技术领域
本发明涉及工程材料技术领域,具体涉及一种强度高的防火复合岩棉板。
背景技术
目前市场上大都使用裸岩棉板作为建筑幕墙的保温材料,岩棉是由纤维材料制成,单纯的岩棉板的强度普遍偏低,而且防火效果欠佳;现在城市建设中在推广组合结构,例如墙体,楼层等,目前市面上还少有这样的组合岩棉板。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术问题,本发明提供了一种强度高的防火复合岩棉板,可以改善以上的不足。
本发明涉及一种强度高的防火复合岩棉板,包括上层岩棉板层,下层岩棉板层和金属网框层;所述金属网框层设置在上层岩棉板层和下层岩棉板层之间,所述金属网框层包括金属条组合成的网框和填充在网框内的防火材料,在金属网框层内部垂直穿插金属条,内部的金属条的两端与网框顶底面的金属条接触点为焊接点;所述上层岩棉板层的底面和下层岩棉板层的顶面设置凸块,在上层岩棉板层的顶面设置玻璃纤维布;所述金属网框层与上层岩棉板层和下层岩棉板层之间均设置辅助岩棉板框;所述辅助岩棉板框存在与凸块外形相匹配的镂空区,在所述辅助岩棉板框至少一个侧壁上设置插杆,在插杆相对的侧壁设置穿孔;所述插杆的顶端设置切面。
进一步的,所述防火材料为玻化微珠保温砂浆和石棉网的复合体。
进一步的,所述插杆上设置两个防滑套,其中一个靠近辅助岩棉板框的侧壁设置。
进一步的,所述辅助岩棉板框和金属网框层之间设置防火粘结层。
进一步的,所述防火粘结层选用聚合硅凝胶,其厚度大于2cm。
进一步的,所述辅助岩棉板框侧壁设置铜铝复合板,所述铜铝复合板的两侧包裹住辅助岩棉板的外壁。
本发明改变了现有技术中单一的岩棉板结构,采用复合层的形式,采用多层的形式,增加了岩棉板的强度,其中每层均具有良好的防火保温效果,整体增加了防火性;设置的插杆和插孔的形式有利于复合岩棉板的组合拼接,符合国家要求推广组合式结构的要求,有利于快速形成整面的防火墙体。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下面结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1-3所示,一种强度高的防火复合岩棉板,包括上层岩棉板层1,下层岩棉板层2和金属网框层7,所述金属网框层7设置在上层岩棉板层1和下层岩棉板层2之间,所述金属网框层7包括金属条8组合成的网框和填充在网框内的防火材料9,在金属网框层7内部垂直穿插金属条8,内部的金属条8的两端与网框顶底面的金属条8接触点为焊接点11;金属条为常见的钢条,其直径为3mm~5mm,利用金属条弯折组合成网框,然后在网框内填充玻化微珠保温砂浆和石棉网的复合体。由于钢条的强度大,包裹和穿插在防滑材料的内部,形成强度高的骨架,有利于复合岩棉板强度的提高,而且玻化微珠保温砂浆和石棉网均为良好保温,耐火材料。在上层岩棉板层1的底面和下层岩棉板层2的顶面设置凸块3,在上层岩棉板层1的顶面设置玻璃纤维布4,玻璃纤维布具有防潮的作用;在金属网框层7与上层岩棉板层1和下层岩棉板层2之间均设置辅助岩棉板框5;所述辅助岩棉板框5存在与凸块3外形相匹配的镂空区,在所述辅助岩棉板框5至少一个侧壁上设置插杆51,在插杆51相对的侧壁设置穿孔10;所述插杆51的顶端设置切面53。其中插杆51上设置两个防滑套52,其中一个靠近辅助岩棉板框5的侧壁设置。
为了有利于辅助岩棉板框5和金属网框的紧密接触,在辅助岩棉板框5和金属网框层7之间设置防火粘结层6,其中防火粘结层6选用聚合硅凝胶,其厚度大于2cm。
如图4所示,为了增加辅助岩面板框的强度,在辅助岩棉板框5侧壁设置铜铝复合板54,所述铜铝复合板54的两侧包裹住辅助岩棉板的外壁。
在复合岩棉板拼接形成墙体的时候,让一个复合岩棉板的左侧靠在另一个的右侧,其中让插杆与插孔接触,如图5所示。需要说明的是图5为一种拼接,还可以有上下重叠拼接的形式。通过这种组合方式有利于快速形成大面积的墙体。

1.一种强度高的防火复合岩棉板,其特征在于:包括上层岩棉板层,下层岩棉板层和金属网框层;所述金属网框层设置在上层岩棉板层和下层岩棉板层之间,所述金属网框层包括金属条组合成的网框和填充在网框内的防火材料,在金属网框层内部垂直穿插金属条,内部的金属条的两端与网框顶底面的金属条接触点为焊接点;所述上层岩棉板层的底面和下层岩棉板层的顶面设置凸块,在上层岩棉板层的顶面设置玻璃纤维布;所述金属网框层与上层岩棉板层和下层岩棉板层之间均设置辅助岩棉板框;所述辅助岩棉板框存在与凸块外形相匹配的镂空区,在所述辅助岩棉板框至少一个侧壁上设置插杆,在插杆相对的侧壁设置穿孔;所述插杆的顶端设置切面。
