Claims (11)

1. A film wrapping apparatus characterized by: the device comprises a film driving mechanism, a film pressing mechanism, a film cutting mechanism, a film three-edge hot-pressing edge sealing mechanism and a film traction and cladding reciprocating mechanism; the film driving mechanism conveys the film to the film pressing mechanism, and the film traction and cladding reciprocating mechanism is arranged at the film pressing mechanism and used for drawing the film conveyed by the film driving mechanism to a remote place; then, the film pressing mechanism presses the film, and the film cutting mechanism cuts the film at the position where the film pressing mechanism presses the film; the film traction and cladding reciprocating mechanism carries out reverse traction again to complete the folding of the film, and the packaged object is placed in the interlayer; the film three-edge hot-pressing edge sealing mechanism is arranged above a packaged object, and when the film traction and cladding reciprocating mechanism finishes folding the film, hot-pressing plastic packaging is carried out on three openings of the film.

A film wrapping apparatus according to claim 1 wherein: the film driving mechanism comprises a power roller, a second compression roller, a speed reducer and a stepping motor, wherein the power roller and the second compression roller are used for extruding the film and are arranged in parallel, the speed reducer is connected with the power roller, and the stepping motor is connected with the speed reducer.
3. A film wrapping apparatus according to claim 1 wherein: the film pressing mechanism comprises an upper holding strip positioned above the film, a lower holding strip positioned below the film and a cylinder for adjusting the distance between the upper holding strip and the lower holding strip.

A film wrapping apparatus according to claim 1 wherein: the film cutting mechanism comprises a pneumatic sliding table and a cutting knife lifting mechanism sliding on the pneumatic sliding table; the cutting knife lifting mechanism comprises a pressing sleeve sliding on the pneumatic sliding table, and a telescopic cylinder and a cutting knife are arranged in the pressing sleeve; the cutting knife is positioned at the end part of the telescopic cylinder.

A film wrapping apparatus according to claim 1 wherein: the film three-edge hot-pressing edge sealing mechanism comprises a first sealing plate and two second sealing plates, wherein the first sealing plate and the second sealing plate are used for carrying out hot-pressing plastic packaging on three openings of a film; the first sealing plate is driven by the first cylinder; the sealing plate II is driven by the cylinder II; the first sealing plate and the second sealing plate are both heating plates with built-in heating wires.

A film wrapping apparatus according to claim 1 wherein: the film traction coating reciprocating mechanism comprises linear slide rails positioned on two sides of the film, a film traction mechanism positioned on each linear slide rail, a connecting rod for connecting the two film traction mechanisms, a servo motor and a ball screw; the ball screw is in threaded connection with the connecting rod; and a driving shaft of the servo motor is connected with the ball screw and is coaxially arranged.

A film wrapping apparatus according to claim 6 wherein: the film traction mechanism comprises a first telescopic cylinder located on the linear slide rail, a finger cylinder located at a driving shaft of the first telescopic cylinder, and a movable clamping plate group driven by the finger cylinder, wherein the movable clamping plate group is opened and closed under the driving of the finger cylinder.

A film wrapping apparatus according to claim 1 wherein: the film winding device also comprises a film winding roller placing mechanism for placing the film winding roller, wherein the film winding roller placing mechanism comprises two supporting seats which are oppositely arranged; the film winding roller is clamped between the two supporting seats, and the contact part of the supporting seats and the film winding roller is a mandrel of which the end part is provided with a compression taper sleeve; the film roll mounting and releasing mechanism is provided with four film roll supporting wheels arranged in a matrix manner below the film roll; the film driving mechanism conveys the film on the film winding roller to the film pressing mechanism.

A film wrapping apparatus according to claim 7 wherein: a film guide mechanism and a film tensioning mechanism are sequentially arranged between the film winding roller arrangement mechanism and the film driving mechanism; the film on the film winding roller sequentially passes through the film guide mechanism and the film tensioning mechanism to reach the film driving mechanism; the film guide mechanism is a rotating roller; the film tensioning mechanism comprises a first pressing roller and a follower roller which are used for extruding the film and are arranged in parallel.

A film wrapping apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8 wherein: the film hot-pressing edge sealing machine further comprises a worktable surface frame and a mounting rack of a film three-edge hot-pressing edge sealing mechanism; the film packaging device is arranged on the workbench surface frame, and the film three-side hot-pressing edge sealing mechanism is arranged on the workbench surface frame in an installing mode.
11. A film wrapping apparatus according to claim 1 wherein: the packaged object is placed on a placing mechanism, and the packaged object is a crankshaft.
