Background
The straddle type monorail serving as an urban rail transit system has the characteristics of low manufacturing cost, small turning radius, low noise, strong climbing capability and the like.
The traction coupler ensures safe operation among multiple rows of vehicles by utilizing the coupler and keeping a certain distance among the vehicles, bears mechanical connection and electrical connection among single-track vehicles and needs to adapt to transverse and vertical displacement generated by over-bending and climbing among the vehicles.
The Chinese patent application with the publication number of CN111976757A discloses a rotary coupler of a railway wagon and the railway wagon comprising the same, wherein the rotary coupler of the railway wagon comprises a coupler body, a lock lifting shaft, a hook lifting rod, a chain ring and a stop; the hook body comprises a hook body and a hook head, the hook head comprises a linkage mechanism, the linkage mechanism comprises a linkage sleeve head and a linkage sleeve opening, the side of the linkage sleeve opening, which is close to the hook body, is of a cavity structure, and a lock lifting shaft is arranged in the cavity; a hook lifting rod is arranged at the rear end of the interlocking looping; the lock lifting shaft and the hook lifting rod are connected through a chain ring component, the stop block is of an eccentric structure and is installed on the hook body through a pin shaft, and the stop block can rotate relative to the hook body under the overturning unloading working condition.
However, in the using process of the rotary coupler of the railway freight car, the vertical swing amplitude and the transverse swing amplitude are small, so that the rotary coupler of the railway freight car is difficult to match large-amplitude steering, the using effect of the coupler is influenced, and the improvement is needed.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In view of this, the present application provides a self-resetting towing vehicle coupler to achieve the purpose of expanding the vertical and horizontal swing range. The specific scheme is as follows:
a self-resetting traction coupler comprises a traction rod, an installation bottom plate and an intermediate connecting block for connecting the traction rod and the installation bottom plate; the rear end of the traction rod is provided with two transverse connecting plates which are bilaterally symmetrical and a transverse pin shaft of which two ends are inserted into the corresponding transverse connecting plates; the mounting bottom plate is provided with two vertical connecting plates which are vertically symmetrical and vertical pin shafts of which two ends are inserted in the corresponding vertical connecting plates; two ends of the middle connecting block are respectively and rotatably connected with the transverse pin shaft and the vertical pin shaft; the rear end of the traction rod is also provided with an elastic component, and the other end of the elastic component is fixedly connected with the mounting bottom plate.
Preferably: and the front end of the traction rod is provided with a coupler head of a coupler.
The elastic component comprises two support springs which are bilaterally symmetrical.
Preferably: bosses are arranged on the traction rod and the mounting bottom plate; and two ends of the supporting spring are respectively connected and fixed with the corresponding bosses on the mounting bottom plate or the traction rod.
Preferably: the traction rod is a carbon steel pipe, a steel plate is welded at the rear end of the traction rod, and the transverse connection plate is fixedly connected with the steel plate.

According to the scheme, the self-resetting traction coupler has the following beneficial effects that:
1. the two ends of the supporting spring are respectively connected with the traction rod and the mounting bottom plate, so that the distance between the car coupler and the rail plane is kept within a set range, and the purpose of improving the using effect of the self-resetting traction car coupler is achieved;
2. the transverse connecting plate on the traction rod is connected with the transverse pin shaft, the vertical connecting plate on the mounting bottom plate is connected with the vertical pin shaft, and then after the middle connecting block is respectively and rotationally connected with the transverse pin shaft and the vertical pin shaft, the transverse and vertical swing amplitude of the self-resetting traction coupler is remarkably enlarged.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, the self-resetting towing coupler comprises a towing bar 1, a mounting base plate 2 and an intermediate connecting block 5 for connecting the towing bar 1 and the mounting base plate 2.

the rear end of the traction rod 1 is provided with two transverse connecting plates 11 which are bilaterally symmetrical and a transverse pin shaft 12 of which the two ends are inserted in the corresponding transverse connecting plates 11; the mounting bottom plate 2 is provided with two vertical connecting plates 21 which are vertically symmetrical and a vertical pin shaft 22 with two ends inserted in the corresponding vertical connecting plates 21. Therefore, the two ends of the middle connecting block 5 are rotatably connected with the transverse pin 12 and the vertical pin 22 respectively, so as to achieve the purpose of connecting the traction rod 1 and the mounting base plate 2.
It should be mentioned that a coupler head 3 is arranged at the front end of the drawbar 1, so that after the coupler head is connected and fixed through the mounting base plate 2, the intermediate connector is connected with the drawbar 1, and then the coupler head 3 on the drawbar 1 is used for connecting vehicles/equipment, so as to achieve the purpose of expanding the vertical and horizontal swing amplitude.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the rear end of the drawbar 1 is further provided with an elastic component, and the other end of the elastic component is fixedly connected with the mounting base plate 2; specifically, the elastic member includes two bilaterally symmetrical support springs 4. Therefore, two ends of the supporting spring 4 are respectively connected with the traction rod 1 and the mounting base plate 2, and the coupler is further kept to be within a set range from the plane of the track, so that the purpose of improving the using effect of the self-resetting traction coupler is achieved.
It should be noted that, the traction rod 1 and the mounting base plate 2 are both provided with a boss 41; the two ends of the supporting spring 4 are respectively connected and fixed with the corresponding bosses 41 on the installation base plate 2 or the traction rod 1, and the arrangement of the bosses 41 can realize the purposes of stably installing the supporting spring 4 and improving the using effect of the coupler.
Specifically, when the coupler head 3 of the coupler is not mounted on the traction rod 1, the elastic component can support the outer end part of the traction rod 1 to incline upwards, and after the coupler head 3 of the coupler is mounted on the traction rod 1, the traction rod 1 can swing under the gravity action of the coupler head 3 of the coupler and descend to a horizontal state, so that the traction rod 1 can conveniently perform traction action; when the traction work is finished, the coupler head 3 of the coupler is disassembled, and the traction rod 1 can be inclined upwards again under the action of the elastic component.
More specifically, the elastic member is preferably arranged at the bottom of the rear end of the traction rod 1 in a compressed state; of course, the elastic component can also be arranged at the top of the rear end of the traction rod 1 and is in a stretching state; the arrangement mode of adjusting the angle of the traction rod 1 can be achieved, and is not limited to the mode given in the embodiment.
Meanwhile, in the present embodiment, the drawbar 1 is made of a carbon steel pipe, and a steel plate is welded to the rear end of the drawbar 1. The transverse connection plate 11 is fixedly connected with the steel plate to realize the installation and fixation of the transverse connection plate 11, so that a stable rotating connection structure is formed between the transverse connection plate 11 and the middle connection block 5, and the purpose of improving the using effect of the coupler is achieved.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the intermediate connection block 5 is machined from a steel block, and thus has a high strength. The front end of the middle connecting block 5 is provided with a transverse through hole 51 matched with the transverse pin 12, and meanwhile, the middle connecting block 5 is also provided with an up-down swinging semi-cambered surface 52, so that in the up-down swinging motion of the middle connecting block 5 relative to the traction rod 1, the up-down swinging semi-cambered surface 52 effectively avoids the influence on the use effect of the coupler caused by the hard contact between the middle connecting block 5 and the traction rod 1. Correspondingly, the rear end of the middle connecting block 5 is provided with a vertical through hole 53 matched with the vertical pin shaft 22 and a left-right swinging semi-arc surface 54. So that the left-right swinging semi-arc surface 54 effectively avoids the hard contact between the middle connecting block 5 and the mounting base to influence the use effect of the coupler in the left-right swinging motion of the middle connecting block 5 relative to the mounting base.
In conclusion, the two ends of the supporting spring 4 are respectively connected with the traction rod 1 and the mounting base plate 2, so that the distance between the car coupler and the rail plane is kept within a set range, and the purpose of improving the using effect of the self-resetting traction car coupler is achieved; meanwhile, the transverse connecting plate 11 on the traction rod 1 is connected with the transverse pin 12, the vertical connecting plate 21 on the bottom plate of the mounting bottom plate 2 is connected with the vertical pin 22, and then after the middle connecting block 5 is respectively and rotatably connected with the transverse pin 12 and the vertical pin 22, the transverse and vertical swing amplitude of the self-resetting traction coupler is remarkably enlarged.
