Abstract
一种椭圆机,包含一底框、一前支架、一传动组件、一导轨组件、一伸缩组件以及一踏板组件,前支架设置于底框前端,传动组件设置于前支架,导轨组件位于底框内,该导轨组件包含一导轨座、一上支撑单元以及一下支撑单元,导轨座的后端枢接于底框后端使导轨座可上下枢摆,上支撑单元固接于导轨座的前端,下支撑单元枢接于导轨座的前端并可上下枢摆,伸缩组件两端分别枢接于上支撑单元以及下支撑单元,其中,通过伸缩组件伸缩位移进而调整导轨座相对该底框后端上下枢摆的角度,踏板组件连接于传动组件并且滑设于导轨座。

技术领域
本发明有关于一种运动器材,特别是指一种椭圆机(Elliptical Trainer)。
背景技术
椭圆机是近几年流行的一种运动健身器材,一般泛指各种能导引左、右二踏板沿着近似椭圆形的轨迹运动,藉以供使用者模拟走路、跑步、登山及爬楼梯等腿部运动的装置。
在市面上所贩卖的椭圆机,其踏板作动时所产生的椭圆轨迹大多是固定不变的,虽然使用者通常可通过调整阻力系统来改变运动负荷,然而,踏板轨迹固定意味着使用者腿部的运动形态也是固定的,如此不仅无法满足使用者所偏好的运动形态,也使得运动过程缺乏变化而单调无趣。
相对地,现有的椭圆机较少针对踏板轨迹调整进行改良,因此,常用的椭圆机仍有其不便之处,而有待改进。
发明内容
藉此,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种椭圆机,可调整踏板的轨迹及高度,进而达到符合使用者训练的需求以及提高训练内容丰富性的目的。
该椭圆机包含:一底框;一前支架,设置于该底框前端并向上延伸;一传动组件,设置于该前支架;一导轨组件,位于该底框内,该导轨组件包含一导轨座、一上支撑单元以及一下支撑单元,该导轨座的后端枢接于该底框后端使该导轨座可相对该底框后端上下枢摆,该上支撑单元固接于该导轨座的前端,该下支撑单元枢接于该导轨座的前端并可相对该导轨座前端上下枢摆;一伸缩组件,该伸缩组件的两端分别枢接于该上支撑单元以及该下支撑单元,其中,通过该伸缩组件伸缩位移进而调整该导轨座相对该底框后端上下枢摆的角度;以及一踏板组件,连接于该传动组件并且滑设于该导轨座。
较佳地,该上支撑单元朝向该底框前端向上倾斜延伸,该下支撑单元朝向该底框前端延伸,该伸缩组件位于该上支撑单元及该下支撑单元之间。
较佳地,该上支撑单元包含一上支撑件,该上支撑件具有一连接段以及一延伸段,该连接段底端固接于该导轨座前端,该连接段朝该底框前端向上倾斜延伸,该延伸段固接于该连接段的顶端并朝该底框前端横向延伸,该伸缩组件枢接于该延伸段。
较佳地,该上支撑单元更包含一中支撑件,该中支撑件两端分别固接于该导轨座前端以及该延伸段。
较佳地,该下支撑单元包含二下支撑件以及一连接件,二下支撑件相距一预定距离并枢接于该导轨座前端,该连接件的两端分别固接该二下支撑件,该伸缩组件枢接于该连接件。
较佳地,该下支撑单元更包含二滚轮,该二滚轮分别枢接于各该下支撑件。
较佳地,该伸缩组件具有一动力单元以及一设于该动力单元的伸缩杆,该动力单元驱动该伸缩杆并控制该伸缩杆凸伸的长度,该动力单元枢接于该上支撑单元,该伸缩杆的一端枢接于该下支撑单元。
较佳地,该导轨座包含一前杆体、一后杆体以及多个滑杆,该后杆体横向设置并且两端枢接于该底框后端,各该滑杆的后端固接于该后杆体,各该滑杆的前端固接于该前杆体,该上支撑单元固接于该前杆体,该下支撑单元枢接于该前杆体,该踏板组件滑设于所述滑杆。
较佳地,该底框包含一前连接杆、一后连接杆以及二侧杆,该二侧杆的前端分别连接该前连接杆的两端,该二侧杆的后端分别连接该后连接杆的两端,该后杆体的两端枢接于该后连接杆,该前支架固接于该前连接杆。
较佳地,该底框更包含一挡杆,该挡杆的两端分别连接该二侧杆,挡杆横设于所述滑杆下方。
藉此,通过该动力单元驱动杆伸缩杆伸长或缩短,即可调整该下支撑单元相对该导轨座枢转的角度,进而扬升该导轨座或降下该导轨座,而由于该踏板组件滑设于该导轨座,因此便能改变该踏板组件所形成的轨迹,进而满足使用者的训练需求以及增加训练内容的丰富性。

具体实施方式
请参考图1~3及5,本发明一较佳实施例所提供的椭圆机10,包含一底框20、一前支架30、一传动组件40、一导轨组件50、一伸缩组件60以及一踏板组件70。
底框20设置于一承载面S上,底框20包含一前连接杆22、一后连接杆24、二侧杆26以及一挡杆28,前连接杆22与后连接杆24呈平行设置,并且前连接杆22及后连接杆24相距的距离可随着椭圆机10机型的大小不同而变更,二侧杆26的前端分别连接前连接杆22的两端,二侧杆26的后端分别连接后连接杆24的两端,挡杆28的两端分别连接二侧杆26,于本较佳实施例中挡杆28与前连接杆22及后连接杆24平行并连接于二侧杆26的中段处,挡杆28顶面设有一缓冲片29,其中,前连接杆22、后连接杆24及二侧杆26的长度及造型可随不同的设计需求作变更。
前支架30设置于底框20前端并向上延伸,更进一步来说,于本较佳实施例中,前支架30固接于前连接杆22并向上延伸,于其它较佳实施例中,前支架30亦可固定于二侧杆26并向上延伸,其中,前支架30用以设置连动手把32、显示面板34以及传动组件,并且前支架30的形状及结构并不限于附图及实施例所揭示的范围。
传动组件40设置于前支架30,传动组件40可包含,但不限定于,一飞轮42以及一传动轮44,传动轮44通过一传动带46驱动飞轮42进行旋转,飞轮42具有一输出轴43,输出轴43设置于飞轮42的轴心并可与飞轮42进行同步转动。
导轨组件50设置于底框20内,并位于前连接杆22、后连接杆24及二侧杆26之间,导轨组件50包含一导轨座52、一上支撑单元54以及一下支撑单元56,导轨座52的后端枢接于底框20后端,使导轨座52可相对底框20后端上下枢摆,上支撑单元54固接于导轨座52的前端,下支撑单元56枢接于导轨座52的前端并可相对导轨座52前端进行上下枢摆。
更进一步来说,导轨座52包含一前杆体522、一后杆体524以及多个滑杆526,后杆体524横向设置并且位于后连接杆24朝向前连接杆22的一侧,后杆体524的两端分别通过一枢接片53枢接于后连接杆24,使后杆体524能进行原地转动,滑杆526于本较佳实施例中数量为四,于其它实施例中并不以此为限,其中,各滑杆526的后端固接于后杆体524,各滑杆526的前端固接于前杆体522,值得一提的是,靠近左侧侧杆26的二滑杆526共同形成左滑轨527,靠近右侧侧杆26的二滑杆526共同形成右滑轨529,另外,挡杆28横设于各滑杆526下方,进而当导轨座52向下枢摆时,各滑杆526可挡止于挡杆28并抵靠于缓冲片29。
上支撑单元54朝向底框20前端向上倾斜延伸,更进一步来说,上支撑单元54包含一上支撑件542以及一中支撑件546,上支撑件542具有一连接段543以及一延伸段544,连接段543底端固接于前杆体522,并且连接段543朝底框20前端向上倾斜延伸,延伸段544固接于连接段543的顶端并朝底框20前端横向延伸,于本较佳实施例中,连接段543以及延伸段544为一体成型,于其它较佳实施例中,亦可利用焊接的方式连接连接段543及延伸段544,中支撑件546的两端分别固接前杆体522以及延伸段544,进而提升上支撑件542与前杆体522的结合强度以及结构稳定性。
下支撑单元56朝向底框20前端延伸,更进一步来说,下支撑单元56包含二下支撑件562、一连接件564以及二滚轮566,二下支撑件562及连接件564于本较佳实施例中皆为杆体,二下支撑件562为平行设置并相距一预定距离,该预定距离可根据不同需求而变更设计,二下支撑件562的后端通过枢接件563枢接于前杆体522,进而使二下支撑件562可相对前杆体522上下枢摆,二下支撑件562朝向底框20前端延伸,二滚轮566分别枢接于各下支撑件562的前端并在承载面S上滚动,连接件564垂直于二下支撑件562,并且连接件564两端分别固接于二下支撑件562,进而使二下支撑件562能同步进行上下枢摆。
伸缩组件60位于上支撑单元54及下支撑单元56之间,并且伸缩组件60的两端分别枢接于上支撑单元54及下支撑单元56,更进一步来说,伸缩组件60具有一动力单元62以及一设于动力单元62的伸缩杆64,动力单元62可为电动马达、汽缸或是油压缸,动力单元62驱动伸缩杆64并控制伸缩杆64凸伸的长度,进而使整个伸缩组件60伸长及缩短,动力单元62枢接于延伸段544,而伸缩杆64枢接于连接件564。
踏板组件70连接于传动组件40并滑设于导轨座52,更进一步来说,踏板组件70包含二连动单元72、二踏板74以及二滑轮组76,二连动单元72分别位于飞轮42的左右两侧,二连动单元72的前端连接飞轮42的输出轴43并受飞轮42的带动而同步作动,二连动单元72分别朝左滑轨527及右滑轨529的上方延伸,二踏板74分别固接于二连动单元72并可供用户踩踏,二滑轮组76分别设置于各连动单元72的后端,二滑轮组76分别滑设于四滑杆526所形成的左滑轨527及右滑轨529。其中,当飞轮42转动时,通过输出轴43同步带动二连动单元72、二踏板74以及二滑轮组76座动,使二踏板74延近似椭圆形的轨迹移动,由于踏板74如何形成近似椭圆形轨迹的相关技术内容为现有技术,于此不再赘述。
藉此,请参考图3~4,以及图5~6,当用户调整动力单元62控制伸缩杆64向下凸伸位移时,由于上支撑单元54固接于导轨座52,因此整个伸缩组件60便会向下推动下支撑单元56进行枢转,进而扬升整个导轨座52并改变导轨座52相对底框20后端枢摆的角度,由于踏板组件70滑设于导轨座52,因此便能改变踏板74移动所形成的轨迹,同理,当用户调整动力单元62使伸缩杆64向上位移时,下支撑单元56会向上枢转进而使整个导轨座52的扬升高度降低,进而降低踏板74的高度,综合上述说明,通过调整伸缩组件60及可控制导轨座52的扬升角度,不仅可符合使用者多元的训练需求,亦可提升训练内容的丰富性。
最后必须再次说明,本发明于上述实施例中所揭露的构成组件,仅为举例说明,并非用来限制本发明的范围,其他等效组件的替代或变化,亦应为本发明的保护范围所涵盖。
Claims (10)
1.一种椭圆机,其特征在于,包含:
一底框;
一前支架,设置于该底框前端并向上延伸;
一传动组件,设置于该前支架;
一导轨组件,位于该底框内,该导轨组件包含一导轨座、一上支撑单元以及一下支撑单元,该导轨座的后端枢接于该底框后端使该导轨座可相对该底框后端上下枢摆,该上支撑单元固接于该导轨座的前端,该下支撑单元枢接于该导轨座的前端并可相对该导轨座前端上下枢摆;
一伸缩组件,该伸缩组件的两端分别枢接于该上支撑单元以及该下支撑单元,其中,通过该伸缩组件伸缩位移进而调整该导轨座相对该底框后端上下枢摆的角度;以及
一踏板组件,连接于该传动组件并且滑设于该导轨座。
2.如权利要求1所述椭圆机,该上支撑单元朝向该底框前端向上倾斜延伸,该下支撑单元朝向该底框前端延伸,该伸缩组件位于该上支撑单元及该下支撑单元之间。
3.如权利要求2所述椭圆机,该上支撑单元包含一上支撑件,该上支撑件具有一连接段以及一延伸段,该连接段底端固接于该导轨座前端,该连接段朝该底框前端向上倾斜延伸,该延伸段固接于该连接段的顶端并朝该底框前端横向延伸,该伸缩组件枢接于该延伸段。
4.如权利要求3所述椭圆机,该上支撑单元更包含一中支撑件,该中支撑件两端分别固接于该导轨座前端以及该延伸段。
5.如权利要求2所述椭圆机,该下支撑单元包含二下支撑件以及一连接件,二下支撑件相距一预定距离并枢接于该导轨座前端,该连接件的两端分别固接该二下支撑件,该伸缩组件枢接于该连接件。
6.如权利要求5所述椭圆机,该下支撑单元更包含二滚轮,该二滚轮分别枢接于各该下支撑件。
7.如权利要求2所述椭圆机,该伸缩组件具有一动力单元以及一设于该动力单元的伸缩杆,该动力单元驱动该伸缩杆并控制该伸缩杆凸伸的长度,该动力单元枢接于该上支撑单元,该伸缩杆的一端枢接于该下支撑单元。
8.如权利要求2所述椭圆机,该导轨座包含一前杆体、一后杆体以及多个滑杆,该后杆体横向设置并且两端枢接于该底框后端,各该滑杆的后端固接于该后杆体,各该滑杆的前端固接于该前杆体,该上支撑单元固接于该前杆体,该下支撑单元枢接于该前杆体,该踏板组件滑设于所述滑杆。
9.如权利要求8所述椭圆机,该底框包含一前连接杆、一后连接杆以及二侧杆,该二侧杆的前端分别连接该前连接杆的两端,该二侧杆的后端分别连接该后连接杆的两端,该后杆体的两端枢接于该后连接杆,该前支架固接于该前连接杆。
10.如权利要求9所述椭圆机,该底框更包含一挡杆,该挡杆的两端分别连接该二侧杆,挡杆横设于所述滑杆下方。
