Abstract
本发明公开了一种橡胶、塑料机械的注射成型装置和注射成型方法,注射成型装置包括一机筒(1),一可转动地安装在所述机筒(1)之中的螺杆(2),一与机筒(1)前端相连接的机头口模(4),螺杆前端装设有一锥形螺杆头(3),所述机头口模形成有一形状与锥形螺杆头形状相匹配的轴向锥形孔,所述锥形螺杆头配装于锥形孔中以在其间形成一锥形环状流道(15),机头口模前端装有一可与模具的物料注入口相接的喷嘴(5),所述环形流道分别与所述机筒和喷嘴连通。根据本发明的注射成型方法,喂入的物料在旋转的螺杆作用下得以塑化,同时塑化后的物料在旋转螺杆推力的作用下,连续不断地进入上述环状流道,随后进入喷嘴,并由喷嘴注入模具的型腔。
Description
所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种橡胶、塑料或其改性物料机械的注射成型装置及注射成型方法。
背景技术
目前国内外使用的橡胶、塑料及其改性物料的注射机普遍采用往复式螺杆注射成型装置,它是将物料加入螺杆-机筒系统中,物料通过螺杆-机筒系统的作用得到塑化,螺杆通过旋转把塑化好的物料连续不断地推向机头内腔,并在机头内腔中反压的作用下向后移动。当机头内腔积聚了预定体积的物料后,轴向注射装置将螺杆往前推进,把积聚在机头内腔的物料注射入模具。该注射机的轴向注射装置需要很大的推动力,所耗能源很大,结构相当复杂,维护困难,且难以注射成型大型制品。
发明目的
本发明的目的是提供一种改进的橡胶、塑料或其改性物料注射成型装置及注射成型方法,其结构简单,成本和能耗低,且易于实现注射成型高粘度大型制品。技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种橡胶、塑料机械的注射成型装置,包括一机筒,一可转动地安装在所述机筒之中的螺杆,一与机筒前端相连接的机头口模,螺杆前端装设有一锥形螺杆头,所述机头口模形成有一形状与锥形螺杆头形状相匹配的轴向锥形孔,所述锥形螺杆头配设在锥形孔中以在其间形成一锥形环状流道,机头口模前端装有一可与模具的物料注入口相接的喷嘴,所述环形流道分别与所述机筒和喷嘴连通,从而已塑化的物料在旋转螺杆推力的作用下连续不断地进入所述环状流道并经由喷嘴注入模具型腔。
优选地,在物料的流道上设置有一测压传感器,用以检测物料的注射压力,在注射压力达到测压传感器的某一设定值时注射成型装置停止运转。
优选地,注射成型装置的喂料装置由所述螺杆以及一沿物料传送方向延伸的喂料辊构成,喂料辊上形成有与螺杆上的螺纹匹配接合的螺纹,喂料辊上的螺纹与螺杆上的螺纹形成非紧密啮合,在喂料装置运转时,喂料辊与螺杆相向转动。
优选地,机头口模结构中设置有一加热-冷却水道,用以对通过流道的物料的温度进行控制,且在流道上设置一测温传感器,用以监测物料的注射温度。
优选地,所述锥形螺杆头为圆锥形螺杆头,所述锥形孔为圆锥形孔。
根据本发明另一方面,提供了一种橡胶、塑料机械的注射成型方法,所述橡胶、塑料机械的注射成型装置包括一机筒,一可转动地安装在所述机筒之中的螺杆,一与机筒前端相连接的机头口模,所述方法包括下述步骤:
于螺杆前端装设一锥形螺杆头,在所述机头口模上形成一形状与锥形螺杆头形状相匹配的轴向锥形孔,将所述锥形螺杆头配装在锥形孔中以在其间形成一锥形环状流道;
于机头口模前端安装一可与模具的物料注入口相接的喷嘴,以使所述环形流道分别与所述机筒和喷嘴连通;
注射成型装置运转时,使螺杆旋转以便将物料塑化,同时利用螺杆旋转所产生的推力将已塑化的物料推入所述环形流道,并利用喷嘴将塑化的物料注入模具型腔。
优选地,在物料的流道上设置有一测压传感器,用以检测物料的注射压力,在注射压力达到测压传感器的某一设定值时注射成型装置停止运转。
优选地,机头口模结构中设置有一加热-冷却水道,用以对通过流道的物料的温度进行控制,且在流道上设置一测温传感器,用以监测物料的注射温度。
优选地,所述锥形螺杆头为圆锥形螺杆头,所述锥形孔为圆锥形孔。有益效果
采用本发明的注射成型装置和成型方法,进入螺杆-机筒系统的橡胶、塑料或其改性物料在旋转的螺杆作用下被塑化,塑化后的物料在旋转螺杆推力的作用下,经由机头口模锥形孔与锥形螺杆头之间的环形流道进入喷嘴,并由喷嘴注入模具型腔。从而无需配设轴向注射装置,且结构简单,体积小,节省能源,设备费用低,同时可提高制品质量,减少制品成本,实现大型、高粘度制品的注射成型。

实现发明的优选实施例
如图1和图2所示,本发明橡胶、塑料或其改性物料的注射成型装置包括一机筒1,一螺杆2可转动地安装在机筒1中,螺杆2与机筒1构成了塑化和注射系统。机筒1前端连接有一机头口模4,机头口模前端装有一喷嘴5,而喷嘴前端可与一模具7的物料注入口相配接。螺杆2前端配设有一锥形螺杆头3,而机头口模4形成有一轴向锥形孔。锥形螺杆头配装在轴向锥形孔中,锥形孔与锥形螺杆头3的形状相吻合,其间形成一锥形环状流道15。该锥形环状流道在后端与机筒1连通,在前端与喷嘴5连通,从而从机筒来的物料借助于螺杆2的旋转经由该锥形环状流道送入喷嘴5,喷嘴5将物料注入相应模具的模具型腔。
机头口模结构中可设置一加热-冷却水道14,用以对通过流道的物料的温度进行控制;另外,可在流道上设置一测温传感器,用以监测物料的注射温度,从而可以使物料在预期的温度下注入模具型腔。此外,在流道上设置有一测压传感器6,用以监测物料的注射压力,在由测压传感器6检测的注射压力达到某一预先确定的压力值时(该预定值表明模具型腔中已注入预定量的物料),注射成型装置停止运转。在具体使用中,可对喷嘴的口径进行选择,以控制物料注入模具型腔的速度。
如图3所示,注射成型装置后端的喂料装置8由螺杆2以及一沿物料传送方向延伸的喂料辊(图中未示出)构成,喂料辊上形成有与螺杆2上的螺纹匹配接合的螺纹。喂料辊上的螺纹与螺杆2上的螺纹形成非紧密啮合。喂料装置工作时,喂料辊与螺杆2相向转动,喂料辊上的螺纹在转动时产生螺旋压力,迫使由喂料口喂入的物料通过两螺纹之间的缝隙并在螺杆2上的螺纹的作用下进入机筒。
下面结合图3说明具有上述结构的本发明橡胶、塑料或其改性物料机械注射成型装置的操作。
在成型模具放置就位后,模具锁定装置13在模具锁定装置驱动系统12的作用下将成型模具7固定就位。此时,成型模具的物料注入口与注射成型装置的喷嘴轴向对准。随后注射成型装置的轴向位移装置10启动,驱动注射成型装置沿轴向位移导轨11朝向模具移动直至成型装置的喷嘴与模具的物料注入口接合为止。在注射成型装置开始运转后,橡胶、塑料或其改性物料经由喂料装置8的喂料口喂入螺杆-机筒系统,喂入的物料在以一定转速旋转的螺杆作用下得以塑化。塑化后的物料在旋转螺杆推力的作用下,连续不断地进入机头口模锥形孔与锥形螺杆头之间构成的流道,随后进入喷嘴,并由喷嘴注入模具型腔。在注射成型过程中,可对流经流道的物料的温度进行控制,以使物料在预期的温度和速度下注入模具型腔。在由测压传感器6检测的注射压力达到某一预先确定的压力值时,注射成型装置停止运转,同时沿背离模具的方向轴向移动以与模具脱离。模具型腔内的制品在进行硫化或冷却后,将模具打开取出制品,随后合模并固定就位,随后注射装置沿轴向朝向模具移动以使喷嘴再一次与模具的物料注入口相接。然后可启动注射成型装置以重复上述操作过程。
以上结合实施例对本发明作了说明,但本领域普通技术人员应当理解,在不背离本发明精神和范围的前提下,可以对本发明作出各种修改。例如,锥形螺杆头与机头口模轴向锥形孔不限于图示的圆锥形,而可以是多棱锥形或轴向截面轮廓呈抛物线形或近似抛物线形的各种锥形。
Claims (11)
1.一种注射成型装置,包括一机筒(1),一可转动地安装在所述机筒(1)之中的螺杆(2),一与机筒(1)前端相连接的机头口模(4),螺杆前端装设有一锥形螺杆头(3),所述机头口模形成有一形状与锥形螺杆头形状相匹配的轴向锥形孔,
其特征在于,所述螺杆(2)相对于所述机筒(1)轴向固定,且所述锥形螺杆头配装在所述机头口模的锥形孔中以在其间形成一锥形环状流道(15),机头口模前端配设有一喷嘴(5),所述环形流道分别与所述机筒和喷嘴连通,从而已塑化的物料在旋转螺杆推力的作用下连续不断地进入所述环状流道并经由喷嘴射出。
2.如权利要求1所述的注射成型装置,其特征在于,在物料的流道上设置有一测压传感器(6),用以检测物料的注射压力,在注射压力达到测压传感器的某一设定值时注射成型装置停止运转。
3.如权利要求1所述的注射成型装置,其特征在于,注射成型装置的喂料装置(8)由所述螺杆(2)以及一沿物料传送方向延伸的喂料辊构成,喂料辊上形成有与螺杆上的螺纹匹配接合的螺纹,喂料辊上的螺纹与螺杆上的螺纹形成非紧密啮合,在喂料装置运转时,喂料辊与螺杆相向转动。
4.如权利要求1所述的注射成型装置,其特征在于,机头口模结构中设置有一加热-冷却水道(14),用以对通过流道的物料的温度进行控制,且在流道上设置一测温传感器,用以监测物料的注射温度。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的注射成型装置,其特征在于,所述锥形螺杆头(3)为圆锥形螺杆头,所述锥形孔为圆锥形孔。
6.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的注射成型装置,其特征在于,所述锥形为多棱锥形或轴向截面轮廓呈抛物线形或近似抛物线形的锥形。
7.一种注射成型方法,所用的注射成型装置包括一机筒(1),一可转动地安装在所述机筒(1)之中的螺杆(2),一与机筒(1)前端相连接的机头口模(4),螺杆前端装设有一锥形螺杆头(3),所述机头口模形成有一形状与锥形螺杆头形状相匹配的轴向锥形孔,所述方法包括下述步骤:
将所述螺杆(2)相对于所述机筒(1)轴向固定并将所述锥形螺杆头配装在所述机头口模的锥形孔中以在其间形成一锥形环状流道(15);
于机头口模前端配设一喷嘴(5),.以使所述环形流道分别与所述机筒和喷嘴连通;
注射成型装置运转时,使螺杆旋转以便将物料塑化,同时利用螺杆旋转所产生的推力将已塑化的物料推入所述环形流道,并利用喷嘴将塑化的物料射出。
8.如权利要求7所述的注射成型方法,其特征在于,在物料的流道上设置有一测压传感器(6),用以检测物料的注射压力,在注射压力达到测压传感器的某一设定值时注射成型装置停止运转。
9.如权利要求7所述的注射成型方法,其特征在于,机头口模结构中设置有一加热-冷却水道(14),用以对通过流道的物料的温度进行控制,且在流道上设置一测温传感器,用以监测物料的注射温度。
10.如权利要求7至9中任一项所述的注射成型方法,其特征在于,所述锥形螺杆头(3)为圆锥形螺杆头,所述锥形孔为圆锥形孔。
11.如权利要求7至9中任一项所述的注射成型方法,其特征在于,所述锥形为多棱锥形或轴向截面轮廓呈抛物线形或近似抛物线形的锥形。
