本发明公开了一种多搅拌轮搅拌器,包括机架,所述机架的顶板的顶面固定有搅拌主壳体,搅拌主壳体的顶面固定有上盖板,上盖板的顶面中部固定有主搅拌电机,搅拌主壳体中设有传动主轴,传动主轴的顶端通过轴承铰接在上盖板上,传动主轴的底端安装在搅拌主壳体的底板上,传动主轴上安装有两个搅拌叶轮,上下对应的两个搅拌叶轮的叶片之间安装有竖直杆,竖直杆上通过轴承铰接有中间旋转叶轮。它采用两个搅拌叶轮和多个中间旋转叶轮同时旋转搅拌,从而大大提高搅拌效果和搅拌效率,使得搅拌效果大大提高,搅拌充分。

本发明涉及化工设备技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种多搅拌轮搅拌器。
背景技术
现有的化工用搅拌装置中,其搅拌叶轮一般是单叶轮设置,使得其搅拌效果有限,搅拌并不充分,或者是搅拌时间需要很久,从而大大影响搅拌的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种多搅拌轮搅拌器,它采用两个搅拌叶轮和多个中间旋转叶轮同时旋转搅拌,从而大大提高搅拌效果和搅拌效率,使得搅拌效果大大提高,搅拌充分。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种多搅拌轮搅拌器,包括机架,所述机架的顶板的顶面固定有搅拌主壳体,搅拌主壳体的顶面固定有上盖板,上盖板的顶面中部固定有主搅拌电机,搅拌主壳体中设有传动主轴,传动主轴的顶端通过轴承铰接在上盖板上,传动主轴的底端安装在搅拌主壳体的底板上,传动主轴上安装有两个搅拌叶轮,上下对应的两个搅拌叶轮的叶片之间安装有竖直杆,竖直杆上通过轴承铰接有中间旋转叶轮。
所述上盖板上成型有进料通孔,上盖板上固定有进料管,进料管的底端通接进料通孔。
所述搅拌主壳体的侧壁通接有出料管,出料管的底端成型有出料槽,出料管的外端固定有连接端板,连接端板的外侧壁上固定有伸缩气缸,伸缩气缸的推杆穿过连接端板并固定有伸缩块,伸缩块插套在出料管中,伸缩块的侧壁成型有环形槽,密封弹性套嵌套在环形槽中,密封弹性套的外侧壁紧贴出料管的内侧壁。
所述进料管的顶端成型有锥形进料部,锥形进料部的顶端铰接有盖板,盖板盖合在锥形进料部的顶面。
所述传动主轴的下部为花键轴部,传动主轴上部为阶梯轴部,隔套插套在阶梯轴部的下部小直径端和花键轴部的上部中,两个搅拌叶轮的中心套的内侧壁为花键槽,两个搅拌叶轮的中心套插套在花键轴部中,花键槽与花键轴部的花键齿部相啮合,中间花键套插套在花键轴部中并与花键轴部相配合,中间花键套夹持在两个搅拌叶轮的中心套之间,隔套夹持在阶梯轴部的上部大直径端的底端面与上部的搅拌叶轮的中心套的顶面之间,搅拌主壳体的底板的中部通过轴承铰接有底部轴,底部轴的上部花键轴部伸出搅拌主壳体的底板的顶板并插套在传动主轴的底面中部具有的花键孔中,底部轴的上部花键轴部上插套有底部密封垫圈,底部密封垫圈夹持在下部的搅拌叶轮的中心套的底面与底部轴处的轴承的顶面之间。
所述底部轴的底端的连接部处于对应的轴承的下方,连接部的顶面压靠在对应的轴承的底面上。
所述机架的顶板的中部具有螺接孔,检修块螺接在螺接孔中,检修块处于连接部的正下方。
所述中间花键套的顶端面和底端面上均固定有密封弹性垫,密封弹性垫压靠在对应的搅拌叶轮的中心套的端面上。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它采用两个搅拌叶轮和多个中间旋转叶轮同时旋转搅拌,从而大大提高搅拌效果和搅拌效率,使得搅拌效果大大提高,搅拌充分。

实施例:见图1至图2所示,一种多搅拌轮搅拌器,包括机架10,所述机架10的顶板的顶面固定有搅拌主壳体11,搅拌主壳体11的顶面固定有上盖板12,上盖板12的顶面中部固定有主搅拌电机13,搅拌主壳体11中设有传动主轴14,传动主轴14的顶端通过轴承铰接在上盖板12上,传动主轴14的底端安装在搅拌主壳体11的底板上,传动主轴14上安装有两个搅拌叶轮15,上下对应的两个搅拌叶轮15的叶片之间安装有竖直杆16,竖直杆16上通过轴承铰接有中间旋转叶轮17。
进一步的说,所述上盖板12上成型有进料通孔121,上盖板12上固定有进料管122,进料管122的底端通接进料通孔121。
进一步的说,所述搅拌主壳体11的侧壁通接有出料管18,出料管18的底端成型有出料槽181,出料管18的外端固定有连接端板182,连接端板182的外侧壁上固定有伸缩气缸183,伸缩气缸183的推杆穿过连接端板182并固定有伸缩块184,伸缩块184插套在出料管18中,伸缩块184的侧壁成型有环形槽185,密封弹性套186嵌套在环形槽185中,密封弹性套186的外侧壁紧贴出料管18的内侧壁。
进一步的说,所述进料管122的顶端成型有锥形进料部123,锥形进料部123的顶端铰接有盖板124,盖板124盖合在锥形进料部123的顶面。
进一步的说,所述传动主轴14的下部为花键轴部,传动主轴14上部为阶梯轴部,隔套20插套在阶梯轴部的下部小直径端和花键轴部的上部中,两个搅拌叶轮15的中心套的内侧壁为花键槽,两个搅拌叶轮15的中心套插套在花键轴部中,花键槽与花键轴部的花键齿部相啮合,中间花键套21插套在花键轴部中并与花键轴部相配合,中间花键套21夹持在两个搅拌叶轮15的中心套之间,隔套20夹持在阶梯轴部的上部大直径端的底端面与上部的搅拌叶轮15的中心套的顶面之间,搅拌主壳体11的底板的中部通过轴承铰接有底部轴22,底部轴22的上部花键轴部伸出搅拌主壳体11的底板的顶板并插套在传动主轴14的底面中部具有的花键孔中,底部轴22的上部花键轴部上插套有底部密封垫圈23,底部密封垫圈23夹持在下部的搅拌叶轮15的中心套的底面与底部轴22处的轴承的顶面之间。
进一步的说,所述底部轴22的底端的连接部处于对应的轴承的下方,连接部的顶面压靠在对应的轴承的底面上。
进一步的说,所述机架10的顶板的中部具有螺接孔,检修块1螺接在螺接孔中,检修块1处于连接部的正下方。
进一步的说,所述中间花键套21的顶端面和底端面上均固定有密封弹性垫211,密封弹性垫211压靠在对应的搅拌叶轮15的中心套的端面上。
本实施例的工作原理:使用时,将盖板124翻开后,将需要搅拌混合的物料倒入搅拌主壳体11中,然后,盖合上盖板124,然后,通过主搅拌电机13运行,即可实现传动主轴14旋转,使得搅拌叶轮15和中间旋转叶轮17旋转,实现快速搅拌混合,大大提高搅拌效果,然后,通过伸缩气缸183的推杆回缩,使得伸缩块184回缩,使得出料槽181处于伸缩块184与搅拌主壳体11之间,从而使得搅拌混合物料可以从出料槽181流出,非常方便。
而需要维修维护时,可以将检修块1卸下后,即可将底部轴22卸下,然后,将上盖板12卸下,即可进行维修维护,非常方便。

1.一种多搅拌轮搅拌器,包括机架(10),其特征在于:所述机架(10)的顶板的顶面固定有搅拌主壳体(11),搅拌主壳体(11)的顶面固定有上盖板(12),上盖板(12)的顶面中部固定有主搅拌电机(13),搅拌主壳体(11)中设有传动主轴(14),传动主轴(14)的顶端通过轴承铰接在上盖板(12)上,传动主轴(14)的底端安装在搅拌主壳体(11)的底板上,传动主轴(14)上安装有两个搅拌叶轮(15),上下对应的两个搅拌叶轮(15)的叶片之间安装有竖直杆(16),竖直杆(16)上通过轴承铰接有中间旋转叶轮(17)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种多搅拌轮搅拌器,其特征在于:所述上盖板(12)上成型有进料通孔(121),上盖板(12)上固定有进料管(122),进料管(122)的底端通接进料通孔(121)。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种多搅拌轮搅拌器,其特征在于:所述搅拌主壳体(11)的侧壁通接有出料管(18),出料管(18)的底端成型有出料槽(181),出料管(18)的外端固定有连接端板(182),连接端板(182)的外侧壁上固定有伸缩气缸(183),伸缩气缸(183)的推杆穿过连接端板(182)并固定有伸缩块(184),伸缩块(184)插套在出料管(18)中,伸缩块(184)的侧壁成型有环形槽(185),密封弹性套(186)嵌套在环形槽(185)中,密封弹性套(186)的外侧壁紧贴出料管(18)的内侧壁。
4.根据权利要求2所述一种多搅拌轮搅拌器,其特征在于:所述进料管(122)的顶端成型有锥形进料部(123),锥形进料部(123)的顶端铰接有盖板(124),盖板(124)盖合在锥形进料部(123)的顶面。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种多搅拌轮搅拌器,其特征在于:所述传动主轴(14)的下部为花键轴部,传动主轴(14)上部为阶梯轴部,隔套(20)插套在阶梯轴部的下部小直径端和花键轴部的上部中,两个搅拌叶轮(15)的中心套的内侧壁为花键槽,两个搅拌叶轮(15)的中心套插套在花键轴部中,花键槽与花键轴部的花键齿部相啮合,中间花键套(21)插套在花键轴部中并与花键轴部相配合,中间花键套(21)夹持在两个搅拌叶轮(15)的中心套之间,隔套(20)夹持在阶梯轴部的上部大直径端的底端面与上部的搅拌叶轮(15)的中心套的顶面之间,搅拌主壳体(11)的底板的中部通过轴承铰接有底部轴(22),底部轴(22)的上部花键轴部伸出搅拌主壳体(11)的底板的顶板并插套在传动主轴(14)的底面中部具有的花键孔中,底部轴(22)的上部花键轴部上插套有底部密封垫圈(23),底部密封垫圈(23)夹持在下部的搅拌叶轮(15)的中心套的底面与底部轴(22)处的轴承的顶面之间。
6.根据权利要求5所述一种多搅拌轮搅拌器,其特征在于:所述底部轴(22)的底端的连接部处于对应的轴承的下方,连接部的顶面压靠在对应的轴承的底面上。
7.根据权利要求6所述一种多搅拌轮搅拌器,其特征在于:所述机架(10)的顶板的中部具有螺接孔,检修块(1)螺接在螺接孔中,检修块(1)处于连接部的正下方。
8.根据权利要求5所述一种多搅拌轮搅拌器,其特征在于:所述中间花键套(21)的顶端面和底端面上均固定有密封弹性垫(211),密封弹性垫(211)压靠在对应的搅拌叶轮(15)的中心套的端面上。
