step one, connecting and assembling an upper replacement guide rail assembly of the first fan-shaped unit and an upper replacement guide rail assembly of the second fan-shaped unit through rigid connecting rods to form a first pre-assembled body, and connecting and assembling each lower replacement guide rail section of the first fan-shaped unit and the corresponding lower replacement guide rail section of the second fan-shaped unit through rigid connecting rods to form a plurality of second pre-assembled bodies;
step two, sequentially installing a plurality of second pre-assembled bodies on two walls to form a second pre-assembled body combination, wherein the second pre-assembled body combination is positioned in a space formed between the two walls;
step three, the first pre-assembling body is installed on the two walls, and the first pre-assembling body and the second pre-assembling body are combined to form the segment replacing guide rail;
and step four, dismantling the first pre-assembled body and the rigid connecting rod on the second pre-assembled body.
2. The method of installing a caster segment replacement guide as claimed in claim 1 wherein said step one, forming a first pre-assembly includes:
symmetrically placing the upper assembly of the replacement guide rail of the first fan-shaped unit and the upper assembly of the replacement guide rail of the second fan-shaped unit, and adjusting the spacing distance;
and connecting the upper assembly of the replacement guide rail of the first fan-shaped unit with the upper assembly of the replacement guide rail of the second fan-shaped unit by using a rigid connecting rod to form a frame structure.
3. The method of installing a caster segment replacement guide of claim 1 wherein in step one, said forming a plurality of second pre-assemblies comprises:
respectively symmetrically placing the lower sections of the replacement guide rails of the first fan-shaped units and the corresponding lower sections of the replacement guide rails of the second fan-shaped units, and adjusting the spacing distance;
and respectively connecting the lower sections of the replacement guide rails of the first fan-shaped units with the lower sections of the replacement guide rails of the corresponding second fan-shaped units by using rigid connecting rods to form a plurality of frame structures.
4. The installation method for replacing the guide rail of the sector section of the continuous casting machine according to claim 1, wherein lifting lugs are arranged on the upper replacing guide rail assembly and the lower replacing guide rail assembly, and the upper replacing guide rail assembly and the lower replacing guide rail assembly are hoisted and transported by adopting a travelling crane.
5. The method for installing the sector replacement guide rail of the continuous casting machine according to claim 4, wherein when the first pre-assembled body and the second pre-assembled bodies are installed on the two wall bodies, a chain block is erected above the two wall bodies, and the angle and the height of the first pre-assembled body and the second pre-assembled bodies are adjusted in a mode that the chain block is matched with a travelling crane.
6. The method for installing the replacement guide rail for the segment of the continuous casting machine according to claim 1, wherein the rigid connecting rod is made of angle steel or channel steel or I-steel or H-steel.
7. The method for installing the replacement guide rail for the sector section of the continuous casting machine according to claim 6, wherein in the first step, when the combination of the upper replacement guide rail portion of the first sector unit and the combination of the upper replacement guide rail portion of the second sector unit are connected and assembled through the rigid connecting rod, the rigid connecting rod is connected with the combination of the upper replacement guide rail portion of the first sector unit and the combination of the upper replacement guide rail portion of the second sector unit in a welding manner;
in the first step, when the lower sections of the replacement guide rails of the first fan-shaped unit and the corresponding lower sections of the replacement guide rails of the second fan-shaped unit are connected and assembled through rigid connecting rods, the rigid connecting rods are connected with the lower sections of the replacement guide rails of the first fan-shaped unit and the corresponding lower sections of the replacement guide rails of the second fan-shaped unit in a welding manner.
8. The installation method for replacing the guide rail of the fan-shaped section of the continuous casting machine according to claim 1, wherein the wall body is formed by pouring concrete, a mounting base plate is embedded in the wall body during pouring, and the mounting base plate is arranged on the vertical surface of the wall body;
wherein the first pre-assembled body and the second pre-assembled body are welded to the mounting pad; the first pre-assembling body is welded with the mounting base plate through the periphery of the upper assembly of the replacement guide rail, and the second pre-assembling body is welded with the mounting base plate through the lower section of the replacement guide rail.
9. The method for installing the replacement guide rail of the sector section of the continuous casting machine according to claim 8, wherein a plurality of welding process holes are formed in the replacement guide rail upper assembly, and when the first pre-assembled body is welded to the installation base plate, plug welding is performed at each welding process hole in the replacement guide rail upper assembly.
10. The method for installing the replacement guide rail of the sector section of the continuous casting machine according to claim 8, wherein the periphery of the upper combination of the replacement guide rail is welded to the installation base plate by intermittent welding, and the lower section of the replacement guide rail is welded to the installation base plate by intermittent welding.
