宽温域内燃机轴瓦自润滑涂层及其喷涂方法
技术领域
本发明替代污染电镀技术,在内燃机轴瓦上制备涂层,具体涉及一种宽温域内燃机轴瓦自润滑涂层及其喷涂方法,所得涂层能够在室温至200℃环境连续具有自润滑性。
背景技术
市场上自润滑轴瓦绝大部分由电镀工艺加工,但电镀溶液具有强污染性,而PVD,CVD等工艺制备的自润滑轴瓦效率低下。以磁控溅射制备轴瓦为例,需要经过抽、泄真空处理,制备15μm厚度的薄膜需要24小时以上,生产效率低下。采用纳米环保涂料制备的自润滑涂层具有自润滑性,但目前市场上的涂层耐温性差,不能200℃工况下工作。内燃机工作温度一般为150℃左右,在突发故障情况下,油温会迅速上升,因此开发宽温域从室温到200℃的涂层轴瓦是填补市场空白的需要。
目前现有的技术中采用的材料均为普通的树脂材料和聚酰亚胺材料,不具有耐高温性。同时现有的技术中对轴瓦前处理中描述的不够准备和客观。而关于轴瓦合格产品的检测工艺也处于空白阶段。
例如:公开号为CN104879385B发明名称为:“一种含二硫化钼轴瓦涂层的喷涂方法”专利公开了以MoS2和环氧树脂为主的涂料及其制备工艺。该专利中普通的环氧树脂不能在200℃工况下工作,不具备室温至200℃的宽温域自润滑性。同时描述的制备的工艺存在描述不清问题。轴瓦前处理喷砂过程受喷砂压力,喷砂材料、砂砾大小、喷砂角度、喷砂时间等因素影响,应以最终轴瓦表面的表面粗糙度Ra作为最终评价标准。在制备涂层轴瓦后,没有对轴瓦进行热震和加热划格结合强度检测。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺陷,本发明目的是提供一种宽温域内燃机轴瓦自润滑涂层及其喷涂方法,为一种能够在室温至200℃工况下具有持续自润滑性的轴瓦涂层及其喷涂方法。采用耐高温的甲苯撑基团聚酰胺亚胺和改性的四苯基缩水甘油醚基树脂材料提高了涂层的耐温性且无环境污染性。
本发明采用耐高温甲苯撑基团聚酰胺亚胺和四苯基缩水甘油醚基树脂材料,使得涂层能够在室温至200℃持续保持自润滑性和粘接强度,且对轴瓦喷涂前处理和检测提出了新的检测方法。

S2、对轴瓦进行喷砂处理;

S6、将喷涂了自润滑涂层的轴瓦进行固化加热处理;

优选地,步骤S1中,所述轴瓦的材料为铜合金、铝合金、锡合金或巴氏合金材料;所述除油去脂处理具体采用溶剂对轴瓦进行超声波震荡清洗的步骤;
步骤S2中,所述喷砂处理具体为:将清洗后的轴瓦进行干燥处理,然后用Al2O3材料进行喷砂,喷砂后轴瓦基体的表面粗糙度在0.6-1.2μm。

本发明还提供了一种宽温域内燃机轴瓦自润滑涂层的结合强度的检测方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将喷涂了自润滑涂层的轴瓦在30-60min内加热到140-180℃并保温1-2h,然后放入室温下的清水中骤冷,观察是否有鼓泡现象或者涂层产生微观裂纹或者涂层热胀冷缩出现剥离现象;
B、如没有鼓泡或者涂层产生微观裂纹或者涂层热胀冷缩出现剥离现象,则将轴瓦再次加热到140-180℃并保温1-2h,重复该步骤至少2次;然后立即进行保温划格法检测结合强度;
C、如有鼓泡现象或涂层出现微观裂纹或涂层热胀冷缩出现剥离现象,则结合强度不能满足内燃机轴瓦使用时涂层不鼓泡、不产生微观裂纹和不脱落的要求。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明采用耐高温的甲苯撑基团聚酰胺亚胺和四苯基缩水甘油醚基树脂制备涂料,使得制备的涂层具有室温至200℃工况下具有持续自润滑性,采用Ra表面粗糙度表征喷砂结果,有利于生产规范和统一操作性。
2、在检测轴瓦是否为合格品时,采用热震和划格法检测结合强度,并提出了具体的方法步骤,有利于轴瓦成品检测。

实施例1
本实施例提供了一种宽温域内燃机轴瓦自润滑涂层,其制备方法为:将图1所示结构的四苯基缩水甘油醚基树脂(10-20%)和图2所示结构的纳米甲苯撑基团聚酰胺亚胺材料(10-20%),混合500-1500nm颗粒大小的MoS2(10-20%)、500-1500nm颗粒大小的WC(10-15%)、500-1500nm颗粒大小的h-BN(10-15%)、500-1500nm颗粒大小的TiO2(5-10%)、500-1500nm颗粒大小的石墨(5-10%)制备成自润滑涂料。
本实施例还提供了一种宽温域内燃机轴瓦自润滑涂层的喷涂方法,包括以下步骤:
将需要喷涂的轴瓦进行除油去脂处理:采用乙醇或蒸馏水等溶剂对轴瓦进行超声波震荡清洗,清洗时间为10min。
对干净无油的轴瓦进行喷砂处理:将清洗后的轴瓦进行干燥处理,为避免无油保护可在烘箱中90℃迅速加热3-5分钟。选用160-200目白色Al2O3材料进行喷砂,喷砂后轴瓦基体的表面粗糙度通过粗糙度仪检测Ra范围须在0.6-1.2μm。
对喷砂后的轴瓦进行三次超声震荡清洗:一次清洗可采用水清洗,超声震荡3-5min以去除轴瓦表面砂砾,采用清水清洗可降低生产成本;二次清洗采用乙醇或蒸馏水超声震荡,对轴瓦表面进行脱水和二次除砂,清洗时间为3-5min;三次超声震荡清洗,采用的溶剂为乙醇或蒸馏水,清洗时间为3-5min,以彻底清除轴瓦表面任何杂质。
对清洗干净的轴瓦进行预热处理,预热后轴瓦温度为60-90℃。
对预热后的轴瓦进行喷涂,喷涂的涂层厚度应在8-15μm厚度。
将喷涂好的轴瓦进行固化加热处理:加热温度依次为60-100℃保温30-45min,90-120℃保温30-45min,160-200℃保温30-45min。
将固化好的轴瓦进行冷却处理:冷却到200-120℃,静置30-45min;再冷却到120-90℃,静置30-45min;再冷却到室温,即可得到。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种宽温域内燃机轴瓦自润滑涂层,其制备方法为:将普通的环氧树脂(10-20%)和四苯基缩水甘油醚基树脂(10-20%),混合500-1500nm颗粒大小的MoS2(10-20%)、500-1500nm颗粒大小的WC(10-15%)、500-1500nm颗粒大小的h-BN(10-15%)、500-1500nm颗粒大小的TiO2(5%-10%)、500-1500nm颗粒大小的石墨(5-10%)制备成自润滑涂料。

本实施例提供了一种宽温域内燃机轴瓦自润滑涂层,其制备方法为:将普通的环氧树脂(10-20%)和甲苯撑基团聚酰胺亚胺(10-20%),混合500-1500nm颗粒大小的MoS2(15-20%)、500-1500nm颗粒大小的h-BN(15-25%)、500-1500nm颗粒大小的TiO2(5%-10%)、500-1500nm颗粒大小的石墨(5-10%)制备成自润滑涂料。
本实施例的宽温域内燃机轴瓦自润滑涂层的喷涂方法与实施例1相同。
实施例5
本实施例提供了一种宽温域内燃机轴瓦自润滑涂层,其制备涂层的配方与实施例1相同,但喷涂方法中,喷砂后轴瓦基体的表面粗糙度通过粗糙度仪检测Ra为0.4μm,其余工艺步骤与实施例1相同。
实施例6
本实施例提供了一种宽温域内燃机轴瓦自润滑涂层,其制备涂层的配方与实施例1相同,但喷涂方法中,喷砂后轴瓦基体的表面粗糙度通过粗糙度仪检测Ra为1.5μm,其余工艺步骤与实施例1相同。
实施例7
本实施例提供了一种宽温域内燃机轴瓦自润滑涂层,其制备涂层的配方与实施例1相同,但喷涂方法中,加热温度仅为90-120℃,保温90-135min,其余工艺步骤与实施例1相同。
实施例8
本实施例提供了一种宽温域内燃机轴瓦自润滑涂层,其制备涂层的配方与实施例1相同,但喷涂方法中,加热处理为:加热至60-100℃保温30-45min;再加热至90-120℃保温30-45min;再加热至220-250℃保30-45min,其余工艺步骤与实施例1相同。
实施例9
本实施例提供了一种宽温域内燃机轴瓦自润滑涂层,其制备涂层的配方与实施例1相同,但喷涂方法中,冷却处理为:直接从200-160℃冷却至室温,其余工艺步骤与实施例1相同。
性能测试
1、结合强度测试:
轴瓦涂层检测尚无任何国标可依据,可参考GB/T 9286-88《漆膜的划格试验》中对漆膜的结合强度检测进行规范,国标中仅是在常温工况下进行结合强度试验检测,这与轴瓦工作温度为室温到150℃左右不符,因此本发明采用热震后进行划格法检测,检测结果评定仍然依据GB/T 9286-88《漆膜的划格试验》。具体方法如下:
将制备好带有涂层的轴瓦在30-60min内加热到140-180℃并保温1-2h,将加热后的轴瓦放入室温环境温度的清水中骤冷,用10倍放大镜观察是否有鼓泡现象,或者涂层产生微观裂纹或者涂层热胀冷缩出现剥离现象。
如没有鼓泡或涂层出现微观裂纹或涂层热胀冷缩出现剥离现象,则将轴瓦再次在30-60min内加热到140-180℃并保温1-2h,重复该步骤三次,然后立即进行保温划格法检测结合强度。
所述保温划格法检测的步骤为:
在室温下对轴瓦进行划格,划格数位为100个;
然后将划格后的轴瓦预热至150℃后,进行粘接剥离试验;
再参照GB/T 9286-88《漆膜的划格试验》标准判定自润滑涂层结合强度等级。
如采用上述方法经过三次检测均无任何涂层起泡、剥离产生,则生产的轴瓦为高结合强度的合格轴瓦。
得到的实施例1的结果如图3所示,实施例1制备的涂层结合强度为0级。(结合强度等级如图3所示,分为0-3级,0级表示结合强度高,等级越高,则表示结合强度越低)
实施例2制备的涂层结合强度为0级。
实施例3制备的涂层结合强度为0级。
实施例4制备的涂层结合强度为0级。
实施例5制备的涂层结合强度为3级。
实施例6制备的涂层结合强度为0级。
实施例7制备的涂层结合强度为2级。
实施例8制备的涂层结合强度为0级。
实施例9制备的涂层结合强度为2级。
2、干摩擦系数及耐温性测试
轴瓦在正常工作条件下能形成动压润滑油膜,轴瓦基本不磨损。但在启停工况下,轴瓦存在混合润滑甚至干摩擦,因此对轴瓦进行室温至200℃工况摩擦系数试验测试,实施例1的结果如图4所示。由于温升工况涂层变软,使得涂层摩擦系数降低。在室温至200℃下,涂层摩擦系数均低于0.12,远小于由电镀制备的电镀瓦摩擦系数。本实施例1制备的涂层能在室温至200℃宽范围温度下长期工作。
实施例2制备的涂层不能在200℃温度下长期工作。
实施例3制备的涂层不能在200℃温度下长期工作。
实施例4制备的涂层200℃工况下不耐磨,迅速失效。
实施例5制备的涂层结合强度不牢,涂层迅速失效。
实施例6制备的涂层摩擦系数为0.14。
实施例7制备的涂层结合强度不牢,涂层迅速失效。
实施例8制备的轴瓦钢背面发生高温氧化。
实施例9制备的涂层结合强度不牢,涂层迅速失效。
以上对本发明的具体实施例进行了描述。需要理解的是,本发明并不局限于上述特定实施方式,本领域技术人员可以在权利要求的范围内做出各种变化或修改,这并不影响本发明的实质内容。在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例和实施例中的特征可以任意相互组合。

Claims (8)

1.一种宽温域内燃机轴瓦自润滑涂层,其特征在于,由以下质量含量的各组分组成:

2.根据权利要求1所述的宽温域内燃机轴瓦自润滑涂层,其特征在于,所述MoS2、WC、h-BN、TiO2、石墨的粒径各为500-1500nm。
3.一种宽温域内燃机轴瓦自润滑涂层的喷涂方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将轴瓦进行除油去脂处理;
S2、对轴瓦进行喷砂处理;
S3、对喷砂后的轴瓦进行三次超声震荡清洗;
S4、对步骤S3清洗后的轴瓦进行预热处理;
S5、对预热后的轴瓦进行喷涂权利要求1所述的自润滑涂层;
S6、将喷涂了自润滑涂层的轴瓦进行固化加热处理;
S7、将步骤S6固化后的轴瓦进行分段冷却,即可。
4.根据权利要求3所述的宽温域内燃机轴瓦自润滑涂层的喷涂方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中,所述轴瓦的材料为铜合金、铝合金、锡合金或巴氏合金材料;所述除油去脂处理具体采用溶剂对轴瓦进行超声波震荡清洗的步骤;
步骤S2中,所述喷砂处理具体为:将清洗后的轴瓦进行干燥处理,然后用Al2O3材料进行喷砂,喷砂后轴瓦基体的表面粗糙度在0.6-1.2μm。
5.根据权利要求3所述的宽温域内燃机轴瓦自润滑涂层的喷涂方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中,所述三次超声震荡清洗中,第一次清洗采用水清洗,第二次和第三次清洗采用乙醇或蒸馏水清洗;三次清洗时间各为3-5min;
步骤S4中,所述预热温度为60-90℃。
6.根据权利要求3所述的宽温域内燃机轴瓦自润滑涂层的喷涂方法,其特征在于,步骤S5中,所述喷涂的自润滑涂层的厚度为8-15μm。
7.根据权利要求3所述的宽温域内燃机轴瓦自润滑涂层的喷涂方法,其特征在于,步骤S6中,所述固化的具体步骤如下:加热至60-100℃保温30-45min;再加热至90-120℃保温30-45min;再加热至160-200℃保30-45min。
8.根据权利要求3所述的宽温域内燃机轴瓦自润滑涂层的喷涂方法,其特征在于,步骤S7中,所述分段冷却的具体步骤如下:冷却到200-120℃,静置30-45min;再冷却到120-90℃,静置30-45min;再冷却到室温。
