The cup transfer mechanism comprises a second roller 21, two square transfer plates 22 are arranged on the second roller 21 at intervals, the two transfer plates 22 are arranged on the second roller 21 in the radial direction, a baffle plate 23 is vertically arranged at the tail end of the upper transfer plate 22 backwards, the tail end of the transfer plate 22 can extend to the tail end of a cup turning plate 20 inclined downwards at the rear side, an included angle between the two transfer plates 22 on the second roller 21 is equal to an included angle between the two cup turning plates 20 on the first roller 19, the second roller 21 is driven by a second driving mechanism, the rotation speed of the second roller 21 is consistent with that of the first roller 19, when a cup rotates from the cup turning mechanism to the lower part at the rear side, the second roller 21 slides onto the transfer plate 22, the second roller 21 rotates clockwise, and the cup slides onto the second conveying belt 17 from the transfer plates, so that the cross section area of the box body can be reduced.
The cup is placed in the cup storage groove in an inverted mode after being used, slides onto the first conveying belt from an opening at the lower part of the cup storage groove under the action of gravity, is washed by high-pressure water sprayed out by the high-pressure spray head on the first conveying belt, slides onto the cup turning piece from the first conveying belt, slides into the turning piece under the action of the first roller, slides onto the second conveying belt under the action of the second roller, and slides onto the third conveying belt from the second conveying belt after being disinfected by the ultraviolet lamp.
The end of the second conveyer belt 17 is provided with a transition plate 24, the transition plate 24 gradually inclines downwards from back to front, the transition plate 24 extends from the cup falling opening 4 to the third conveyer belt 6, the control baffle 5 is positioned on the upper side of the transition plate 24, and the transition plate 24 can further ensure that the cups smoothly slide onto the third conveyer belt 6 from the second conveyer belt 17.
The inner wall of the opening at the lower end of the cup storage groove 12 is provided with a second infrared sensor, the output end of the second infrared sensor is connected with a controller, the output end of the controller is respectively connected with a first driving mechanism, a second driving mechanism, a belt wheel driving mechanism of a first conveying belt, a belt wheel driving mechanism of a second conveying belt, an ultraviolet lamp switch and a high-pressure nozzle switch, and when the second infrared sensor detects that a cup reaches the opening at the lower end of the cup storage groove, the controller controls the first driving mechanism, the second driving mechanism, the belt wheel driving mechanism of the first conveying belt, the belt wheel driving mechanism of the second conveying belt, the ultraviolet lamp switch and the high-pressure nozzle to act.
The tea feeding device comprises a plurality of tea cans 3, the tea cans 3 are special tea cans for the tea drinking machine, the tops of the tea cans 3 are opened and closed by sealing covers, a plurality of tea cans 3 can be used for placing a plurality of tea leaves, the tea cans are evenly and fixedly arranged on the circumference of a cylinder 25 at intervals, the top end of the cylinder 25 radially extends outwards to form a disc, a round hole is formed in the top wall of an upper cavity, the edge of the disc is arranged on the circumference of the round hole, the radius of the round hole is larger than the sum of the diameter of the tea cans and the radius of the cylinder, and when tea leaves are to be added, the cylinder and the tea cans are taken out from the top of the upper cavity together.

the teacup cleaning and sterilizing device comprises a box body, wherein the front side of the box body extends out of the front side of an upper cavity, a flat cup storage groove is formed in the upper part of the front side of the box body, the cup storage groove gradually inclines downwards from front to back, the distance between the front side and the rear side of the cup storage groove is larger than the height of one cup and smaller than the sum of the heights of two cups, the left side and the right side of the cup storage groove gradually approach to opposite directions from top to bottom, the distance between the left side and the right side of the lower end of the cup storage groove is just enough for one cup to pass through, the lower end of the cup storage groove is opened, the starting end of a first net-shaped conveyor belt is opposite to the opening of the cup storage groove, the first conveyor belt gradually inclines downwards along the front and back direction, the first conveyor belt is arranged at the upper part in the first water tank, a pipeline extending along the length direction of the first conveyor belt is arranged at the lower side of the first conveyor belt, a high-pressure nozzle perpendicular to the surface of the first conveyor belt is arranged at the upper side of the pipeline, a cup turning mechanism capable of turning over the cups up and down 180 degrees is arranged at the lower side of the tail end of the first conveyor belt, the first conveyor belt is provided with a cup turning mechanism capable of turning over the cups upwards and down, the cup mechanism is arranged at the second cup mechanism capable of gradually and the cup mechanism is arranged at the front side of the second cup turning mechanism and the second cup mechanism and the cup mechanism is arranged downwards and the front side of the cup mechanism and the cup mechanism is arranged at the front side of the cup mechanism, and the cup mechanism is arranged;
the cup turning mechanism comprises a first roller, a plurality of square cup turning sheets are uniformly arranged on the first roller at intervals along the circumferential direction of the first roller, the cup turning sheets are arranged on the first roller in the radial direction, the tail ends of the cup turning sheets extend to the lower side of the tail end of the first conveying belt, and the first roller is driven to rotate by a first driving mechanism;
the cup transfer mechanism comprises a second roller, two square transfer sheets are arranged on the second roller at intervals in the radial direction of the second roller, the tail end of the transfer sheet on the upper side is provided with a baffle sheet vertically backwards, the tail end of the transfer sheet can extend to the tail end of the cup turning sheet with the rear side inclined downwards, the included angle between the two transfer sheets on the second roller is equal to the included angle between the two cup turning sheets on the first roller, the second roller is driven by a second driving mechanism, and the rotating speed of the second roller is consistent with that of the first roller;
the machine body comprises an upper cavity and a lower cavity, the upper cavity and the lower cavity are in clearance with the front side of the rear side of the lower cavity in a communicating way, the boiling water supply device, the tea supply device and the tea cup cleaning and sterilizing device are sequentially arranged in the upper cavity from left to right, the tea cup conveying device is a third conveying belt, the third conveying belt is arranged on the top surface of the outer portion of the lower cavity and extends in the left-right direction, a drinking water bucket is arranged on the left side of the inner portion of the lower cavity, the boiling water tank is connected with the drinking water bucket through a water pipe and a water suction pump, a waste water tank is arranged on the right side of the inner portion of the lower cavity, a waste tea collecting hopper is fixedly arranged on the front side wall of the outer portion of the lower cavity, a filter screen capable of being taken out is horizontally arranged in the waste tea collecting hopper, and the lower end of the waste tea collecting hopper extends into the waste water tank.
