背景技术

内环可直接附接到转子叶片。替换地,内环可经由间隔环附接到转子叶片。如果内环直接附接到转子叶片,则内环将在其轴向延伸方面比外环更大,以便允许连接到转子叶片。这可通过使用间隔环避免,间隔环允许内环朝向转子叶片轴向延伸。间隔环和内环可彼此连接,例如,经由螺纹连接。

内环可直接连接到齿轮齿,旋转驱动部的齿轮可接合到该齿轮齿中。以此方式,不仅提供了能简单安装的现成密封轴承模块,而且还可容易地联接到旋转驱动部。
根据进一步的方面,提出一种包括毂和至少一个转子叶片的潮汐涡轮机,在毂和至少一个转子叶片之间设置如上所述的轴承模块密封件。

在下文中,相同或在功能上等同的元件被赋予相同附图标记。
图1显示了密封轴承模块1。轴承模块1设置在毂2和潮汐涡轮机的转子叶片(未示出)之间,以便相对于毂2可旋转地支撑转子叶片。轴承模块1可设置在壳体(未示出)中。如果转子叶片通过海水而运动,特别是由于潮汐作用,发电机可经由毂2驱动以便产生电流。转子叶片可经由齿轮齿40调整其攻角(angle of attack)(间距调整)。
轴承模块1包括内环4和外环6。在所示的实施例中,其是三排滚子轴承,出于该原因,外环6被分为两个。外环6的两个部分通过附接器件8彼此连接。滚动元件20设置在内环4和外环6之间。
轴承模块1包括在外环6中的孔12和在内环4中的孔14,以便将轴承模块1直接连接到毂2或转子叶片。这里,外环6直接通过附接器件16附接到毂。
在所示的实施例中,内环4不直接附接到转子叶片,而是经由间隔环22附接。这里,间隔环22经由附接器件18连接到内环4。从转子叶片侧,间隔环22随后通过附接器件30连接到转子叶片。这里,内环组件是由此配置的两个部件且包括间隔环22和内环4,该间隔环包括朝向转子叶片侧且朝向内环的孔,该内环包括用于附接间隔环的通孔。替换地,内环4可构造为沿轴向方向较长且可直接连接到转子叶片。这里,内环4与转子叶片的附接也是从转子叶片侧实施的。
因为通过外环6中的孔12进行附接可从毂侧而不是从外环6侧实施,所以轴承模块1可在安装之前就被完全组装。具体说,密封系统10可以被提前安装。
此外,内环4直接设置有齿轮齿40。与驱动部的齿轮齿的简单连接可通过这些齿轮齿40实施。由于转子叶片、内环4之间的连接(经由间隔环22和齿轮齿40),转子叶片相对于毂的位置可被调整,以便能对流动速度、流动强度、或流动方向做出反应,且能设置最适宜的攻角。
为了将轴承模块1密封,轴承模块1包括密封系统10。密封系统10包括多个密封单元。每一个密封单元包括密封载体环26、34、32和设置在其中且包括密封唇部38的密封元件。密封单元中之一直接通过其密封载体环26连接到外环6。出于该目的,附接器件24(例如螺纹件)通过密封载体环26从密封单元侧旋拧到外环6。该密封单元由此用于将密封系统10附接到外环。出于该目的,让相应密封载体26的轴向尺寸适应外环6的轴向尺寸。以此方式,整个密封系统10可按照需要从外环6容易地去除并更换。
其他密封单元用于外部密封。该密封单元的密封载体环34代表一类密封覆盖件。包括其密封载体环32的多个密封单元设置在该密封单元和密封单元26之间。这些密封载体环32每一个包括具有密封唇部38的密封元件。密封载体环32经由附接器件36彼此连接。这里,两个密封载体环26、32、38总是彼此连接。这里,沿轴向方向,附接器件36彼此周向偏移。
在操作中,密封唇部38抵靠滑动表面28滑动。这里,滑动表面28相对于间隔环22的密封经由O型环44实现。
如果密封唇部38中之一被磨损,则其可以以简单的方式被更换。出于该目的,密封覆盖件34被首先去除。随后,包括其密封载体环32和密封唇部38的其后的密封单元可被去除并作为一个单元被更换。
第一四个密封唇部38-1到38-4用作用于防止海水进入轴承的一系列连接部。这里,第一密封唇部38-1必须承受最高压力且因此首先被磨损。如果第一密封唇部38-1无法再承受海水的压力,则第一密封唇部之后的第二密封唇部38-2发挥该功能。这里,第一密封唇部38-1还用作针对较大杂质的过滤器。第三和第四密封唇部38-3、38-4作为进一步的备用密封唇部设置。在密封系统10中,可设置例如水分传感器或压力传感器这样的传感器(未示出),其在海水到达第三或第四密封唇部38-3、38-4时发出信号。一旦这种信号被发出,则可启动密封唇部38的更换。最靠近外环6设置的第五密封唇部38-5用于保持轴承中的润滑剂。
为了进一步保护密封轴承模块1,可在滑动表面28上设置牺牲阳极42。牺牲阳极42(其是碱金属件制造的电极)用于保护轴承模块1抵抗接触腐蚀。这里,牺牲阳极42的材料本身因氧化而损坏,而轴承模块1的部件的腐蚀被延迟或完全避免。
总的来说,通过所提出的密封轴承模块提供一种紧凑轴承组件。其可在其目的地处安装之前就已经经历所需的测试,例如针对密封程度。因此不再需要安装之后的昂贵测试。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于潮汐涡轮机的密封轴承模块(1),该潮汐涡轮机包括毂(2)和至少一个转子叶片,该密封轴承模块(1)包括内环(4)和外环(6)以及用于对轴承模块(1)进行密封的密封系统(10),
其特征在于
外环(6)包括用于将外环(6)直接附接到毂(2)的轴向延伸孔(12),且在于,内环(4)包括用于将内环(4)附接到转子叶片的轴向延伸孔(14)。
2.如权利要求1所述的密封轴承模块(1),其中外环(6)是分开的外环。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的密封轴承模块(1),其中内环(4)可直接地或经由间隔环(22)间接地附接到转子叶片。
4.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的密封轴承模块(1),其中密封系统(10)可拆卸直接设置在外环(6)和内环(4)上。
5.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的密封轴承模块(1),其中密封系统(10)包括径向围绕内环(4)或间隔环(22)的滑动表面(28)。
6.如权利要求1所述的密封轴承模块(5),其中密封系统(10)包括多个密封单元,其中每一个密封单元包括具有密封唇部(38)的密封元件,该密封唇部接触滑动表面(28)且分别设置在密封载体环(32)中。
7.如权利要求1所述的密封轴承模块(6),其中密封单元中之一直接设置在外环(6)上,其中密封系统(10)包括密封覆盖件(34),且其中其余密封单元设置在外环(6)上的密封单元和密封覆盖件(34)之间。
8.如权利要求1所述的密封轴承模块(7),其中能从密封覆盖件(34)侧更换(34)密封单元。
9.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的密封轴承模块(1),其中内环(4)包括齿轮齿(40)。
10.一种包括毂(2)和至少一个转子叶片的潮汐涡轮机,在毂和至少一个转子叶片之间设置根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的密封轴承模块(1)。
