Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood by those skilled in the art, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
The invention provides a mounting frame 400 of a rail force detection device 300, which is used for mounting the rail force detection device 300 on a framework of a railway vehicle. The rail force detection device 300 acquires a rail force value by detecting an attitude parameter of the axle 100. The attitude parameter of the axle 100 may be a lateral or longitudinal deformation amount or other data of the axle 100. That is, the rail force detecting device 300 may detect various signals to achieve the acquisition of the rail force value. The specific type of the rail force detecting device 300 can refer to the prior art, and is not described in detail herein.
The mounting frame 400 of the rail force detecting device 300 provided by the invention comprises a horizontal part and a vertical part which are connected with each other, wherein two end parts of the horizontal part are respectively and rotatably supported on two braking clamp hanging seats 200 of a vehicle, and a rotating shaft is in a vertical direction, namely, the horizontal part of the mounting frame 400 can relatively rotate relative to the vertical shaft, so that when the vehicle turns, the mounting frame 400 can relatively rotate for a certain angle relative to the braking clamp hanging seats 200 in a horizontal plane, the use flexibility of the mounting frame 400 is improved, and the mounting frame 400 is prevented from being damaged due to overlarge stress.
The two end portions of the horizontal portion can be rotatably supported by the corresponding brake caliper hanger 200 through a rotating member, and the rotating member may be a bearing or other member for realizing the rotating function of the two.
Of course, on the basis of the above, the horizontal part can further realize the rotary connection in other directions on the premise of realizing reliable support. For example, the horizontal portion is fixed to the brake caliper hanger 200 by a ball-shaped support, so that the two are connected in rotation in multiple directions.
The vertical portion extends downward from the ground of the horizontal portion, the rail force detection device 300 is installed at the bottom end of the vertical portion, and the cross sectional dimension of the upper section of the vertical portion decreases downward from the horizontal portion in sequence.
The cross section perpendicular to the length direction of the component is referred to as the cross section in the present invention.
As can be seen from the above description, the two ends of the mounting bracket 400 in the present invention are supported by the two brake caliper seats 200 of the frame, which is equivalent to a simply supported beam structure, and the bending moment ratio applied to the mounting points on the two sides is smaller, and the bending moment is larger closer to the center of the mounting bracket 400, so that the sectional area of the vertical portion is designed to be larger, so as to implement the design of equal strength, thereby greatly improving the stress condition of the mounting bracket 400, and improving the mounting stability of the rail force detecting device 300.
In addition, two ends of the horizontal part are supported on the two brake caliper hanging seats 200 through rotating parts, and the brake caliper hanging seats 200 can rotate at a preset angle on the horizontal plane so as to adapt to the adjustment of the positions of the brake caliper hanging seats and the brake caliper hanging seats during the turning of the vehicle and improve the working flexibility of each part.
The rail force detecting device 300 may be installed at the bottom end of the vertical portion by a bolt, that is, the bottom end of the vertical portion may be provided with a mounting hole, and the bolt is installed inside the mounting hole. For flexibility of installation of the rail force detecting device 300, the installation hole may also be an oblong hole, so as to adjust the rail force detecting device 300 to a proper position according to actual assembly conditions.
In a specific embodiment, the horizontal portion has bottom plates 3 at both ends thereof, the bottom plates 3 are formed with mounting holes 3a for mounting the pivotal member, and an opening structure is formed above the bottom plates 3. In consideration of the limited space above the brake caliper hanger 200, the invention sets the position of the horizontal part for installing the rotating part to be an open structure, namely the cross section is approximately H-shaped, and the upper open part does not occupy the space, thereby facilitating the installation of the rotating part.
In addition, the H-shaped structure can obviously meet the use requirement due to the fact that the bending moment of the installed end portion is small.
Furthermore, the section of the horizontal part connected with the vertical part is of a box structure, the vertical part is connected with the horizontal part through a smooth transition area, and the cross section of the horizontal part section corresponding to the smooth transition area is square. Especially, the stress that the smooth transition section is connected with vertical portion to horizontal portion is bigger, consequently, designs this district's section of horizontal portion for square structure, greatly increased the cross section moment of inertia, and then improved the use strength of mounting bracket 400.
Practice proves that the section inertia moment of the square section is 3-4 times of that of the H-shaped section, and the strength of the square section is correspondingly improved by 3-4 times.
Given a specific embodiment of the mounting bracket 400 below, the mounting bracket 400 may include two side plates, each of which includes a horizontal arm and a vertical arm connected into an integral structure, and the horizontal arm and the vertical arm may be formed into an integral structure by stamping a plate material, or may be formed into an integral structure by welding or other connection processes. The transverse dimension of the vertical arm gradually decreases from top to bottom, namely the transverse dimension of the upper end area of the vertical arm connected with the cross arm is the largest, and the transverse dimension is smaller downwards.
The bottom plate 3 is fixed at the end parts of the two cross arms, the upper edge sections of the cross arms are provided with inward bending sections, and the bending sections of the two side plates are folded oppositely. As in figure 1 bends 111 and 211 are folded towards each other to form the top wall. The bending section corresponds to the connecting position of the vertical arm and the cross arm. Specifically, the bending section is correspondingly arranged at the connecting transition position of the vertical arm and the cross arm.
On the premise of meeting the use strength of the mounting frame 400, the weight of the mounting frame 400 can be reduced as much as possible, and the design requirement of light vehicle design is met.

The second side panel 2 is only marked with a bend 211. The bending sections 111 and 211 are abutted and folded oppositely to form a top wall, and lightening holes can be further formed in the top wall.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the mounting frame 400 may further include two bending plates 4, where the two bending plates 4 are symmetrically disposed between the two vertical arms of the first side plate 1 and the second side plate 2, and preferably disposed near outer edges of the two vertical arms, that is, the two bending plates 4 are as far away from the longitudinal center of the vertical arms as possible, and are close to the opening position between the vertical arms. The upper end of the bent plate 4 is fixedly connected with the inner side edge of the corresponding side bottom plate 3, and the lower end is fixedly connected with the fixing plate 5. Wherein the inner side edge of the bottom plate 3 is the side edge close to the vertical part.
The fixed plate 5 is transversely fixed between the two vertical arms, and the two vertical arms, the two bent plates 4, the two bent sections and the fixed plate preferably enclose a box-shaped structure. Certainly, satisfying under the prerequisite of use intensity, the lightening hole can be seted up on the partial surface of box structure, as shown in fig. 2, the lightening hole has all been seted up to bent plate, fixed plate, the section of bending, if: lightening holes 4a, lightening holes 5a and lightening holes 1 a.
In a preferred embodiment, the lightening holes on the upright arms 12 can be arranged as follows: the region of the upright arm 12 above the fixing plate 5 may be provided with lightening holes, and the transverse dimension of the lightening holes is gradually reduced from top to bottom. Taking the first side plate 1 as an example, the lightening holes 12a provided on the upright arm 12 are shown in fig. 1.
