技术领域
本发明涉及服装面料技术领域,具体为一种阳光下变色面料。
背景技术
随着科技的发展和人们生活水平的提高,人们对纺织品的需求由实用性逐渐转变为多样性和功能性,变色产品可以满足人们对纺织品功能性和多样性的需求。
光致变色面料是在面料内部添加或表面粘附光致变色物质,利用光致变色物质在阳光的照射下,吸收可见光和紫外光而颜色发生改变,当光线消失后又可逆的变回原有的颜色,但是现有技术制备得到的光致变色面料由于长期直接暴露在阳光下,而导致稳定性差、使用寿命短的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种阳光下变色面料,旨在解决现有的光致变色面料由于长期直接暴露在阳光下,而导致稳定性差、使用寿命短的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:包括面料基层和变色料层,所述变色料层包括透光层,所述透光层内设有反光柱,各所述反光柱内部设有腔体,各所述反光柱上还开设有若干个通孔,各所述通孔与相应的各所述腔体相连通,各所述反光柱的表面还设有若干无机光致变色膜层,各所述腔体内设有光致变色微胶囊,各所述光致变色微胶囊内填充有有机光致变色剂,所述有机光致变色剂中加入有抗氧化剂。
更进一步地,各所述光致变色微胶囊的囊壁上还设有吸热体,所述吸热体包括吸热层和吸热剂。
更进一步地,所述吸热层由纳米纤维材料制成。
更进一步地,所述反光柱的表面设有若干个固定块,各所述固定块插入所述透明层内,各所述固定块的表面设有若干个凸起。
更进一步地,各所述反光柱为圆柱体状结构,且各相邻的反光柱相互垂直设置。
更进一步地,所述透光层上还设有面料底层,所述面料底层由纳米纤维材料制成。
更进一步地,所述无机光致变色层为纳米二氧化钛纤维,所述有机光致变色剂为螺毗喃、二芳基乙烯或偶氮苯中的一种或两种以上的组合物。
更进一步地,所述抗氧化剂为叔丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯、叔丁基对苯二酚中的一种或两种以上的组合物。
更进一步地,所述透光层表面设有透气微孔。
更进一步地,所述变色面料由所述面料基层和所述变色料层混合编织形成,所述变色料层为经纱,所述面料基层为纬纱,所述面料基层由竹炭纤维和阻燃纤维混纺制成。
本发明提供了一种阳光下变色面料,与现有的光致变色的面料相比具备以下有益效果:
(1)通过设置透光层、在所述透光层内设置反光柱、腔体、通孔,并在所述反光柱的表面设置无机光致变色膜层、在所述腔体内设置光致变色微胶囊,所述光致变色微胶囊内填充有机光致变色剂,并添加抗氧化剂,采用无机和有机光致变色相结合,有机光致变色剂不直接暴露在阳光下,延长光致变色面料变色寿命,且反光层的设置提高变色体验,视觉效果更好。
(2)所述光致变色微胶囊内部设有吸热体,可以加快并增强有机光致变色剂对能量的吸收,加快光致变色的响应速度,且在光线较弱的天气,仍能吸收足够的能量使有机光致变色剂响应太阳光而变色。
(3)在所述反光柱的表面设置固定块,在各个所述固定块的表面设有若干个凸起,且各相邻的所述反光柱相互垂直设置,提高反光柱在所述透光层内部的稳定性,不因编织过程而导致所述反光柱在所述透光层内移动,而影响反光的效果及稳定性。
(4)在所述透光层上还设有面料底层,提高面料性能,且所述透光层表面设有透气微孔,提高面料的整体透气性。

图1-3为本发明实施例一的结构示意图,一种阳光下变色面料,包括面料基层和变色料层,变色面料由所述面料基层和所述变色料层混合编织形成,可以选择所述变色料层作为经纱,所述面料基层作为纬纱,所述面料基层由竹炭纤维和阻燃纤维混纺制成,纬纱中的竹炭纤维和阻燃纤维的重量比例为1.5:1,所述变色料层包括透光层2,所述透光层2可采用塑料材质制成,如可采用聚碳酸酯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酰胺等制成,在所述透光层2内设有多个反光柱3,各所述反光柱3均匀分布在所述透光层2内,各所述反光柱3的内部设有腔体4,从而形成中空的结构,各所述反光柱3上还开设有若干个通孔5,各所述通孔5贯穿各相应的所述反光柱3并与各所述腔体4相连通,在各所述反光柱3的表面还设有若干无机光致变色膜层6,各无机光致变色膜层6粘贴在所述反光柱3上,各所述腔体4内填充有光致变色微胶囊7,在光致变色微胶囊7内填充有机光致变色剂8,具体的光致变色微胶囊7、以及在所述光致变色微胶囊7内填充有机光致变色剂8的方法均属于现有技术,如采用四氯乙烯为溶剂将光致变色剂如螺噁嗪类化合物溶解作为芯材,与密胺树脂为壁材利用原位聚合技术,将光致变色材料包覆在微胶囊内部,同时为了防止所述有机光致变色剂8在长期的光照下被氧化,在所述有机光致变色剂8中加入有抗氧化剂,氧化剂可以为叔丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯、叔丁基对苯二酚中的一种或两种以上的组合物,在本发明中有机光致变色剂8可以为螺毗喃、二芳基乙烯或偶氮苯中的一种或两种以上的组合物,所述无机光致变色为由纳米二氧化钛纤维。
进一步地,各所述光致变色微胶囊7的囊壁上还设有吸热体9,所述吸热体9由吸热层91和吸热剂构成,所述吸热层91由纳米纤维材料制成,所述吸热剂为可吸收热量和释放热量的材料,可通过将所述吸热层91在所述吸热剂中采用浸渍工艺制备而得到吸热体9,所述吸热体9及其制备为现有技术,如吸热体9可以采用二氧化硅和聚乙二醇制备而成,所述二氧化硅和聚乙二醇的质量比可以为1:1。
本实施例的作用原理为:当遇到阳光照射时,光线经所述透光层2照射到所述无机光致变色膜层6上,并经过各所述通孔5照射到光致变色微胶囊7的表面,所述无机光致变色膜层6吸收日光中的能量首先发生变色,所述反光柱3的设置可以反射一部分光线,避免在光线太强时太多光线照射到所述光致变色微胶囊7的表面,而使所述有机光致变色剂8吸收过多的能量,从而降低其稳定性和持续性,同时所述反光柱3可以将所述有机光致变色剂8变化的颜色反射出去,使得变色面料的变色具有立体感,且变色均匀,照射到所述光致变色微胶囊7表面的光线照射到所述有机光致变色剂8,所述有机光致变色剂8吸收能量变色,使得所述有机光致变色剂8不直接暴露在太阳光下,且所述无机光致变色膜层6较稳定,使得光致变色更加稳定,变色寿命延长,同时在所述光致变色微胶囊7内部设有吸热体9,吸热体9的设置可以加快并增强有机光致变色剂8对能量的吸收,加快光致变色的响应速度,且在光线较弱的天气,仍能吸收足够的能量使有机光致变色剂8响应太阳光而变色。
实施例二:该实施例是在实施例一的基础上进行了改进,其他不变,仅在在更进一步地所述反光柱3的表面设置若干个固定块10,各所述固定块10与所述反光柱3一体成型,且各所述固定块10插入所述透明层内,各所述固定块10可以为针状,也可以为圆柱状,或者其他的形状,在各个所述固定块10的表面设有若干个凸起11,各所述凸起11与所述固定块10一体成型,各所述凸起11为针状或圆柱状。
更进一步地,各所述反光柱3为圆柱体状结构,且各相邻的所述反光柱3相互垂直设置,这样可以使各所述反光柱3在所述透光层2内部更加稳定,不会因为编织过程而导致所述反光柱3在所述透光层2内移动,而影响反光的效果及稳定性,进而影响变色效果。
实施例三:实施例三是在实施例二的基础上进行的改进,在所述透光层2上还设有面料底层12,所述面料底层12由纳米纤维材料制成,提高透光层2与面料基层之间的摩擦力,避免由于透光层2表面光滑,导致在编织过程中与面料基层无法很好地绞合而影响面料的性能。
更进一步地,所述透光层2表面设有透气微孔13,提高面料的整体透气性。
最后应说明的是:以上仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种阳光下变色面料,包括面料基层和变色料层(1),其特征在于:所述变色料层(1)包括透光层(2),所述透光层(2)内设有反光柱(3),各所述反光柱(3)内部设有腔体(4),各所述反光柱(3)上还开设有若干个通孔(5),各所述通孔(5)与相应的各所述腔体(4)相连通,各所述反光柱(3)的表面还设有若干无机光致变色膜层(6),各所述腔体(4)内设有光致变色微胶囊(7),各所述光致变色微胶囊(7)内填充有有机光致变色剂(8),所述有机光致变色剂(8)中加入有抗氧化剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种阳光下变色面料,其特征在于:各所述光致变色微胶囊(7)的囊壁上还设有吸热体(9),所述吸热体(9)包括吸热层(91)和吸热剂。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种阳光下变色面料,其特征在于:所述吸热层(91)由纳米纤维材料制成。
4.如权利要求1-3任一所述的一种阳光下变色面料,其特征在于:所述反光柱(3)的表面设有若干个固定块(10),各所述固定块(10)插入所述透明层(2)内,各所述固定块(10)的表面设有若干个凸起(11)。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种阳光下变色面料,其特征在于:各所述反光柱(3)为圆柱体状结构,且各相邻的反光柱(3)相互垂直设置。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种阳光下变色面料,其特征在于:所述透光层(2)上还设有面料底层(12),所述面料底层(12)由纳米纤维材料制成。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的一种阳光下变色面料,其特征在于:所述无机光致变色层(6)为纳米二氧化钛纤维,所述有机光致变色剂(8)为螺毗喃、二芳基乙烯或偶氮苯中的一种或两种以上的组合物。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种阳光下变色面料,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂为叔丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯、叔丁基对苯二酚中的一种或两种以上的组合物。
9.如权利要求8所述的一种阳光下变色面料,其特征在于:所述透光层(2)表面设有透气微孔(13)。
10.如权利要求8或9所述的一种阳光下变色面料,其特征在于:所述变色面料由所述面料基层和所述变色料层(1)混合编织形成,所述变色料层(1)为经纱,所述面料基层为纬纱,所述面料基层由竹炭纤维和阻燃纤维混纺制成。
