本发明提供一种强度高的防火岩棉板，包括：复合岩棉板，所述复合岩棉板两侧设有岩棉板固定支架，所述复合岩棉板通过岩棉板固定件安装在岩棉板固定支架上，所述复合岩棉板上端设有岩棉板固定横板，所述岩棉板固定横板两端安装固定在岩棉板固定支架上，所述岩棉板固定件包括固定件本体，所述固定件本体为C型结构，所述固定件本体内设有复合岩棉板安装槽，所述复合岩棉板安装槽内设有限位凸起，所述限位凸起卡设在岩棉板固定支架上，所述固定件本体底部设有螺栓孔，固定件本体通过锁紧螺栓安装在岩棉板固定支架上。本发明可以将复合岩棉板进行外围保护，大大提高复合岩棉板的结构强度，同时，可以非常方便的安装维护。

技术领域
本发明涉及岩棉板技术领域，具体为一种强度高的防火岩棉板。
背景技术
岩棉板是以玄武岩为主要原材料，经高温熔融加工而成的无机纤维板。岩棉板又称岩棉保温装饰板。岩棉板经过高温融熔加工成的人工无机纤维，具有质量轻、导热系数小、吸热、不燃的特点，初始研制在建筑中是常见的应用类型多用于工业建筑应符合《建筑绝热材料的应用类型和基本要求》的规定。岩棉板是一种新型的保温、隔燃、吸声材料。但在屋面岩棉板产品中，现有的屋面岩棉板产品吸水性偏高，且抗压强度低，无法有效长期使用。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种强度高的防火岩棉板，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现：一种强度高的防火岩棉板，包括：复合岩棉板，所述复合岩棉板两侧设有岩棉板固定支架，所述复合岩棉板通过岩棉板固定件安装在岩棉板固定支架上，所述复合岩棉板上端设有岩棉板固定横板，所述岩棉板固定横板两端安装固定在岩棉板固定支架上，所述岩棉板固定件包括固定件本体，所述固定件本体为C型结构，所述固定件本体内设有复合岩棉板安装槽，所述复合岩棉板安装槽内设有限位凸起，所述限位凸起卡设在岩棉板固定支架上，所述固定件本体底部设有螺栓孔，固定件本体通过锁紧螺栓安装在岩棉板固定支架上。
所述岩棉板固定支架两端设有横板固定件，所述横板固定件焊接固定在岩棉板固定支架上，岩棉板固定横板通过固定螺栓安装在岩棉板固定支架上。
所述复合岩棉板包括钢丝网基板，所述钢丝网基板两端设有岩棉板固定板，岩棉板固定板与钢丝网基板焊接固定，所述钢丝网基板两侧设有岩棉板层，所述岩棉板层外侧设有锡纸防潮层，所述锡纸防潮层外侧设有装饰面板层。
所述锡纸防潮层与岩棉板层之间设有金属导热层，金属导热层黏附在岩棉板层外侧。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：本发明可以将复合岩棉板进行外围保护，大大提高复合岩棉板的结构强度，同时，可以非常方便的安装维护。

如图1～3所示，一种强度高的防火岩棉板，包括：复合岩棉板1，所述复合岩棉板1两侧设有岩棉板固定支架2，所述复合岩棉板1通过岩棉板固定件5安装在岩棉板固定支架2上，所述复合岩棉板1上端设有岩棉板固定横板4，所述岩棉板固定横板4两端安装固定在岩棉板固定支架2上，所述岩棉板固定件5包括固定件本体51，所述固定件本体51为C型结构，所述固定件本体51内设有复合岩棉板安装槽52，所述复合岩棉板安装槽52内设有限位凸起53，所述限位凸起53卡设在岩棉板固定支架2上，所述固定件本体51底部设有螺栓孔54，固定件本体51通过锁紧螺栓6安装在岩棉板固定支架2上。
所述岩棉板固定支架2两端设有横板固定件3，所述横板固定件3焊接固定在岩棉板固定支架2上，岩棉板固定横板4通过固定螺栓安装在岩棉板固定支架2上。
所述复合岩棉板1包括钢丝网基板11，所述钢丝网基板11两端设有岩棉板固定板12，岩棉板固定板与钢丝网基板11焊接固定，所述钢丝网基板11两侧设有岩棉板层13，所述岩棉板层13外侧设有锡纸防潮层15，所述锡纸防潮层15外侧设有装饰面板层16。
所述锡纸防潮层15与岩棉板层13之间设有金属导热层14，金属导热层14黏附在岩棉板层13外侧。
本发明在复合岩棉板1两侧设有岩棉板固定支架2，所述复合岩棉板1通过岩棉板固定件5安装在岩棉板固定支架2上，所述复合岩棉板1上端设有岩棉板固定横板4，可以将复合岩棉板进行外围保护，大大提高复合岩棉板的结构强度，同时，所述岩棉板固定横板4两端安装固定在岩棉板固定支架2上，固定件本体51通过锁紧螺栓6安装在岩棉板固定支架2上，可以非常方便的安装维护。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种强度高的防火岩棉板，其特征在于：所述岩棉板固定支架两端设有横板固定件，所述横板固定件焊接固定在岩棉板固定支架上，岩棉板固定横板通过固定螺栓安装在岩棉板固定支架上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种强度高的防火岩棉板，其特征在于：所述复合岩棉板包括钢丝网基板，所述钢丝网基板两端设有岩棉板固定板，岩棉板固定板与钢丝网基板焊接固定，所述钢丝网基板两侧设有岩棉板层，所述岩棉板层外侧设有锡纸防潮层，所述锡纸防潮层外侧设有装饰面板层。
