Abstract

本发明提供一种制动机构,包括活动件,活动件上具有制动部,还包括制止活动件活动的制动件,制动件制止活动件活动时制动件具有向制动部方向的顶压力,且制动件与制动部之间产生滚动摩擦接触。所述的制动件为滚轮,且制动件为至少一个,并安装在载体件上。本发明的有益效果:本发明通过将传统制动机构的滑动摩擦改为滚动摩擦,由于滚动摩擦的发热较小几乎忽略不计,因此其在长时间工作状况下制动性能更加稳定,同时制动件采用多个能够保证制动效果,进一步提高产品的制动性能。

技术领域
本发明属于制动机构技术领域,尤其涉及一种发热较小的制动机构。
背景技术
制动机构用于诸多领域,最主要的是汽车领域,目前汽车制动中一般有两种,一种为鼓式刹车制动,另一种为盘式刹车制动,鼓式刹车制动缺点是在制动过程中发热较为严重,汽车在下长坡的时候需要长时间刹车制动,这样刹车片发热严重制动距离变长或刹车失灵常有发生;盘式刹车由于裸露在外,其散热效果会好于鼓式刹车制动,但是其结构过于复杂、成本较高,并且其在夏天的时候同样会受到刹车盘高温的较大影响,使其制动距离受影响。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种发热较小的制动机构。
本发明是通过如下技术方案来实现的:
一种制动机构,包括活动件,活动件上具有制动部,还包括制止活动件活动的制动件,制动件制止活动件活动时制动件具有向制动部方向的顶压力,且制动件与制动部之间产生滚动摩擦接触。
所述的制动件为滚轮,且制动件为至少一个,并安装在载体件上。
所述的活动件为转动件,活动件应用于车轮时活动件随车轮转动,且制动件为多个。
所述的活动件的制动部为圆环结构,制动件设于制动部靠内一侧,制动件制动时与活动件的内壁抵触。
所述的载体件活动连接于安装座上,制动件在制动时载体件带动制动件向制动部方向顶压。
还包括驱动载体件向活动件的制动部运动的驱动件,驱动件顶压载体件,使载体件上的制动件与活动件的制动部抵接。
所述的载体件为两个且对称设置,两载体件的相同一端分别通过销轴连接在安装座上,两载体件的另一端之间预留间隙,驱动件设于该间隙中,驱动件在驱动的时候分别顶压两载体件,使两载体件反向运动。
还包括驱动载体件复位的复位件。
所述的复位件为拉簧,拉簧两端分别连接在两载体件上。
所述的驱动件与安装座活动连接,驱动件为扁形结构,驱动件驱动载体件制动时驱动件转动撑开两侧的载体件,使两载体件上的制动件与制动部抵触。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过将传统制动机构的滑动摩擦改为滚动摩擦,由于滚动摩擦的发热较小几乎忽略不计,因此其在长时间工作状况下制动性能更加稳定,同时制动件采用多个能够保证制动效果,进一步提高产品的制动性能。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例
如图1所示的一种制动机构,包括活动件1,所述的活动件1为转动件,活动件1应用于车轮时活动件随车轮转动,活动件1上具有制动部11,还包括制止活动件1活动的制动件2,制动件2制止活动件1活动时制动件2具有向制动部11方向的顶压力,且制动件2与制动部11之间产生滚动摩擦接触。且将本发明应用于汽车中时制动件2为多个,且在安装的时候保证制动时各制动件均能够与活动件1的制动部11产生抵触。
所述的制动件2为滚轮,滚轮可根据需要设计为偏心安装,当滚轮与制动部11产生摩擦后滚轮的薄处滚动至厚处时,滚轮与制动部的挤压力越来越大,在驱动滚轮的压力不变的情况下最后滚轮迫使制动部停下,且制动件2为至少一个,并安装在载体件3上,制动件2的表面可根据需要增加刹车片,以便磨损后便于更换,也可以提高刹车性能。所述的载体件3活动连接于安装座4上,制动件2在制动时载体件3带动制动件2向制动部方向顶压。
本发明应用于汽车制动时,所述的活动件1的制动部11为圆环结构,制动件2设于制动部11靠内一侧,制动件2制动时与活动件1的内壁抵触。
还包括驱动载体件3向活动件1的制动部运动的驱动件5,驱动件5顶压载体件3,使载体件3上的制动件2与活动件1的制动部11抵接。所述的载体件3为两个且对称设置,两载体件3的相同一端分别通过销轴连接在安装座4上,两载体件3的另一端之间预留间隙,驱动件5设于该间隙中,驱动件5在驱动的时候分别顶压两载体件3,使两载体件3反向运动。所述的驱动件5与安装座4活动连接,驱动件5为扁形结构,驱动件5驱动载体件3制动时驱动件5转动撑开两侧的载体件3,使两载体件3上的制动件2与制动部11抵触。一个驱动件5同时驱动两个载体件3,从而节约了零件的用料,而且由于是一个驱动件5,因此两个载体件3的同步性有保证,保证了制动效果。
还包括驱动载体件3复位的复位件6。所述的复位件6为拉簧,拉簧两端分别连接在两载体件3上。在两个载体件3上分别设置有供拉簧连接的拉簧孔31,两个拉簧两端分别连接在拉簧孔31上。

1.一种制动机构,包括活动件,活动件上具有制动部,其特征在于:还包括制止活动件活动的制动件,制动件制止活动件活动时制动件具有向制动部方向的顶压力,且制动件与制动部之间产生滚动摩擦接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种制动机构,其特征在于:所述的制动件为滚轮,且制动件为至少一个,并安装在载体件上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种制动机构,其特征在于:所述的活动件为转动件,活动件应用于车轮时活动件随车轮转动,且制动件为多个。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种制动机构,其特征在于:所述的活动件的制动部为圆环结构,制动件设于制动部靠内一侧,制动件制动时与活动件的内壁抵触。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种制动机构,其特征在于:所述的载体件活动连接于安装座上,制动件在制动时载体件带动制动件向制动部方向顶压。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种制动机构,其特征在于:还包括驱动载体件向活动件的制动部运动的驱动件,驱动件顶压载体件,使载体件上的制动件与活动件的制动部抵接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种制动机构,其特征在于:所述的载体件为两个且对称设置,两载体件的相同一端分别通过销轴连接在安装座上,两载体件的另一端之间预留间隙,驱动件设于该间隙中,驱动件在驱动的时候分别顶压两载体件,使两载体件反向运动。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种制动机构,其特征在于:还包括驱动载体件复位的复位件。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种制动机构,其特征在于:所述的复位件为拉簧,拉簧两端分别连接在两载体件上。
10.根据权利要求6所述的一种制动机构,其特征在于:所述的驱动件与安装座活动连接,驱动件为扁形结构,驱动件驱动载体件制动时驱动件转动撑开两侧的载体件,使两载体件上的制动件与制动部抵触。
