本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:经尿道前列腺旋切器利用电机驱动连杆、带动旋转电切环、旋切前列腺组织。经尿道前列腺旋切器可拆卸为外鞘,密封塞,内窥镜系统,电机,连杆,电切环。其特殊之处:外鞘及内窥镜系统与目前临床上常用的经尿道前列腺手术器械类似。外鞘尾端有密封塞,其稍前有进水孔。连杆为中空结构,内部有用来连接电切环与能量平台导线,其后半部有出水孔。连杆尾端导线转接器与目前临床常用的能量平台如等离子机器相连,其稍前连接驱动电机。连杆头端固定有与连杆相平行的电切环,可随连杆一起旋转,电切环与连杆相绝缘。连杆头部末端略呈螺旋状。连杆头部电切环背侧及头端有出水孔。前列腺旋切器为横向电动旋切。

技术领域
本发明属于外科手术医疗器械领域,具有手术中电动旋转电切环、旋切前列腺组织,简化手术操作的功能。
背景技术
前列腺增生是中老年男性常见疾病之一,相关下尿路症状严重影响生活质量,目前临床上广泛采用经尿道前列腺切除或剜除术,常用手术方法如传统电切、等离子电切、各种激光等,均对外科医生术中操作水平要求较高,技术门槛高,学习曲线长。故临床对能够降低手术难度,简化手术操作,同时结构简单的经尿道前列腺手术方法有迫切要求。
发明内容
为了克服目前临床常用的经尿道前列腺手术方法缺点,本发明提供一种经尿道前列腺手术器械,具有降低手术难度,简化手术操作的功能。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:经尿道前列腺旋切器利用电机驱动连杆、带动旋转电切环、旋切前列腺组织。经尿道前列腺旋切器可拆卸为外鞘,密封塞,内窥镜系统,电机,连杆,电切环。其特殊之处:外鞘及内窥镜系统与目前临床上常用的经尿道前列腺手术器械类似。外鞘尾端有密封塞,其稍前有进水孔。连杆为中空结构,内部有用来连接电切环与能量平台导线,其后半部有出水孔。连杆尾端导线转接器与目前临床常用的能量平台如等离子机器相连,其稍前连接驱动电机。连杆头端固定有与连杆相平行的电切环,可随连杆一起旋转,电切环与连杆相绝缘。连杆头部末端略呈螺旋状。连杆头部电切环背侧及头端有出水孔。前列腺旋切器为横向电动旋切。
本发明的有益效果是:1、经尿道前列腺旋切器可拆卸为外鞘,密封塞,内窥镜系统,电机,连杆,电切环,结构简单实用;2、外鞘及内窥镜系统与目前临床上常用的经尿道前列腺手术器械类似;3、外鞘尾端有密封塞,其稍前有进水孔,手术中用于灌注冲洗液;4、连杆为中空结构,内部有用来连接电切环与能量平台导线,其后半部有出水孔,手术中用于回流冲洗液;5、连杆尾端导线转接器与目前临床常用的能量平台如等离子机器相连,其稍前连接驱动电机;6、连杆头端固定有与连杆相平行的电切环,可随连杆一起旋转,电切环与连杆相绝缘;7、连杆头部末端略呈螺旋状,可将旋切下前列腺组织旋转进膀胱内,避免旋切下的前列腺组织影响术野;8、连杆头部电切环背侧及头端有出水孔,术中用来回水;9、不同于目前临床上使用的经尿道前列腺手动纵向电切,前列腺旋切器为横向电动旋切,切割效率高,手术时间短;10、如术中有出血点,停止电切环旋转,将电切环对准出血点止血;11、临床操作简单,技术门槛低,易学易用。

具体实施方式:为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图,对本发明进一步详细说明。经尿道前列腺旋切器可拆卸为外鞘1,密封塞3,内窥镜系统4,电机7,连杆5,电切环8。其特殊之处:外鞘1及内窥镜系统4与目前临床上常用的经尿道前列腺手术器械类似。外鞘1尾端有密封塞3,其稍前有进水孔2。连杆5为中空结构,内部有用来连接电切环8与能量平台导线11,其后半部有出水孔6。连杆尾端导线转接器12与目前临床常用的能量平台如等离子机器相连,其稍前连接驱动电机7。连杆头端固定有与连杆相平行的电切环8,可随连杆5一起旋转,电切环与连杆相绝缘。连杆头部末端略呈螺旋状13。连杆头部电切环8背侧出水孔9及头端出水孔10。

1.经尿道前列腺旋切器可拆卸为外鞘,密封塞,内窥镜系统,电机,连杆,电切环;外鞘及内窥镜系统与目前临床上常用的经尿道前列腺手术器械类似;外鞘尾端有密封塞,其稍前有进水孔,手术中用于灌注冲洗液;连杆为中空结构,内部有用来连接电切环与能量平台导线,其后半部有出水孔,手术中用于回流冲洗液;连杆尾端导线转接器与目前临床常用的能量平台如等离子机器相连,其稍前连接驱动电机;连杆头端固定有与连杆相平行的电切环,可随连杆一起旋转,电切环与连杆相绝缘;连杆头部末端略呈螺旋状,可将旋切下前列腺组织旋转进膀胱内,避免旋切下的前列腺组织影响术野;连杆头部电切环背侧及头端有出水孔,术中用来回水;不同于目前临床上使用的经尿道前列腺手动纵向电切,前列腺旋切器为横向电动旋切。
