本发明公开了一种倍数可调式医用反光镜,包括凹面镜状的反光镜、用于佩戴的额带用于连接额带和放光镜本体的万向节;所述反光镜中心开有观察孔;所述反光镜背面设置有可旋转的倍镜支架,所述倍镜支架上安装有若干不同倍数的倍镜;还包括一个驱动倍镜支架旋转的调节装置;所述观察孔位于倍镜支架上的倍镜旋转的路径上。具有上述结构的医用反光镜,透镜具备放大5倍效果、2.5倍效果和正常观察口三种视野,可观察细微病损,减少误诊、误治,减少患者非必要检查项目,提高诊疗质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医用额戴反光镜。
背景技术
额戴反光镜是可用于头部佩戴的一个能聚光的凹面反光镜器械,为耳鼻喉科室常用的辅助检查器械,一般由佩带、万向连接架和反光镜构成。
现有额戴反光镜中间开有观察孔,医务人员通过观察孔来观察患者病变结构。然而由于观察孔只是一个普通开孔,并没有放大作用。因此对于观察细微结构(如鼓膜裂孔、鼓膜愈合过程的观察、细小咽喉部病变(如声带小息肉、小结))等存在较大缺陷。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种倍数可调式医用反光镜,可以通过可调节的倍镜对患者细小病变部位进行观察。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种倍数可调式医用反光镜,包括凹面镜状的反光镜、用于佩戴的额带用于连接额带和放光镜本体的万向节;所述反光镜中心开有观察孔;所述反光镜背面设置有可旋转的倍镜支架,所述倍镜支架上安装有若干不同倍数的倍镜;还包括一个驱动倍镜支架旋转的调节装置;所述观察孔位于倍镜支架上的倍镜旋转的路径上。
作为一种改进,所述倍镜支架为圆盘状,所述若干倍镜沿圆周均匀分布;所述倍镜支架中心设置有转轴I,使得倍镜支架能沿转轴I转动;所述转轴I上固定套有调节齿轮;还包括一个调节盘,所述调节盘可绕转轴II转动;还包括固定套于转轴II上的驱动齿轮,所述驱动齿轮与调节齿轮啮合。通过手指扳动调节盘使得倍镜支架转动,从而更换不同倍数的倍镜。
作为一种改进,所述调节齿轮、驱动齿轮之间设置有分别与调节齿轮、驱动齿轮啮合的传动齿轮。方便设置,便于安装。
作为一种优选,还包括壳体,所述壳体与反光镜背部扣合;所述倍镜支架、调节盘均设置在壳体内;所述调节盘部分延伸出壳体侧壁。壳体用于保护、收纳内部结构。
作为一种改进,所述调节盘外圆周上设置有防滑齿。增大摩擦力,方便手指扳动。
作为一种优选,所述倍镜为三个,分别为0倍、2.5倍、5倍。设置三种倍数已经能够适用于大多数情况,同时0倍倍镜直接为通孔,无需安装镜片。
作为一种改进,还包括设置在观察孔周围的LED光源,所述LED光源均匀分布在观察孔四周。他科急会诊、院外会诊抢救等,在当前环境下不能提供有效照明的情况(因耳鼻喉科观察部位如鼻腔、咽喉部、耳道内、颈内等观察口深、窄,日常所用的电筒、手机照明等光源散乱无法提供有效照明),如鼻腔动脉出血、喉梗阻、呼吸困难需行紧急床旁气管切开等情况,若无法及时救治可能延误病情、危机患者生命甚至死亡。因此设置应急光源,在没有外部足够照明的情况下也能看清。
本发明的有益之处在于:具有上述结构的医用反光镜,可在任意环境下提供充分的照明环境(有光源情况下可使用单纯反光镜,无外界光源情况下使用自备LED光源)、细微的观察各组织、结构,解决了外出抢救等情况下无合理光源配合抢救病人的尴尬局面,减少医疗差错、医疗事故的发生,提高医疗质量、诊疗水平。本发明的透镜具备放大5倍效果、2.5倍效果和正常观察口三种视野,可观察细微病损,减少误诊、误治,减少患者非必要检查项目,提高诊疗质量。

具体实施方式
为了使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图1-图2所示,本发明包括凹面镜状的反光镜2、用于佩戴的额带(图中未示出)用于连接额带和放光镜本体2的万向节(图中未示出);所述反光镜2中心开有观察孔3;所述反光镜2背面设置有可旋转的倍镜支架5,所述倍镜支架5上安装有若干不同倍数的倍镜6;本实施例中倍镜6为三个,分别为0倍、2.5倍、5倍。还包括一个驱动倍镜支架5旋转的调节装置;所述观察孔3位于倍镜支架5上的倍镜6旋转的路径上。
倍镜支架5为圆盘状,所述若干倍镜6沿圆周均匀分布;所述倍镜支架5中心设置有转轴I4,使得倍镜支架5能沿转轴I4转动;所述转轴I4上固定套有调节齿轮7;还包括一个调节盘9,所述调节盘9可绕转轴II8转动;还包括固定套于转轴II8上的驱动齿轮10,所述驱动齿轮10与调节齿轮7啮合。调节齿轮7、驱动齿轮10之间设置有分别与调节齿轮7、驱动齿轮10啮合的传动齿轮11。
还包括壳体1,所述壳体1与反光镜2背部扣合;所述倍镜支架5、调节盘9均设置在壳体1内;所述调节盘9部分延伸出壳体1侧壁。调节盘9外圆周上设置有防滑齿。
还包括设置在观察孔3周围的LED光源12,所述LED光源12均匀分布在观察孔3四周。可以预见的是还包括为LED光源12供电的电池,电池可以设置在壳体1内部。当然,壳体1上还应当设置一个控制LED光源12的开关。
使用的时候,医务人员利用额带将反光镜2佩戴在额头上,并利用万向节调整好位置,就可以通过观察3孔对病变部位进行观察。需要调节倍数的时候,只需要用手指扳动调节盘9,调节盘9带动驱动齿轮10转动,驱动齿轮10通过传动齿轮11传动到调节齿轮7,调节齿轮7的转动又带动倍镜支架5转动,从而完成倍镜6的更换。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出的是,上述优选实施方式不应视为对本发明的限制,本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种倍数可调式医用反光镜,包括凹面镜状的反光镜、用于佩戴的额带用于连接额带和放光镜本体的万向节;所述反光镜中心开有观察孔;其特征在于:所述反光镜背面设置有可旋转的倍镜支架,所述倍镜支架上安装有若干不同倍数的倍镜;还包括一个驱动倍镜支架旋转的调节装置;所述观察孔位于倍镜支架上的倍镜旋转的路径上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种倍数可调式医用反光镜,其特征在于:所述倍镜支架为圆盘状,所述若干倍镜沿圆周均匀分布;所述倍镜支架中心设置有转轴I,使得倍镜支架能沿转轴I转动;所述转轴I上固定套有调节齿轮;还包括一个调节盘,所述调节盘可绕转轴II转动;还包括固定套于转轴II上的驱动齿轮,所述驱动齿轮与调节齿轮啮合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种倍数可调式医用反光镜,其特征在于:所述调节齿轮、驱动齿轮之间设置有分别与调节齿轮、驱动齿轮啮合的传动齿轮。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种倍数可调式医用反光镜,其特征在于:还包括壳体,所述壳体与反光镜背部扣合;所述倍镜支架、调节盘均设置在壳体内;所述调节盘部分延伸出壳体侧壁。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种倍数可调式医用反光镜,其特征在于:所述调节盘外圆周上设置有防滑齿。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种倍数可调式医用反光镜,其特征在于:所述倍镜为三个,分别为0倍、2.5倍、5倍。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种倍数可调式医用反光镜,其特征在于:还包括设置在观察孔周围的LED光源,所述LED光源均匀分布在观察孔四周。
