技术领域:
本发明涉及防撕裂多功能耐磨聚氨酯软体清管器。
背景技术:
随着社会的发展及科技的进步,管道作为输送流体介质的一种安全经济的运输方式被广泛应用于石油、化工、煤气、自来水、冶金、电力、采矿等行业。但由于制造、运输、储存、介质输送及安装过程中,管道内不可避免地会存在內结垢、油垢、锈垢、泥沙及遗留的焊熘、焊渣及杂质等;这些污垢和杂质的存在,使管道的有效通过面积减少,形成低效输送,不仅影响输送流体的品质,而且造成输送设备的损伤。为了保证管道输送的流体质量及输送安全,采用清管器清洗管道并进行定期维护,可以使管道处于长新的状态,保证管道高效安全运行。
现在清管所用的清管器分为机械清管器和软体清管器。然而机械清管器重量笨重,变形量小,卡堵几率大,一旦卡堵如果不及时处理,会给生产带来很大的隐患。市场上的软体清管器多为聚醚型泡沫清管器,这种泡沫清管器密度低,强度小,不能有效的对管道进行清洗,而且很容易损坏在管道内,达不到管道清洗效果,且多数为管道干燥使用。
发明内容:
本发明正是针对上述问题,提供了一种防撕裂多功能耐磨聚氨酯软体清管器。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案,其组成及重量配比,以100%计为,聚酯多元醇61%~71%,异氰酸酯18%~28%,水0.5%~7%,催化剂0.2%~3%,扩链剂0.2%~3%,泡沫稳定剂0.1%~6.5%,扩孔剂0.1%~1.5%;
聚酯多元醇的分子量为1000~5000,酸度为0.1~2.0mgKOH/g,含水量为0.1wt%,羟值为30~100mgkOH/g;
异氰酸酯为TDI-80、TDI-65或MDI;
催化剂为三亚乙基二胺;
扩链剂为氯化三丁基锡、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯、三聚化丁基锡、氯化二丁基锡、丁基辛酸亚锡、辛酸亚锡中的一种以上;
泡沫稳定剂为硅油,型号为L-580或BF-2370;
扩孔剂为石蜡。
优化的组成及重量配比,以100%计为,聚酯多元醇61%~71%,异氰酸酯18%~28%,水0.5%~7%,催化剂0.2%~3%,扩链剂0.2%~3%,泡沫稳定剂0.1%~6.5%,扩孔剂0.3%。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明耐压强度、耐磨性及抗撕裂效果明显高于聚醚多元醇制备的清管器。因为聚酯多元醇和聚醚多元醇本身分子密度不同,聚酯多元醇分子密度大,所以防撕裂效果好,而且又有温度,湿度,化学反应速度等人为操作的影响,聚醚多元醇不能达到抗撕拉防撕裂的发泡效果。本发明在管道清洗作业时对管道的弯头和管径的差异要求低,密封、隔离、擦洗、除水、除尘效果明显高于其他材质清管器。本发明可以内附智能电子装置,在管道清洗作业中内附的智能电子装置实现了管道清洗作业的智能化,本发明优越的抗撕裂特点可达到保护智能电子装置在压力作用下防撕裂破损的目的,这点聚醚多元醇制备的清管器是实现不了的。
2、本发明粘接性高于聚醚多元醇制备的清管器。本发明可外部粘接弹性体涂层、碳化硅晶体、钢刷、钢钉、刮刀、刮板等辅助工具,实现对管道内壁的刮砂、除锈、除垢、内防腐等安全有效的清洗工作。
3、本发明是由聚酯多元醇型聚氨酯直接发泡成型,质地柔软,柔韧性能好,通过能力强,不易卡堵在管道中,对管道有探测作用,根据通过管道后的该种清管器的刮痕、受损等情况,为管道清洗作业的下一步骤操作及后面清管器的投放起到参考作用。
4、本发明变形量大,在液体管道清洗作业中如果遇阻,在液体压力推动下,该清管器在弯头和遇阻处可以变形,不影响液体输送的能力,为后面抢修工作留出更多的宝贵时间。
5、本发明密封性强,耐腐蚀性强,具有极强的耐温、耐油、耐溶剂性。
6、本发明清洗效果好,作业距离长、功能多,可以满足不同管道多种要求的管道内部清洁。
具体实施方式:
实施例1
称取聚酯多元醇61kg,溶化后待用,称取28kg的TDI-80,在25℃下缓慢加入到聚酯多元醇中,搅拌50分钟至均匀,接着恒温1小时,取出冷却到50℃后倒入桶中保存备用,得到预聚体;保存桶为密闭容器,储存温度不得高于50℃。将7kg水、2kg三亚乙基二胺、0.5kg氯化三丁基锡,0.5kg的L-580号硅油,1kg石蜡混合并搅拌均匀后加入到上述预聚体,在6000转/分的转速下搅拌均匀至泛白,然后进行入模、合模、排气、起模、脱模、熟化,其中入模温度为40℃,排气300分钟后再起模,熟化温度为100℃,熟化时间为12小时。
实施例2
称取聚酯多元醇71kg,溶化后待用,称取18kg的TDI-80,在25℃下缓慢加入到聚酯多元醇中,搅拌50分钟至均匀,接着恒温1小时,取出冷却到50℃后倒入桶中保存备用,得到预聚体;保存桶为密闭容器,储存温度不得高于50℃。将3kg水、3kg三亚乙基二胺、2kg二丁基锡二月桂酸酯,2.7kg的BF-2370号硅油,0.3kg石蜡混合并搅拌均匀后加入到上述预聚体,在5000转/分的转速下搅拌均匀至泛白,然后进行入模、合模、排气、起模、脱模、熟化,其中入模温度为40℃,排气300分钟后再起模,熟化温度为90℃,熟化时间为12小时。

1.防撕裂多功能耐磨聚氨酯软体清管器,其特征在于,其组成及重量配比,以100%计为,聚酯多元醇61%~71%,异氰酸酯18%~28%,水0.5%~7%,催化剂0.2%~3%,扩链剂0.2%~3%,泡沫稳定剂0.1%~6.5%,扩孔剂0.1%~1.5%;
聚酯多元醇的分子量为1000~5000,酸度为0.1~2.0mgKOH/g,含水量为0.1wt%,羟值为30~100mgkOH/g;
异氰酸酯为TDI-80、TDI-65或MDI;
催化剂为三亚乙基二胺;
