This arrangement enables a secondary positioning of the second part 2 to be assembled.
In order to support the second to-be-assembled member 2, the second positioning portion 62 further includes a supporting block 626, the supporting block 626 is disposed on the second positioning seat 621, and a supporting surface of the supporting block 626 is matched with the second to-be-assembled member 2 to support the second to-be-assembled member 2.

Wherein, the appearance of pushing part 627 matches with the appearance of second waiting to assemble piece 2 in order to promote second waiting to assemble piece 2.
In particular, the pushing portion 627 is driven by a second driving device, which is disposed on the second positioning seat 621.
Preferably, the first driving means and the second driving means are each air cylinders.
In this embodiment, the assembling device further includes a positioning frame 63, where the second positioning portions 62 are plural, and the plural second positioning portions 62 are disposed on the positioning frame 63 at intervals. Such an arrangement allows for simultaneous positioning of a plurality of second parts 2 to be assembled, improving production efficiency.
In this embodiment, the assembling device further includes a first feeding mechanism 7 for conveying and providing the first to-be-assembled part 1, so that the robot drives the clamp 4 to clamp the first to-be-assembled part 1 on the first feeding mechanism 7.
In this embodiment, the assembling device further includes a second feeding mechanism 8, configured to convey and provide the second to-be-assembled piece 2, so that the robot drives the fixture 4 to clamp the second to-be-assembled piece 2 on the second feeding mechanism 8.
In this embodiment, the positioning mechanism includes position correction and position sensing functions.

the assembly device can assemble the first to-be-assembled piece 1 on the to-be-assembled main body by arranging the robot 5, the clamp 4 and the positioning mechanism 6, the robot 5 drives the clamp 4 to move, the first adsorption piece 421 of the first clamping component 42 of the clamp 4 is used for adsorbing the first to-be-assembled piece 1, firstly, the clamp 4 is used for placing the first to-be-assembled piece 1 at the first positioning part 61 for secondary positioning, and then the clamp 4 is used for clamping the first to-be-assembled piece 1 to a first preset installation position of the to-be-assembled main body for installation, so that automation of an assembly process is realized, the assembly efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced; in addition, the reliability of the assembly process is further ensured by utilizing the positioning mechanism 6 for secondary positioning.

1. An assembling device for assembling a first part (1) to be assembled and a second part (2) to be assembled on a body to be assembled, comprising:
-a clamp (4) for clamping the first piece (1) to be assembled and the second piece (2) to be assembled, the clamp (4) comprising a clamp body (41), the clamp body (41) comprising a first mounting portion (411); the fixture (4) further comprises a first clamping assembly (42), the first clamping assembly (42) is arranged on the first mounting part (411), the first clamping assembly (42) comprises a first adsorbing member (421), and the first adsorbing member (421) is used for adsorbing the first to-be-assembled member (1);
the jig main body (41) further includes a second mounting portion (412), and the jig (4) further includes:
a second clamping assembly (43), the second clamping assembly (43) being arranged on the second mounting part (412), the second clamping assembly (43) comprising a second adsorbing member (431), the second adsorbing member (431) being used for adsorbing the second piece (2) to be assembled;
the robot (5), the said clamp (4) is installed on said robot (5), in order to make the said robot (5) drive the said clamp (4) to move;
the positioning mechanism (6) comprises a first positioning part (61), wherein the first positioning part (61) is used for positioning the first to-be-assembled piece (1) so as to clamp the first to-be-assembled piece (1) to a first preset installation position of the to-be-assembled main body by utilizing the clamp (4) after the clamp (4) is used for positioning the first to-be-assembled piece (1) on the first positioning part (61); a second positioning portion (62), where the second positioning portion (62) is configured to position the second to-be-assembled piece (2), so that after the fixture (4) places the second to-be-assembled piece (2) on the second positioning portion (62) to perform positioning, the fixture (4) is used to clamp the second to-be-assembled piece (2) to a second predetermined installation position of the first to-be-assembled piece (1) to install;
wherein the first part (1) to be assembled has a first positioning hole (11), the first gripping assembly (42) further comprising:
a first positioning needle (422), wherein the extending direction of the first positioning needle (422) is the same as that of the first adsorption piece (421), the first positioning needle (422) is matched with the first positioning hole (11), so that when the first clamping component (42) clamps the first to-be-assembled piece (1), one end of the first positioning needle (422) far away from the first mounting part (411) is inserted into the first positioning hole (11);
the second part (2) to be assembled has a third positioning hole (21), the second clamping assembly (43) further comprising:
the extending direction of the second positioning needle (432) is the same as that of the second absorption part (431), the second positioning needle (432) is matched with the third positioning hole (21), and when the second clamping component (43) clamps the second to-be-assembled part (2), one end, away from the second installation part (412), of the second positioning needle (432) is inserted into the third positioning hole (21).
2. The mounting device according to claim 1, wherein the first clamping assembly (42) further comprises:
the extending direction of the first supporting rod (423) is the same as that of the first absorbing member (421), so that when the first clamping assembly (42) drives the first member to be assembled (1) to move, one end, away from the first mounting portion (411), of the first supporting rod (423) is abutted to the first member to be assembled (1).

13. The assembly device according to claim 1, further comprising a positioning frame (63), wherein the second positioning portions (62) are plural, and the plural second positioning portions (62) are disposed on the positioning frame (63) at intervals.
