本发明提供了一种床垫粘接装置，包括放置棕垫和中空棉的粘接平台、升降气缸、碾平板，粘接平台侧面固定有支撑臂，升降气缸竖直固定在支撑臂上端，碾平板固定在升降气缸的活塞杆下端，所述碾平板下表面转动连接有若干个碾平辊，碾平板上连接有转辊喷胶组件，所述转辊喷胶组件包括上下两个喷胶架、伸缩调节架、平移挂臂和驱动平移挂臂在碾平板上滑动的平移气缸，所述喷胶架一上一下平行设置，喷胶架转动连接有内部中空的喷胶转辊，喷胶转辊的表面上开有若干出胶孔，喷胶转辊的一端连接有进胶管，两个喷胶架的端部通过伸缩调节架连接在一起。自动化程度高，可以一次性粘接棕垫上下两侧的中空棉，加工速度快，省时省力。

一种床垫粘接装置
技术领域
本发明属于床垫加工技术领域，涉及一种床垫粘接装置。
背景技术
棕榈床垫由三层组成，中间层为椰丝纤维黏合剂粘合成棕垫，再在棕垫上下表面粘接中空棉或其他面料。现有的粘接方式都是通过喷胶机的喷枪将胶水喷涂到棕垫正面，粘接面料好后再将棕垫翻面，接着喷涂背面，然后通过工人用手按压面料表面并抚平，使胶水能够充分与棕垫、面料接触。这种加工方式速度慢，而且需要至少两个工人配合，费时费力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题，提出了一种床垫粘接装置，自动化程度高，可以一次性粘接棕垫上下两侧的中空棉。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现：一种床垫粘接装置，包括放置棕垫和中空棉的粘接平台、升降气缸、碾平板，其特征在于，粘接平台侧面固定有支撑臂，升降气缸竖直固定在支撑臂上端，碾平板固定在升降气缸的活塞杆下端，所述碾平板下表面转动连接有若干个碾平辊，碾平板上连接有转辊喷胶组件，所述转辊喷胶组件包括上下两个喷胶架、伸缩调节架、平移挂臂和驱动平移挂臂在碾平板上滑动的平移气缸，所述喷胶架一上一下平行设置，喷胶架转动连接有内部中空的喷胶转辊，喷胶转辊的表面上开有若干出胶孔，喷胶转辊的一端连接有进胶管，两个喷胶架的端部通过伸缩调节架连接在一起，所述喷胶架的两侧具有插入棕垫与中空棉之间的尖插部。
先将两层中空棉及中间层的棕垫放置在粘接平台上，然后将喷胶机的喷出端口与进胶管接通。启动平移气缸，带动整个平移挂臂移动，使喷胶架插入到棕垫与中空棉之间，此时开启喷胶机，将胶水注入到喷胶转辊内腔中，在喷胶架平移过程中，由于棕垫及中空棉对喷胶转辊的摩擦，使得喷胶转辊也跟着转动，喷胶转辊内注入胶水后压强增大，胶水从出胶孔中挤出，使胶水涂抹在棕垫及中空棉上，来回2-3个行程后关闭喷胶机，平移气缸将喷胶架推出棕垫与中空棉的间隙中。由于有上下两个喷胶转辊分别卡入到间隙中，所以一次可以完成棕垫的两面喷胶作业。之后再启动升降气缸，碾平板下移，使碾平辊作用在上层的中空棉上，挤压棕垫及中空棉，使胶水充分接触粘接面，而且挤压后粘接更加牢固。
进一步的，所述喷胶架的截面呈椭圆形且开有方形槽，喷胶转辊转动连接在方形槽内，所述喷胶架两端开有中心通孔，中心通孔外端具有外延的与进胶管嵌套的凸套一，所述中心通孔的内端具有水平凸出的环形套筒，环形套筒上固定有轴承，喷胶转辊两端具有连通内部空腔的中空转轴部，中空转轴部套在轴承外圈上。
进一步的，所述伸缩调节架包括伸缩臂一和伸缩臂二，伸缩臂一与上方的喷胶架的端部通过螺栓固连，伸缩臂二与下方的喷胶架的端部通过螺栓固连，伸缩臂二上端开有供伸缩臂一插入的调节滑孔，伸缩臂一和伸缩臂二上均开有若干个供定位销插入的定位孔。伸缩调节架可以通过定位销插入定位孔来确定长度，那么上下两喷胶架的间距可以随着改变，以此来适应不同厚度的棕垫。
进一步的，所述平移挂臂下端与伸缩臂二侧面焊接固连。
进一步的，平移挂臂上端具有水平设置的支撑平板，支撑平板一端具有L型的爪钩，碾平板上表面固定有长条状的截面呈L型的卡板，爪钩与卡板相卡嵌，支撑平板上还设有沿着碾平板滚动的支撑滚轮，所述的平移气缸的推杆与支撑平板固定。通过L型的卡板将爪钩卡住，使平移挂臂能够与碾平板勾住，同时也使平移挂臂能笔直的移动。
进一步的，所述的粘接平台上边缘设有倾斜朝外的围边。围边用于限位中空棉及棕垫，防止其在涂胶过程中发生位移。
进一步的，所述进胶管上设有控制胶水流量的阀门。
喷胶转辊两端的都连接了进胶管，工作时，喷胶转辊一端的进胶管上的阀门打开，另一端的进胶管上的阀门关闭。
进一步的，所述尖插部呈三角形，尖插部的尖端圆弧过渡。
与现有技术相比，本床垫粘接装置具有以下优点：
1.通过转辊喷胶组件在棕垫与中空棉之间水平来回移动，自动将胶喷涂在棕垫及中空棉上，不需要人工手动喷涂，喷涂更加均匀，而且节省人力。
2.碾平辊下移，将中空棉压在棕垫上，提高粘接效果。
3.一次性完成棕垫正反面的涂胶和粘接工作，效率高。
4.喷胶架的两侧具有尖插部，可以自动插入棕垫与中空棉之间的缝隙中，从而使整个喷胶架也随之进入，不需要人工手动操作。
5.伸缩调节架可以通过定位销来调节长度，使得两个喷胶架之间的间距改变，以此来适应不同厚度的棕垫。

以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图，对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述，但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
如图1、图2所示，本床垫粘接装置包括放置棕垫和中空棉的粘接平台1、升降气缸2、碾平板3，粘接平台1侧面固定有支撑臂11，升降气缸2竖直固定在支撑臂11上端，碾平板3固定在升降气缸2的活塞杆下端，所述碾平板3下表面转动连接有若干个碾平辊31，碾平板3上连接有转辊喷胶组件。
所述转辊喷胶组件包括上下两个喷胶架4、伸缩调节架5、平移挂臂6和驱动平移挂臂6在碾平板3上滑动的平移气缸7，所述喷胶架4一上一下平行设置，喷胶架4转动连接有内部中空的喷胶转辊8，喷胶转辊8的表面上开有若干出胶孔81，喷胶转辊8的一端连接有进胶管82，两个喷胶架4的端部通过伸缩调节架5连接在一起，所述喷胶架4的两侧具有插入棕垫与中空棉之间的尖插部41。所述尖插部41呈三角形，尖插部41的尖端圆弧过渡。
如图4所示，所述喷胶架4的截面呈椭圆形且开有方形槽42，喷胶转辊8转动连接在方形槽42内，所述喷胶架4两端开有中心通孔43，中心通孔43外端具有外延的与进胶管82嵌套的凸套一44，所述中心通孔43的内端具有水平凸出的环形套筒45，环形套筒45上固定有轴承46，喷胶转辊8两端具有连通内部空腔的中空转轴部83，中空转轴部83套在轴承46外圈上。
如图3所示，所述伸缩调节架5包括伸缩臂一51和伸缩臂二52，伸缩臂一51与上方的喷胶架4的端部通过螺栓固连，伸缩臂二52与下方的喷胶架4的端部通过螺栓固连，伸缩臂二52上端开有供伸缩臂一51插入的调节滑孔，伸缩臂一51和伸缩臂二52上均开有供定位销54插入的定位孔53，所述平移挂臂6下端与伸缩臂二52侧面焊接固连。
平移挂臂6上端具有水平设置的支撑平板61，支撑平板61一端具有L型的爪钩62，碾平板3上表面固定有长条状的截面呈L型的卡板32，爪钩62与卡板32相卡嵌，支撑平板61上还设有沿着碾平板3滚动的支撑滚轮63，所述的平移气缸7的推杆与支撑平板61固定。通过L型的卡板32将爪钩62卡住，使平移挂臂6能够与碾平板3勾住，同时也使平移挂臂6能笔直的移动。
所述的粘接平台1上边缘设有倾斜朝外的围边12。围边12用于限位中空棉及棕垫，防止其在涂胶过程中发生位移。
所述进胶管82上设有控制胶水流量的阀门，喷胶转辊8两端的都连接了进胶管82。工作时，喷胶转辊8一端的进胶管82上的阀门打开，另一端的进胶管82上的阀门关闭。
工作原理：先将两层中空棉及中间层的棕垫放置在粘接平台1上，然后将喷胶机的喷出端口与进胶管82接通。启动平移气缸7，带动整个平移挂臂6移动，使喷胶架4插入到棕垫与中空棉之间，此时开启喷胶机，将胶水注入到喷胶转辊8内腔中，在喷胶架4平移过程中，由于棕垫及中空棉对喷胶转辊8的摩擦，使得喷胶转辊8也跟着转动，喷胶转辊8内注入胶水后压强增大，胶水从出胶孔81中挤出，使胶水涂抹在棕垫及中空棉上，来回2-3个行程后关闭喷胶机，平移气缸7将喷胶架4推出棕垫与中空棉的间隙中。由于有上下两个喷胶转辊8分别卡入到间隙中，所以一次可以完成棕垫的两面喷胶作业。之后再启动升降气缸2，碾平板3下移，使碾平辊31作用在上层的中空棉上，挤压棕垫及中空棉，使胶水充分接触粘接面，而且挤压后粘接更加牢固。
