Abstract
本发明公开了一种自动涂胶设备,包括支架,辊轴,喷胶装置,清胶刮片,胶催化预热装置,压胶轮,可调定位结构,所述辊轴设置在所述支架上,工件可在所述支架上滚动或转动,装饰条在所述压胶轮的压力作用下紧贴工件,所述喷胶装置设置在所述压胶轮前对装饰条进行喷胶,所述预热装置设置在所述压胶轮和所述喷胶装置中段对装饰条上的胶进行预热。采用本发明,能够快速高效的完成涂胶工作,使工件的涂胶均匀,美观,节省劳动力,节约成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂胶设备,特别是一种自动涂胶设备。
背景技术
目前行业现状均为人工涂胶,人工粘合。在大面积涂胶工作时,一是胶挥发气味,有害人体健康,二是人工涂胶存在速度不均,导致粘胶时有些涂胶位置已过粘胶最佳期,有些地方还没固化好,导致粘接不良。三是人工涂胶时,涂胶力度和速度一直在变化,导致胶在工件表面不是一平整面,而是局部凹凸不平,等外装饰件粘接后有明显的外观和粘胶不良,且容易产生气泡。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题针对上述现有技术的不足。提供一种自动涂胶设备,该自动涂胶设备能够均匀的对工件进行涂胶。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种自动涂胶设备,其特征在于包括:支架,辊轴,喷胶装置,清胶刮片,胶催化预热装置,压胶轮,可调定位结构,所述辊轴水平设置在所述支架上,工件主体1可在所述辊轮上移动动或转动,工件2装饰条在所述压胶轮的压力作用下粘贴成所需部品,所述喷胶装置设置在所述压胶轮前对所述工件主体1和工件2装饰条进行喷胶,所述胶催化预热装置设置在所述压胶轮和所述喷胶装置中段对工件2装饰条上的胶进行预热催化。
优选的,还包括可调定位结构,所述可调定位结构设置在所述压胶轮之前对工件2装饰条的位置进行调节。可适应不同的产品不同的位置
优选的,所述压胶轮内设置预热装置对胶进行预热。保持胶的粘性
优选的,还包括恒压力装置,所述压胶轮固定在所述恒压力装置上,所述恒压力装置能够随着工件的运动随时调整位置保证压胶轮与工件间的压力。保证了涂胶的厚度均匀。
优选的,还包括清胶刮片,所述清胶刮片设置在工件2装饰条背胶一面对工件2装饰条背部进行除胶。使胶水不会浪费,且保持工作场所清洁。
优选的,所述涂胶装置包括供胶头,滚刷,所述供胶头设置在所述滚刷上方对所述滚刷供应胶水,所述滚刷压紧工件2装饰条对工件2装饰条涂胶。滚刷结构简单,涂胶均匀。
优选的,所述涂胶装置还包括压紧轮,所述压紧轮与所述滚刷将工件2装饰条夹紧。
优选的,所述涂胶装置还包括托盘,所述托盘设置在所述滚刷下方对多余的胶进行收纳。有效防止在开机和换胶过程中,胶液漏出。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、解放人的操作,避免人接触有害物质;
2、全自动化生产,提高工作效率;
3、自动适应压力,自动控制,涂胶均匀,提高良品率。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚、明白,以下结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1、2所示,本发明的一种自动涂胶设备,其特征在于包括:支架100,辊轴,胶带800,喷胶装置,胶催化预热装置600,压胶轮700,所述辊轴水平设置在所述支架100上,工件主体1可在所述辊轮200上移动动或转动,工件2装饰条1000在所述压胶轮700的压力作用下紧贴工件主体1,所述喷胶装置设置在所述压胶轮700前对工件2装饰条1000进行喷胶,所述胶催化预热装置600设置在所述压胶轮700和所述喷胶装置中段对工件2装饰条1000上的胶进行加热。
本实施例中,还包括可调定位结构900,所述可调定位结构900设置在所述压胶轮700之前对工件2装饰条1000的位置进行调节。
本实施例中,所述压胶轮700内设置预热装置对胶进行预热。
本实施例中,还包括恒压力装置1000,所述压胶轮700固定在所述恒压力装置1000上,所述恒压力装置1000能够随着工件主体1的运动随时调整位置保证压胶轮700与工件主体1间的压力。
本实施例中,还包括清胶刮片500,所述清胶刮片500设置在工件2装饰条1000背胶一面对工件2装饰条1000背部进行除胶。
本实施例中,所述涂胶装置300包括供胶头310,滚刷320,所述供胶头310设置在所述滚刷320上方对所述滚刷320供应胶水,所述滚刷320压紧工件2装饰条1000对工件2装饰条1000涂胶。
本实施例中,所述涂胶装置300还包括压紧轮330,所述压紧轮330与所述滚刷320将工件2装饰条1000夹紧。
本实施例中,所述涂胶装置300还包括托盘400,所述托盘400设置在所述滚刷320下方对多余的胶进行收纳。

1.一种自动涂胶设备,其特征在于包括:支架,辊轴,喷胶装置,清胶刮片,胶催化预热装置,压胶轮,可调定位结构,所述辊轴水平设置在所述支架上,工件主体1可在所述辊轮上移动动或转动,工件2装饰条在所述压胶轮的压力作用下粘贴成所需部品,所述喷胶装置设置在所述压胶轮前对所述工件主体1和工件2装饰条进行喷胶,所述胶催化预热装置设置在所述压胶轮和所述喷胶装置中段对工件2装饰条上的胶进行预热催化。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动涂胶设备,其特征在于,还包括可调定位结构,所述可调定位结构设置在所述压胶轮之前对工件2装饰条的位置进行调节。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动涂胶设备,其特征在于,所述压胶轮内设置预热装置对胶进行预热。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动涂胶设备,其特征在于,还包括恒压力装置,所述压胶轮固定在所述恒压力装置上,所述恒压力装置能够随着工件的运动随时调整位置保证压胶轮与工件间的压力。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动涂胶设备,其特征在于,还包括清胶刮片,所述清胶刮片设置在工件2装饰条背胶一面对工件2装饰条背部进行除胶。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的一种自动涂胶设备,其特征在于,所述涂胶装置包括供胶头,滚刷,所述供胶头设置在所述滚刷上方对所述滚刷供应胶水,所述滚刷压紧工件2装饰条对工件2装饰条涂胶。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种自动涂胶设备,其特征在于,所述涂胶装置还包括压紧轮,所述压紧轮与所述滚刷将工件2装饰条夹紧。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种自动涂胶设备,其特征在于,所述涂胶装置还包括托盘,所述托盘设置在所述滚刷下方对多余的胶进行收纳。
