技术领域
本发明涉及包装领域,特别是涉及一种绵纸涂布制袋生产工艺。
背景技术
市场现有的大部分含纸的包装多为内层含PE(聚乙烯)或者CPP(聚丙烯)的两层或多层复合材料,或者单层采用致密性较好、厚度较厚的一些铜版纸类的包装。但随着环保理念的深入和产品包装的特殊需求。使用单层纸包装已逐步成为部分产品开发的新需求。但是在实际生产过程中不同材料特性也限制了其使用方式和范围,例如,单层铜版纸具有较好的印刷适性和涂布性能,但是又缺乏棉纸古朴典雅的质感和柔软手感;进行直接包装的小袋装只需要热封就可以,为了满足热封要求不得不复合一层热封塑料。
发明内容
一种绵纸涂布制袋生产工艺,其生产工艺步骤包括:
(1)备料:准备用于制袋主料绵纸,辅料上使用环保的水性丙
烯酸类热封胶;
(2)涂布:涂布网纹辊采用激光雕刻制版技术制成80-150线、深度为40-55μm的专用陶瓷涂布辊,涂布压辊采用硬度82-85邵尔的聚氨酯类塑胶包胶压辊,将棉纸采用含以上两种关键设备构件的涂布机上完成热封胶的涂布及热封;
(3)制袋:根据工艺单要求,检测确认热封效果后,将涂布后的绵纸经成型模具密封压制成型,经裁切最终产生成品;
(4)检测:批量生产成品经片检合格后,100只一扎,500只一捆,包装交库,检验封宽、上空宽度、印刷外观、热封强度是否都符合规范要求,检验合格即为成品。
优选的,所述步骤(1)水性丙烯酸类热封胶的制备工艺为:用聚酯二元醇、聚醚二元醇、亲水扩链剂、小分子二醇、小分子多元醇与二异氰酸酯反应,生成-NCO端基预聚体;用有机胺中和-NCO端基预聚体得到-NCO端基离聚体;用自来水乳化上述-NCO端基离聚体得到水性聚氨酯乳液;加入乙二胺后扩链,得到聚丙烯类水性热封胶。
优选的,所述步骤(1)热封胶在使用前需进行预热处理,预热温度为60℃,时长为40min。
优选的,所述步骤(2)绵纸涂布的参数为:涂布速度3-5cm/s,涂布厚度为0.5-1.7μm。
优选的,所述步骤(3)棉纸压制成型后需要进行干胶处理。
优选的,所述干胶处理的工艺为:压制成型的绵纸袋粗品放置在70℃干燥30min,然后放置在35℃下干燥20min,最后置于10℃下彻底干燥。
优选的,所述步骤(3)热封条件参数为热封温度150℃,热封压力0.2MPa、热封时间1s。

(3)制袋:根据工艺单要求,检测确认热封效果后,将涂布后的绵纸经成模具型密封压制成型,棉纸压制成型后需要进行干胶处理,干胶处理的工艺为:压制成型的绵纸袋粗品放置在70℃干燥30min,然后放置在35℃下干燥20min,最后置于10℃下彻底干燥,经裁切最终产生成品;

(3)制袋:根根据工艺单要求,检测确认热封效果后,将涂布后的绵纸经成模具型密封压制成型,棉纸压制成型后需要进行干胶处理,干胶处理的工艺为:压制成型的绵纸袋粗品放置在70℃干燥30min,然后放置在35℃下干燥20min,最后置于10℃下彻底干燥,经裁切最终产生成品;
(4)检测:批量生产成品经片检合格后,100只一扎,500只一捆,包装交库,检验封宽、上空宽度、印刷外观、热封强度是否都符合规范要求,检验合格即为成品。

抽取各实施例的样品进行检测分析,并与现有技术进行对照,得出如下数据:
根据上述表格数据可以得出,当实施实施例2参数时,本发明一种绵纸涂布制袋生产工艺的工艺参数为塑料替代率为100%,化学残留量为1.72mg/kg,常温条件下(22-25℃、45-65%湿度)收卷放置72小时,不出现粘连,无异味,热封强度均大于1.0N/15mm,剥离开时纸张无拉毛现象,而现有技术标准为塑料替代率为95%,化学残留量为5.12mg/kg,常温条件下(22-25℃、45-65%湿度)收卷放置5.5小时,不出现粘连,无异味,热封强度仅0.1-0.3N/15mm,剥离开时纸张无拉毛现象,因此本发明一种绵纸涂布制袋生产工艺得出的棉纸袋能够完全替代塑料袋产品,且化学残留量低,更为环保安全,常温下收卷放置热封效果更稳定,棉袋质量更好,因此本发明具备显著的优越性。

(3)制袋:根据工艺单要求,检测确认热封效果后,将涂布后的绵纸经成型模具密封压制成型,经裁切最终产生成品;
(4)检测:批量生产成品经片检合格后,100只一扎,500只一捆,包装交库,检验封宽、上空宽度、印刷外观、热封强度是否都符合规范要求,检验合格即为成品。
