金属、陶瓷等的胶接,其使用温度工作温度为-50~+180℃,短时可达+250℃。
在其中一个实施例中,所述耐磨层为0.15mm厚的尼龙布。尼龙是聚酰胺的俗称,具有良好的综合性能,包括力学性能、耐热性、耐磨损性、耐化学药品性和自润滑性,且摩擦系数低。
本发明的优点及有益效果:
本发明以导电布为基材,利用导电碳纤维布增强胶带整体的导电性能,同时,在导电布上粘接尼龙布提高胶带的抗摩擦性能,避免胶带容易被划破二导致电磁屏蔽漏磁,影响电子产品的性能。本发明还利用能耐高温的耐高温聚氨酯胶粘剂或环氧树脂AB胶作为粘接胶,使得在高温环境下,胶带仍能保持较好的粘接强度。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。

实施例1
如图1所示,一种导电布胶带,包括导电布3,导电布3为镀镍导电布,镀金导电布,铝箔纤维复合布中的一种,本实施例中导电布3为镀镍导电布。在导电布3下表面粘接有导电强化层2,导电强化层2为0.3mm厚的导电碳纤维布。在导电强化层2下表面涂覆有胶粘层1,胶粘层1为耐高温聚氨酯胶粘剂、环氧树脂AB胶中的一种,本实施例中胶粘层1为耐高温聚氨酯胶粘剂。在导电布3的上表面还粘接有耐磨层4,耐磨层4为0.15mm厚的尼龙布。
实施例2
如图1所示,一种导电布胶带,包括导电布3,导电布3为镀镍导电布,镀金导电布,铝箔纤维复合布中的一种,本实施例中导电布3为镀金导电布。在导电布3下表面粘接有导电强化层2,导电强化层2为0.3mm厚的导电碳纤维布。在导电强化层2下表面涂覆有胶粘层1,胶粘层1为耐高温聚氨酯胶粘剂、环氧树脂AB胶中的一种,本实施例中胶粘层1为环氧树脂AB胶。在导电布3的上表面还粘接有耐磨层4,耐磨层4为0.15mm厚的尼龙布。
本发明以导电布3为基材,利用导电强化层2,即导电碳纤维布增强胶带整体的导电性能,同时,在导电布3上粘接耐磨层4即尼龙布提高胶带的抗摩擦性能,避免胶带容易被划破二导致电磁屏蔽漏磁,影响电子产品的性能。本发明还利用能耐高温的胶粘层1即耐高温聚氨酯胶粘剂或环氧树脂AB胶作为粘接胶,使得在高温环境下,胶带仍能保持较好的粘接强度。

1.一种导电布胶带,其特征在于:包括导电布(3),粘接在导电布(3)下表面的导电强化层(2)和涂覆在导电强化层(2)下表面的胶粘层(1),所述导电布(3)的上表面还粘接有耐磨层(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种导电布胶带,其特征在于所述导电布(3)为镀镍导电布,镀金导电布,铝箔纤维复合布中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种导电布胶带,其特征在于所述导电强化层(2)为0.3mm厚的导电碳纤维布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种导电布胶带,其特征在于所述胶粘层(1)为耐高温聚氨酯胶粘剂、环氧树脂AB胶中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种导电布胶带,其特征在于所述耐磨层(4)为0.15mm厚的尼龙布。
