Background
With the rapid development of technology, the novel composite material gradually starts to replace the application of the traditional material in various industries, and the composite material obtained by the rolling composite forming technology can relieve the dilemma of continuously increasing market demands. The multi-layer plate and strip metal can obtain all excellent comprehensive properties of all layers of metal materials through composite rolling, so that the composite rolling process becomes the key point of current research. In the multi-metal composite rolling forming process, the rolled piece is easy to have the defects of split, difficult adhesion and the like, so that the performance of the composite material is affected and the production efficiency is reduced. Therefore, by installing suitable clad-rolled multi-layer metal guides at the inlet of the mill, the above-mentioned drawbacks are reduced, the loss of raw materials is saved, and the yield of the composite material is improved.
The existing metal rolling composite device is integrated, such as a multi-layer metal rolling composite device (201710466239.1) patent technology, the positioning device of the composite rolling inlet acts singly during composite rolling, the plate width of the multi-layer metal composite is controlled to be fixed, and one multi-layer metal rolling composite device is only applicable to one specific width specification, has no universality and increases production cost. And once the multi-layer metal positioning part at the inlet is damaged, the whole device cannot be used and is wasted in whole replacement.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the guide and guard device for compositely rolling the multi-layer metal, which has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, convenient maintenance, good stability and strong universality.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the guide and guard device consists of a base, a connecting bracket, an inlet guide wheel, a guide and guard frame, a width and thickness adjusting roller, a pre-clamping roller and a top plate. The base is movably connected with the guide frame through the connecting bracket, the left side of the guide Wei Jia is provided with an inlet guide wheel, the inside of the guide frame is sequentially provided with 2 wide and thick regulating rollers and 2 pre-clamping rollers from left to right, and the top plate is fixed at the tops of side plates at two sides of the guide frame along the front and rear directions.

The connecting bracket consists of 4 lower connecting rods, 4 upper connecting rods, a first connecting rod shaft, a second connecting rod shaft and a screw rod.
The first connecting rod shaft is an integral body composed of a cuboid in the middle and symmetrical shafts at two ends, a lower connecting rod and an upper connecting rod are axially symmetrically arranged at two ends of the first connecting rod shaft, and a thrust bearing is arranged at the middle position of the cuboid; the second connecting rod shaft is an integral body composed of a cuboid in the middle and symmetrical shafts at two ends, the lower connecting rod and the upper connecting rod are axially symmetrically arranged at two ends of the second connecting rod shaft, and a threaded through hole is formed in the middle of the cuboid.
The 4 lower connecting rods are respectively hinged with 4 lower connecting rod supports corresponding to the upper plane of the seat plate, and the 4 upper connecting rods are respectively hinged with upper connecting rod supports corresponding to the guide frame.
The screw rod is an integral body composed of a rod piece with external threads in the middle and a handle, and one end of the rod piece with the external threads in the middle penetrates through a threaded through hole of the second connecting rod shaft to be movably connected with a thrust bearing of the first connecting rod shaft.
The inlet guide wheel comprises a pulley, a pulley fixing frame and 2 shaft sleeve fixing blocks. The pulley fixing frame is an integral body formed by a right trapezoid block and a pulley seat, and the pulley seat is positioned at the short side of the right trapezoid block; the pulley is fixed on the pulley seat, and the long limit department of trapezoidal piece is fixed with 2 axle sleeve fixed blocks, and 2 axle sleeve fixed blocks are equipped with the shaft hole symmetrically.
The guide frame consists of a bottom plate, 2 side plates, 2 shaft sleeves and 4 upper connecting rod supports. Side plates are symmetrically fixed on two sides of the bottom plate, shaft sleeves are symmetrically arranged on the left sides of the 2 side plates, and the 2 shaft sleeves are correspondingly connected with shaft holes of 2 shaft sleeve fixing blocks of the 2 inlet guide wheels through bolts. The lower plane of the bottom plate is provided with upper connecting rod supports which are arranged right above the corresponding upper connecting rods in a central symmetry manner near the four corners.
Upright post holes are symmetrically arranged at the centers of four corners close to the bottom plate, and 4 upright posts are movably arranged in the 4 upright post holes corresponding to the bottom plate. The bottom plate is symmetrically provided with lower clamping roller mounting holes, and the horizontal distance between the center line of the lower clamping roller mounting holes and the right side of the side plate is 0.3-0.4 times of the length of the side plate.
The two side plates are symmetrically provided with adjusting roller mounting holes, the horizontal distance between the center line of each adjusting roller mounting hole and the left side of each side plate is 0.3-0.4 times of the length of each side plate, and the vertical distance between the center line of each adjusting roller mounting hole and the upper edge of each side plate is 0.1-0.15 times of the height of each side plate. The top plates fixed at the tops of the side plates on two sides are strip-shaped plates, the center line of the top plates and the center line of the lower clamping roller mounting holes are positioned on the same vertical plane, and the positions close to the two ends of the strip-shaped plates are provided with upper clamping roller mounting holes. The upper clamping roller mounting holes and the lower clamping roller mounting holes are symmetrically arranged.
The 2 wide and thick regulating rollers are movably connected with the side plates through respective regulating roller mounting holes, and the pre-clamping rollers are symmetrically arranged in the upper clamping roller mounting holes of the top plate and the lower clamping roller mounting holes of the bottom plate of the guide frame.
The wide and thick regulating roller consists of a regulating roller, a regulating block and 2 regulating roller seats. As shown in fig. 10, the roll body of the regulating roll is cylindrical, annular bosses are symmetrically arranged along the axial direction of the roll body, the distance between the annular bosses and the end face of the roll body is 0.2-0.25 times of the length of the roll body, 2 regulating block fixing holes are symmetrically arranged between the annular bosses on the axial line, the central connecting lines of the 2 regulating block fixing holes are identical, and the 2 regulating block fixing holes are distributed at equal intervals between the annular bosses.
The adjusting block is a semicircular block, the inner diameter of the semicircular block is the same as the nominal size of the roller body of the adjusting roller, and the outer diameter of the semicircular block is the same as the outer diameter of the annular boss; the middle position of the semicircular block is provided with a counter bore along the radial direction.
The adjusting block is in threaded connection with an adjusting block fixing hole of the adjusting roller through the counter bore, and roller shafts at two ends of the adjusting roller are movably arranged in the adjusting roller seat.
The pre-clamping roller consists of 2 clamping roller seats and clamping rollers, wherein the clamping rollers are an integral body consisting of a cylinder in the middle and roller shafts symmetrically arranged at the two ends, and the roller shafts at the two ends of the clamping rollers are movably arranged in the clamping roller seats.
The clamping roller seat and the adjusting roller seat have the same structure and are composed of nuts, gaskets, pull rods, springs and roller seats.
The shape of the pull rod is in a rod shape, external threads are arranged at two ends of the pull rod, and the directions of the external threads at two ends of the pull rod are opposite.
The roller seat is square, the roller seat is provided with a shaft hole along the vertical direction, a pull rod screw hole is arranged at the center position of one side surface of the roller seat along the horizontal direction, and the depth H of the pull rod screw hole meets the following conditions:

One end of the pull rod is in threaded connection with a pull rod screw hole of the roller seat, a gasket and a nut are arranged at the other end of the pull rod, and a spring is sleeved between the gasket and the roller seat.
The thickness of the regulating block is 0.1-0.4 times of the distance between the annular bosses of the regulating roller.
By adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following positive effects:
the connecting support is connected with the corresponding base and the guide frame through the lower connecting rod and the upper connecting rod, the distance between the first connecting rod shaft and the second connecting rod shaft is adjusted through the rotating screw rod, and the relative movement of the lower connecting rod and the upper connecting rod is driven to realize that the guide frame moves on the upright post, so that the guide frame is simple in structure and good in stability.
The pulley fixing frame of the inlet guide wheel enables multiple layers of metal to conveniently enter the roller inlet and is not easy to form rubbing defects, the guiding effect on composite rolling is more obvious, an included angle alpha=20-55 DEG formed by connecting the shaft sleeve fixing block with the shaft sleeve of the guide frame through bolts and nuts can be adapted to the width of a composite rolled piece, smooth running of the multiple layers of metal composite rolling is ensured, and the pulley fixing frame is simple in structure and high in applicability.
The pull rod of the wide and thick regulating roller is movably connected with the side plates at two sides through the respective regulating roller mounting holes, and the regulating roller seat is driven to move through the regulating nuts, so that the width adjustment between the left regulating roller and the right regulating roller is realized, and the applicability is strong.
The pull rod of the pre-clamping roller is movably connected with the top plate and the bottom plate of the guide frame through the corresponding lower clamping roller mounting hole, and the clamping roller seat (30) is driven to move through the adjusting nut, so that the thickness adjustment between the upper pre-clamping roller and the lower pre-clamping roller is realized, and the applicability is strong.
The clamping roller seat and the adjusting roller seat have the same structure, and are low in cost, convenient to maintain and high in universality. The clamping force in the width and thickness directions is formed on multiple layers of metals during the composite rolling, so that the defect of cross dislocation of the width positions of rolled pieces caused by the composite rolling is effectively restrained, and the flatness of the rolled pieces after the rolling is fully improved.
The regulating roller and the clamping roller are respectively connected with the corresponding regulating roller seat and the clamping roller seat through the plane needle roller bearing, so that the guiding mode in the wide and thick regulating roller and the pre-clamping roller is rolling friction during the composite rolling of the rolled piece, and the guiding force at the entrance of the composite rolling is greatly reduced. The regulating blocks with different thicknesses are arranged on the roller surface of the regulating roller and are matched with the multi-layer metals with different thickness specifications for composite rolling, so that the rolled piece inlet of the inlet guide device is more close to the roller inlet of the composite rolling, the thickness and the width direction of the multi-layer metal rolled piece are controlled at the inlet of the rolling mill, the regulating effect is achieved on the whole thickness of the multi-layer rolled piece participating in the composite rolling, the cracking defect of the composite rolled piece caused by large deformation in the composite rolling process is avoided, the regulating block is suitable for the composite rolling of the multi-layer rolled piece with different thickness and width dimensions, the universality is strong, and the production cost is reduced.
Therefore, the invention has the characteristics of simple structure, low cost, convenient maintenance, good stability and strong universality.

The invention is further described in connection with the drawings and the detailed description which follow, without limiting the scope thereof.
Example 1
A guide and guard device for composite rolling of multi-layer metal. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the guide device is composed of a base 1, a connecting bracket 2, an inlet guide wheel 3, a guide frame 4, a width and thickness adjusting roller 5, a pre-clamping roller 6 and a top plate 7. The base 1 is movably connected with a guide frame 4 through a connecting bracket 2, an inlet guide wheel 3 is arranged on the left side of the guide frame 4, 2 wide and thick regulating rollers 5 and 2 pre-clamping rollers 6 are sequentially arranged in the guide frame 4 from left to right, and a top plate 7 is fixed on the tops of side plates on two sides of the guide frame 4 along the front and rear directions.
As shown in fig. 3, the base 1 is composed of a seat plate 8, 4 upright posts 9 and 4 lower link supports 10. The seat board 8 is a cuboid, and 4 upright posts 9 are symmetrically fixed at the positions, close to four corners, of the seat board 8 in a central mode; the 4 lower connecting rod supports 10 are symmetrically fixed on the upper plane of the seat plate 8 in a central mode, and the left 2 lower connecting rod supports 10 and the right 2 lower connecting rod supports 10 are respectively located on the inner sides of the corresponding 2 upright posts 9.
As shown in fig. 4, the connecting bracket 2 is composed of 4 lower links 11, 4 upper links 12, a first link shaft 13, a second link shaft 14, and a screw 15.
As shown in fig. 4, the first connecting rod shaft 13 is a whole body composed of a cuboid in the middle and symmetrical shafts at two ends, the two ends of the first connecting rod shaft 13 are axially symmetrically provided with a lower connecting rod 11 and an upper connecting rod 12, and the middle position of the cuboid is provided with a thrust bearing; the second connecting rod shaft 14 is a whole body composed of a cuboid in the middle and symmetrical shafts at two ends, the lower connecting rod 11 and the upper connecting rod 12 are axially symmetrically arranged at two ends of the second connecting rod shaft 14, and a threaded through hole is formed in the middle of the cuboid.
As shown in fig. 1, 4 lower links 11 are respectively hinged with 4 lower link supports 10 corresponding to the upper plane of the seat plate 8, and 4 upper links 12 are respectively hinged with upper link supports 23 corresponding to the guide frame 4.
As shown in fig. 4, the screw rod 15 is an integral body composed of a rod member with external threads in the middle and a handle, and one end of the rod member with external threads in the middle passes through a threaded through hole of the second connecting rod shaft 14 to be movably connected with the thrust bearing of the first connecting rod shaft 13.
As shown in fig. 5, the inlet guide wheel 3 comprises a pulley 16, a pulley fixing frame 17 and 2 shaft sleeve fixing blocks 18. The pulley fixing frame 17 is an integral body formed by a right trapezoid block and a pulley seat, and the pulley seat is positioned at the short side of the right trapezoid block; the pulley 16 is fixed on the pulley seat, 2 shaft sleeve fixing blocks 18 are fixed at the long edge of the trapezoid block, and shaft holes are symmetrically arranged on the 2 shaft sleeve fixing blocks 18.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the guide frame 4 is composed of a bottom plate, 2 side plates, 2 shaft sleeves 19 and 4 upper link supports 23. Side plates are symmetrically fixed on two sides of the bottom plate, shaft sleeves 19 are symmetrically arranged on the left sides of the 2 side plates, and the 2 shaft sleeves 19 are correspondingly connected with shaft holes of 2 shaft sleeve fixing blocks 18 of the 2 inlet guide wheels 3 through bolts. As shown in fig. 6, the lower plane of the base plate is provided with upper link supports 23 symmetrically near the centers of four corners, and the upper link supports 23 are located right above the respective corresponding upper links 12.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 7, upright post holes 22 are arranged near four corners of the bottom plate in a central symmetry manner, and 4 upright posts 9 are movably arranged in the corresponding 4 upright post holes 22 of the bottom plate. As shown in fig. 7, the bottom plate is symmetrically provided with lower grip roller mounting holes 21, and the horizontal distance between the center line of the lower grip roller mounting holes 21 and the right side of the side plate is 0.3 to 0.35 times the length of the side plate.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the two side plates are symmetrically provided with adjusting roller mounting holes 20, the horizontal distance between the center line of the adjusting roller mounting holes 20 and the left side of the side plate is 0.3-0.35 times of the length of the side plate, and the vertical distance between the center line of the adjusting roller mounting holes 20 and the upper edge of the side plate is 0.1-0.15 times of the height of the side plate. As shown in fig. 8, the top plate 7 fixed at the top of the side plates at two sides is a strip-shaped plate, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 8, the center line of the top plate 7 and the center line of the clamping roller mounting hole 21 are positioned on the same vertical plane, and the two ends close to the strip-shaped plate are provided with upper clamping roller mounting holes 24; the upper pinch roller mounting hole 24 is symmetrically disposed with the lower pinch roller mounting hole 21.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 6, 7 and 8, the 2 wide and thick adjusting rollers 5 are movably connected with the side plates through respective adjusting roller mounting holes 20, and the pre-clamping rollers 6 are symmetrically mounted in the upper clamping roller mounting holes 24 of the top plate 7 and the lower clamping roller mounting holes 21 of the bottom plate of the guide frame 4.
As shown in fig. 9, the wide and thick regulating roller 5 is composed of a regulating roller 25, a regulating block 26 and 2 regulating roller seats 27. As shown in fig. 10, the roll body of the adjusting roll 25 is cylindrical, annular bosses are symmetrically arranged along the axial direction of the roll body, the distance between the annular bosses and the end face of the roll body is 0.2-0.25 times the length of the roll body, 2 adjusting block fixing holes 28 are symmetrically arranged between the annular bosses on the axial line, the central connecting lines of the 2 adjusting block fixing holes 28 are the same plain line, and the 2 adjusting block fixing holes 28 are equidistantly distributed between the annular bosses.
As shown in fig. 11, the adjusting block 26 is a semicircular block, the inner diameter of the semicircular block is the same as the nominal size of the roller body of the adjusting roller 25, and the outer diameter of the semicircular block is the same as the outer diameter of the annular boss; a counter bore 29 is provided in the middle of the semi-circular block in the radial direction.
As shown in fig. 9, 10 and 11, the adjusting block 26 is screwed with an adjusting block fixing hole 28 of the adjusting roller 25 through a counter bore 29, and the roller shafts at both ends of the adjusting roller 25 are movably installed in an adjusting roller seat 27.
As shown in fig. 12, the pre-grip roll 6 is composed of 2 grip roll holders 30 and grip rolls 31; the clamping roller 31 is a whole body composed of a cylinder in the middle and rollers symmetrically arranged at two ends, and the rollers at two ends of the clamping roller 31 are movably arranged in the clamping roller seat 30.
The clamping roller seat 30 and the adjusting roller seat 27 have the same structure, and as shown in fig. 13, each consists of a nut 32, a gasket 33, a pull rod 34, a spring 35 and a roller seat 36.
As shown in fig. 13, the pull rod 34 has a rod shape, the two ends of the pull rod 34 are provided with external threads, and the directions of the external threads at the two ends of the pull rod 34 are opposite.
As shown in fig. 14, the roller seat 36 is square, the roller seat 36 is provided with a shaft hole along the vertical direction, a pull rod screw hole 37 is provided at the center of one side of the roller seat 36 along the horizontal direction, and the depth H of the pull rod screw hole 37 satisfies the following conditions:

As shown in fig. 13 and 14, one end of the pull rod 34 is in threaded connection with a pull rod screw hole 37 of the roller seat 36, the other end of the pull rod 34 is provided with a gasket 33 and a nut 32, and a spring 35 is sleeved between the gasket 33 and the roller seat 36.
As shown in fig. 9 and 13, the thickness of the regulating block 26 is 0.1 to 0.25 times the distance between the annular bosses of the regulating roller 25.
Example 2
A guide and guard device for composite rolling of multi-layer metal. Example 1 was repeated except that the following technical parameters were used:
the horizontal distance between the center line of the lower clamping roller mounting hole 21 and the right side of the side plate is 0.35-0.4 times of the length of the side plate;
the horizontal distance between the center line of the adjusting roller mounting hole 20 and the left side of the side plate is 0.35-0.4 times of the length of the side plate;
the thickness of the adjusting block 26 is 0.25-0.4 times of the distance between the annular bosses of the adjusting roller 25.
Compared with the prior art, the specific embodiment has the following positive effects:
the connecting bracket 2 of the embodiment is connected with the corresponding base 1 and the guide frame 4 through the lower connecting rod 11 and the upper connecting rod 12, the distance between the first connecting rod shaft 13 and the second connecting rod shaft 14 is adjusted through the rotating screw rod 15, and the guide frame 4 is driven to move on the upright post 9 by driving the relative movement of the lower connecting rod 11 and the upper connecting rod 12, so that the structure is simple and the stability is good.
The pulley fixing frame 17 of the inlet guide wheel 3 of the specific embodiment enables multiple layers of metals to conveniently enter a roller inlet and is not easy to form a rubbing defect, the guiding effect on the composite rolling is more obvious, the shaft sleeve fixing block 18 can adapt to the width of a composite rolled piece through an included angle alpha=20-55 DEG formed by connecting bolts and nuts with the shaft sleeve 19 of the guide frame 4, the smooth proceeding of the multiple layers of metal composite rolling is ensured, and the structure is simple and the applicability is strong.
The pull rods 34 of the wide and thick regulating rollers 5 in the specific embodiment are movably connected with the side plates on two sides through respective regulating roller mounting holes 20, and the regulating roller seats 27 are driven to move through regulating nuts, so that width adjustment between the left and right 2 wide and thick regulating rollers 5 is realized, and the applicability is strong.
The pull rod 34 of the pre-clamping roller 6 in this embodiment is movably connected with the top plate 7 and the bottom plate of the guide frame 4 through the corresponding lower clamping roller mounting hole 21, and drives the clamping roller seat 30 to move through the adjusting nut, so that thickness adjustment between the upper and lower 2 pre-clamping rollers 6 is realized, and the applicability is strong.
The clamping roller seat 30 and the adjusting roller seat 27 of the embodiment have the same structure, and have the advantages of low cost, convenient maintenance and strong universality. The spring 35 is sleeved on the clamping roller seat 30 and the pull rod 34 of the adjusting roller seat 27, so that clamping force in the width and thickness directions is formed on multiple layers of metal during composite rolling, the defect of cross dislocation of the width positions of rolled pieces caused by composite rolling is effectively restrained, and the flatness of the rolled pieces after rolling is fully improved.
The regulating roller 25 and the clamping roller 31 in the specific embodiment are respectively connected with the corresponding regulating roller seat 27 and the clamping roller seat 30 through the plane needle roller bearing, so that the guiding mode in the wide and thick regulating roller 5 and the pre-clamping roller 6 is rolling friction during the compound rolling of the rolled piece, and the guiding force at the entrance of the compound rolling is greatly reduced. The regulating blocks 26 with different thicknesses are arranged on the roller surface of the regulating roller 25, the regulating blocks 26 with different thicknesses are matched with multi-layer metals with different thickness specifications for composite rolling, so that the rolled piece inlet of the inlet guide device is closer to the roller inlet of the composite rolling, the thickness and the width direction of the multi-layer metal rolled piece are controlled at the inlet of the rolling mill, the regulating effect is achieved on the whole thickness of the multi-layer rolled piece participating in the composite rolling, the cracking defect of the composite rolled piece caused by large deformation in the composite rolling process is avoided, the regulating block is suitable for the composite rolling of the multi-layer rolled piece with different thickness and width dimensions, the universality is strong, and the production cost is reduced.
Therefore, the concrete implementation mode has the characteristics of simple structure, low cost, convenient maintenance, good stability and strong universality.
