Abstract
本发明公开了一种阻燃壁布及制备方法,涉及壁布制备技术领域。其技术要点是:一种阻燃壁布,所述阻燃壁布由表层织物和底衬织物组成,所述表层织物由经线和纬线上下交错编织而成,所述底衬织物由具有防火性能的混纺布料制成;其中所述经线和纬线均采用不燃单丝制成,所述不燃单丝为玻璃纤维或金属丝;所述混纺布料由浸泡过阻燃液的无纺布或纱线织布制成,其中底衬织物粘贴于墙壁上,本发明中的阻燃壁布具有阻燃性高和防潮防霉的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及壁布制备技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种阻燃壁布及制备方法。
背景技术
传统贴墙装饰品大致分为墙纸和壁布两类,墙纸是用漂白化学木浆生产原纸,再经不同工序的加工处理,印上各种装饰图案而成,这种纯木浆制杖壁纸易发生褪色和翘边的情况,收缩不易控制,耐潮和耐擦洗性差,所以现有技术中多用壁布来代替壁纸。
壁布是一种室内墙面装饰材料,是通过运用材料、设备与工艺手法,以色彩与图纹设计组合为特征,表现力无限丰富、可便捷满足多样性个性审美要求与时尚需求,因此也被称为墙上的时装,具有艺术与工艺附加值。壁布实际上是壁纸的另一种形式,一样有着变幻多彩的图案、瑰丽无比的色泽,但在质感上则比壁纸更胜一筹。壁布本身的柔韧性、无毒、无味等特点,使其既适合铺装在人多热闹的客厅或餐厅,也更适合铺装在儿童房或有老人的居室里。
现有技术中,壁布多采用纸和布为原料,两者复合后再经涂胶粘贴使用于装饰墙面的表面,但是壁布的材料本身不具备防火阻燃的性能,从而使得壁布具有较大的安全隐患,并且由于壁布的防霉防潮效果差,使用寿命也相应较低。
因此,需要提出一种新的方案来解决上述问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的一在于提供一种阻燃壁布,通过复合不燃的表层织物和高阻燃性的底衬织物,使得制成的阻燃壁布具有高阻燃性、防潮防霉的优点。
为实现上述目的一,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种阻燃壁布,所述阻燃壁布由表层织物和底衬织物组成,所述表层织物由经线和纬线上下交错编织而成,所述底衬织物由具有防火性能的混纺布料制成;
其中所述经线和纬线均采用不燃单丝制成,所述不燃单丝为玻璃纤维或金属丝;
所述混纺布料由浸泡过阻燃液的无纺布或纱线织布制成。
通过采用上述技术方案,玻璃纤维本身具有不燃性,此外还具有隔热、阻燃的效果,在遇到火焰燃烧时能够吸收大量热量并能阻止火焰穿过和隔绝空气;金属丝本身硬度和韧性较好,用作不燃的表层织物时,可进行织成不同的图案纹理,具有一定的金属光泽,提高观赏性。
进一步优选为,所述金属丝的直径为0.08~0.2mm。
通过采用上述技术方案,将金属丝的直径控制在0.08~0.2mm之间,便于金属丝的编织,且编织后的表层织物柔软度高,易于加工。
进一步优选为,所述金属丝采用金丝或银丝。
通过采用上述技术方案,金属丝采用金丝或银丝,其光泽度高,品质高,但其成本高,可用于一些富丽堂皇的高等建筑内。
进一步优选为,所述金属丝采用不锈钢丝。
通过采用上述技术方案,金属丝采用不锈钢丝,其造价和成本较低,且不易生锈,耐腐蚀性能好,适用范围广,使用寿命长。
进一步优选为,所述玻璃纤维制成的表层织物表面涂覆有阻燃树脂,所述阻燃树脂为聚氯乙烯树脂。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过涂覆聚氯乙烯树脂来改善玻璃纤维的性能,降低玻璃纤维的易脆性,提高其韧性,以提高玻璃纤维的使用寿命,由于聚氯乙烯树脂中氯含量高达56%,极限氧指数可达50,是阻燃性能优良的材料,其涂覆到玻璃纤维表面,使得表层织物具有高阻燃性。
进一步优选为,所述阻燃液为磷酸三苯酯、甲基膦酸二甲酯和六溴环十二烷中的一种。
本发明的目的二在于提供一种阻燃壁布的制备方法,采用该方法制备的阻燃壁布具有高阻燃性和防潮防霉的优点。
为实现上述目的二,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种阻燃壁布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、采用专用的编织机对玻璃纤维进行经、纬线编织,并对其表面进行涂覆阻燃树脂,然后喷漆形成特定图案,得到表层织物;
b、将底衬织物反复浸泡于阻燃液中,并经过压辊压合、晾干和整理;
c、于高温下,将表层织物和底衬织物通过复合机复合;
d、对复合后的壁布进行修剪和切边,得到阻燃壁布。
进一步优选为,所述表层织物与底衬织物之间的复合温度为120~130℃。
综上所述,与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明采用表层织物和底衬织物组成,表层织物由不燃的玻璃纤维和金属丝制成,其可织成不同图案,美化墙壁和室内,易于擦拭,具有防霉防潮的效果,不易老化,其使用寿命更长。底衬织物由浸泡过阻燃剂的混纺织物或无纺布组成,其阻燃效果,阻燃性能可达到UL94V-0级,用作底衬织物时,易于粘贴在墙壁上。
具体实施方式
下面结合和实施例,对本发明进行详细描述。值得说明的是,其中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件下进行,所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
实施例1:一种阻燃壁布,通过如下步骤制备获得:
a、采用专用的编织机对玻璃纤维进行经、纬线编织,并对其表面进行涂覆阻燃树脂,然后喷漆形成特定图案,得到表层织物;
b、将由无纺布组成的底衬织物反复浸泡于阻燃液中,并经过压辊压合、晾干和整理,得到底衬织物;
c、在125℃的温度下,将表层织物和底衬织物通过复合机进行复合;
d、最后对复合后的壁布进行修剪和切边,得到阻燃壁布;
其中阻燃树脂为聚氯乙烯树脂,阻燃液为磷酸三苯酯。
实施例2:一种阻燃壁布,与实施例1的不同之处在于,阻燃液采用甲基膦酸二甲酯。
实施例3:一种阻燃壁布,与实施例1的不同之处在于,阻燃液采用六溴环十二烷。
实施例4:一种阻燃壁布,与实施例1的不同之处在于,通过如下步骤制得:
a、采用专用的编织机对金属丝进行经、纬线编织,改变金属丝的走向以形成特定图案,得到表层织物;
b、将由无纺布组成的底衬织物反复浸泡于阻燃液中,并经过压辊压合、晾干和整理,得到底衬织物;
c、在125℃的温度下,将表层织物和底衬织物通过复合机进行复合;
d、最后对复合后的壁布进行修剪和切边,得到阻燃壁布;
其中金属丝采用金丝,金丝直径为0.1mm,阻燃液采用磷酸三苯酯。
实施例5:一种阻燃壁布,与实施例1的不同之处在于,金属丝采用银丝,银丝的直径为0.1mm。
实施例6:一种阻燃壁布,与实施例1的不同之处在于,金属丝采用不锈钢丝,不锈钢丝的直径为0.2mm。
性能测试
分别对实施例1-6中制得的底衬织物进行垂直燃烧性能和极限氧指数的测试;
垂直燃烧性能:采用垂直燃烧仪并按照UL94标准测试,样条尺寸为130*13*3;
极限氧指数:采用氧指数测试仪并按照GB/T2406-93标准测试,样条尺寸为80*10*4mm。
测试结果如下表,其中垂直燃烧性能的评价标准中,V-0为阻燃性能最好,通过测试的数据可知,本发明的阻燃壁布具有高阻燃性的优。

Claims (8)
1.一种阻燃壁布,其特征在于,所述阻燃壁布由表层织物和底衬织物组成,所述表层织物由经线和纬线上下交错编织而成,所述底衬织物由具有防火性能的混纺布料制成;
其中所述经线和纬线均采用不燃单丝制成,所述不燃单丝为玻璃纤维或金属丝;
所述混纺布料由浸泡过阻燃液的无纺布或纱线织布制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃壁布,其特征在于,所述金属丝的直径为0.08~0.2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃壁布,其特征在于,所述金属丝采用金丝或银丝。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃壁布,其特征在于,所述金属丝采用不锈钢丝。
5.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃壁布,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维制成的表层织物表面涂覆有阻燃树脂,所述阻燃树脂为聚氯乙烯树脂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃壁布,其特征在于,所述阻燃液为磷酸三苯酯、甲基膦酸二甲酯和六溴环十二烷中的一种。
7.一种阻燃壁布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a、采用专用的编织机对玻璃纤维进行经、纬线编织,并对其表面进行涂覆阻燃树脂,然后喷漆形成特定图案,得到表层织物;
b、将底衬织物反复浸泡于阻燃液中,并经过压辊压合、晾干和整理;
c、于高温下,将表层织物和底衬织物通过复合机复合;
d、对复合后的壁布进行修剪和切边,得到阻燃壁布。
8.根据权利要求7所述的阻燃壁布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述表层织物与底衬织物之间的复合温度为120~130℃。
