The third driving member 31 drives the fourth driving member 32 to move back and forth along the second side portion of the tray 4, and moves the discharging member 33 to the corresponding position of the material taking member 22, and then moves the discharging member 33 to the corresponding position of the dispensing jig 9. The fourth driving member 32 drives the discharging member 33 to move up and down, and after the discharging member 33 receives the electronic component 10, the discharging member moves to the position of the corresponding dispensing jig 9 and moves downward, so as to realize the action of placing the electronic component 10 into the dispensing jig 9, and then moves upward again to restore to the original height.
Further, the mounting fixture 8 is provided with a plurality of first mounting holes 81, and the discharging part 33 is provided with a plurality of second mounting holes 331 corresponding to the first mounting holes 81 one by one. The working process of the invention is as follows: the first driving part 11 drives the mounting jig 8 with the electronic component 10 placed to move forward below the material taking mechanism 2, the second driving part 21 drives the material taking part 22 to move downward, the electronic component 10 on the mounting jig 8 is taken away and moves upward, then the first driving part 11 drives the mounting jig 8 to move backward, and the pushing part 13 moves along the sliding rod 12 to push out the mounting jig 8. At the same time, the third driving member 31 drives the fourth driving member 32 to move toward the material taking member 22, and the material taking member 22 places the electronic component 10 onto the material discharging member 33; then, the third driving member 31 drives the fourth driving member 32 to move away from the feeding mechanism 1; finally, the fourth driving member 32 drives the discharging member 33 to move downwards, so that the electronic component 10 is placed into the dispensing jig 9. The above operations are repeated a plurality of times, and the electronic components 10 are sequentially transferred and placed from the dispensing jig 9 at the side farthest from the feeding mechanism 1 to the dispensing jig 9 at the side nearest to the feeding mechanism 1. When the electronic components 10 are placed on all the dispensing jigs 9, the tray 4 is moved out along the slide rail 6, a new tray 4 is introduced along the slide rail 6, and the above operations are repeated.
