Abstract
一种带有前列腺碎片吸取装置的前列腺电切镜,包括外鞘、吸取管、切刀和目镜,外鞘一端设有出水口,另一端设有手柄和进水管,吸取管内设有螺杆,螺杆与驱动结构连接使得螺杆可相对吸取管转动。通过螺杆相对吸取管转动可将切削的碎片组织切碎或跟随螺杆向后方移动,使用该结构可避免过大碎片堵塞吸取管,可以在切除前列腺的同时抽吸碎片,避免冲洗时阻塞的问题,解除传统手术需控制切除组织体积大小的局限,给切除体积更大的组织创造了条件,减少出血和创伤,并可以缩短手术时间,减轻医护人员的操作负担。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种带有前列腺碎片吸取装置的前列腺电切镜。
背景技术
临床上,经尿道前列腺电切术是前列腺增生症的标准治疗方法,传统前列腺电切术后的前列腺碎片需要通过冲洗瓶吸出,若切除组织过厚,容易在尿道造成阻塞,不易吸出。因此传统的电切术需要注意控制每次切除组织的大小,不宜过厚。但切除组织体积小也会导致切除次数较多、术中出血较多等问题。
电切刀一般需要采用高频电流,所以安装心脏起搏器的人就不能使用电切刀进行手术,电切刀的切割范围和精度也很难控制,不容易控制。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术,本发明的目的是对现有的空轨优化改进提出了一种带有前列腺碎片吸取装置的前列腺电切镜。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种带有前列腺碎片吸取装置的前列腺电切镜,包括外鞘、吸取管、切刀和目镜,外鞘一端设有出水口,另一端设有手柄和进水管,吸取管内设有螺杆,螺杆与驱动结构连接使得螺杆可相对吸取管转动。
这样设计的有益效果是:外鞘进水管可接通无菌水通过外鞘内部间隙流入到出水口,吸取管末端可设计过滤网和水泵抽水,通过螺杆相对吸取管转动可将切削的碎片组织切碎或跟随螺杆向后方移动,使用该结构可避免过大碎片堵塞吸取管,可以在切除前列腺的同时抽吸碎片,避免冲洗时阻塞的问题,解除传统手术需控制切除组织体积大小的局限,给切除体积更大的组织创造了条件,减少出血和创伤,并可以缩短手术时间,减轻医护人员的操作负担。
进一步地,吸取管一端向一侧弯曲,螺杆一端与软轴连接,软轴与驱动结构连接,软轴可以实现不同轴向的转动传动可以随意弯曲,吸取管的弯曲给目镜预留空间,也可获得更大空间配置更多驱动结构。
进一步地,吸取管内璧设有螺纹状凸起或螺纹状凹槽,这样避免碎片组织跟随螺杆转动而不移动,凸起或凹槽有很好的阻挡效果使得碎片组织不容易转动而实现跟随水流移动。
进一步地,外鞘末端设有密封圈,密封圈上设有目镜孔、切刀孔和吸取孔分别对应与目镜、切刀和吸取管匹配使得目镜、切刀和吸取管置入外鞘内可以与密封圈形成密闭空间,外鞘前端侧面设有手术口,这样有很好的密闭性可以手术中冲水和吸水。
进一步地,吸取管末端成九十度弯曲,软轴末端设有涡轮,涡轮与蜗杆联动,蜗杆通过电机直接或间接驱动,这样可以获得较大空间。
进一步地,吸取管末端设有吸取箱,吸取箱内可容纳抽水泵、电机、涡轮和蜗杆,吸取箱外设有排水管,这样可以更好保护驱动结构。
进一步地,切刀包括手柄、刀座、刀管和刀头,刀头成圆弧形的半圆柱面,刀头两端固定在两根刀管上,刀管以可拆卸方式固定在刀座上,手柄上可设置驱动结构的开关,这样可以更合理的利用各部分空间。
进一步地,刀头包括弧形的刀锋、弧形的隔热层和弧形的电阻片,电阻片可通过刀管内的导线与电源连接实现对切割面热凝固止血,隔热层环绕电阻片外围使得电阻片仅仅暴露与切割面接触的一侧,对于部分心脏病患者不能使用高频的电切刀,必须使用传统的切刀,但传统切刀不容易止血,所以设计加热的电阻片来实现止血,电阻片可以采用直流电源。
进一步地,螺杆头部成圆锥形,这样给碎片更好的导向作用。
进一步地,吸取管固定在外鞘内的最下方,目镜固定在外鞘的最上方,切刀固定在中间位置使得刀管位于两侧,这样设计可以更好的利用各部分空间。

如图1、图2和图3所示,一种带有前列腺碎片吸取装置的前列腺电切镜,包括外鞘1、吸取管2、切刀3和目镜4,外鞘1一端设有出水口5,另一端设有手柄6和进水管7,吸取管2内设有螺杆8,螺杆8与驱动结构连接使得螺杆8可相对吸取管2转动。吸取管2一端向一侧弯曲,螺杆8一端与软轴9连接,软轴9与驱动结构连接,软轴9可以实现不同轴向的转动传动可以随意弯曲,吸取管2内璧设有螺纹状凸起10或螺纹状凹槽,这样避免碎片组织跟随螺杆8转动而不移动,外鞘1末端设有密封圈11,密封圈11上设有目镜孔12、切刀孔13和吸取孔14分别对应与目镜4、切刀3和吸取管2匹配使得目镜4、切刀3和吸取管2置入外鞘1内可以与密封圈11形成密闭空间,外鞘1前端侧面设有手术口15,吸取管2末端成九十度弯曲,软轴9末端设有涡轮16,涡轮16与蜗杆17联动,蜗杆17通过电机18直接或间接驱动,吸取管2末端设有吸取箱19,吸取箱内可容纳抽水泵、电机18、涡16轮和蜗杆17,吸取箱19外设有排水管20。切刀3包括手柄6、刀座21、刀环22、刀管23和刀头24,刀头24成圆弧形的半圆柱面,刀环22固定在刀座21配合手柄6操作,刀头24两端固定在两根刀管23上,刀管23以可拆卸方式固定在刀座21上,刀头24包括弧形的刀锋25、弧形的隔热层26和弧形的电阻片27,电阻片27可通过刀管23内的导线与电源连接实现对切割面热凝固止血,隔热层26环绕电阻片27外围使得电阻片27仅仅暴露与切割面接触的一侧,螺杆8头部成圆锥形。吸取管2固定在外鞘1内的最下方,目镜4固定在外鞘1的最上方,切刀3固定在中间位置使得刀管23位于两侧。
Claims (10)
1.一种带有前列腺碎片吸取装置的前列腺电切镜,其特征在于:包括外鞘(1)、吸取管(2)、切刀(3)和目镜(4),所述外鞘(1)一端设有出水口(5),另一端设有手柄(6)和进水管(7),所述吸取管(2)内设有螺杆(8),所述螺杆(8)与驱动结构连接使得螺杆(8)可相对吸取管(2)转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有前列腺碎片吸取装置的前列腺电切镜,其特征在于:所述吸取管(2)一端向一侧弯曲,所述螺杆(8)一端与软轴(9)连接,所述软轴(9)与驱动结构连接,所述软轴(9)可以实现不同轴向的转动传动可以随意弯曲,所述吸取管(2)的弯曲给目镜(4)预留空间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的带有前列腺碎片吸取装置的前列腺电切镜,其特征在于:所述吸取管(2)内璧设有螺纹状凸起(10)或螺纹状凹槽。
4.根据权利要求3所述的带有前列腺碎片吸取装置的前列腺电切镜,其特征在于:所述外鞘(1)末端设有密封圈(11),所述密封圈(11)上设有目镜孔(12)、切刀孔(13)和吸取孔(14)分别对应与目镜(4)、切刀(3)和吸取管(2)匹配使得目镜(4)、切刀(3)和吸取管(2)置入外鞘(1)内可以与密封圈(11)形成密闭空间,所述外鞘(1)前端侧面设有手术口(15)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的带有前列腺碎片吸取装置的前列腺电切镜,其特征在于:所述吸取管(2)末端成九十度弯曲,所述软轴(9)末端设有涡轮(16),所述涡轮(16)与蜗杆(17)联动,所述蜗杆(17)通过电机(18)直接或间接驱动。
6.根据权利要求5所述的带有前列腺碎片吸取装置的前列腺电切镜,其特征在于:所述吸取管(2)末端设有吸取箱(19),所述吸取箱内可容纳抽水泵、电机(18)、涡(16)轮和蜗杆(17),所述吸取箱(19)外设有排水管(20)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的带有前列腺碎片吸取装置的前列腺电切镜,其特征在于:所述切刀(3)包括手柄(6)、刀座(21)、刀管(23)和刀头(24),所述刀头(24)成圆弧形的半圆柱面,所述刀头(24)两端固定在两根刀管(23)上,所述刀管(23)以可拆卸方式固定在刀座(21)上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的带有前列腺碎片吸取装置的前列腺电切镜,其特征在于:所述刀头(24)包括弧形的刀锋(25)、弧形的隔热层(26)和弧形的电阻片(27),所述电阻片(27)可通过刀管(23)内的导线与电源连接实现对切割面热凝固止血,所述隔热层(26)环绕电阻片(27)外围使得电阻片(27)仅仅暴露与切割面接触的一侧。
9.根据权利要求8所述的带有前列腺碎片吸取装置的前列腺电切镜,其特征在于:所述螺杆(8)头部成圆锥形。
10.根据权利要求9所述的带有前列腺碎片吸取装置的前列腺电切镜,其特征在于:所述吸取管(2)固定在外鞘(1)内的最下方,所述目镜(4)固定在外鞘(1)的最上方,所述切刀(3)固定在中间位置使得刀管(23)位于两侧。
