Description

附图中所示的控制和/或显示单元均包括带有中心轴X-X’的单件塑料材料本体1。本体1包括在前面的柱形凸缘,该凸缘包括在前面的较大直径柱形部分11和在后面的较小直径柱形部分12,这两部分通过一个台肩而得到接合。在本体1中形成有与轴X-X’同心的筒形内腔13。较小直径柱形部分12带有外部螺纹,在该螺纹上拧有一个螺母31以将该单元固定在墙壁或板开口中。密封垫32被套在柱形部分12上并抵住凸缘形成的台肩。

柱塞4承载着一或两个接触桥9,上述接触桥带有与承载螺丝的导电部件6a、6b的固定触头相配合的可移动触头。各个可移动触头桥9均装在形成罩42的横向延伸部分中,并被固定在柱塞4上。弹簧92被压缩在罩42和接触桥9之间,以提供接触压力并使柱塞运动。与同一桥有关的两个导电部件6a、6b,以头尾偏心设置的方式,被装在通过X-X’轴的平面上。
柱塞的罩42和延伸部分是与X-X’轴偏心的。特别是在显示灯的形式中,这种设置把被电源占据的中央空间留给了灯盖。
在未操作的位置,柱塞4被弹簧51推到其前位置。如果柱塞4和盖44受压,接触桥9被移向后面且触头打开或闭合。
提供显示功能的该单元包括导电部件7a和7b,这些导电部件向装在柱塞4的腔41中的发光部件8供电。在所示的实施例中,该部件是具有卡口或爱迪生螺口的白炽灯。该发光部件也可以是氖灯或发光二极管。导电部件7a带有用于锁定灯8的衬套75并承载着螺丝71a和相关的垫片72b。第二螺丝端71b和灯盖的端部突出的接触螺杆之间的电连接,是由导电部件7b和一个与轴X-X’同心并支承该螺杆的接触弹簧73提供的。导电部件7a偏离轴X-X’,从而使接触弹簧73与轴X-X’同心。当灯8被安装并锁定到衬套75上时,接触弹簧73受压。
如果衬套75是用于卡口盖灯,它具有用于从盖的侧面突出的销的槽。如果它是用于爱迪生螺纹的盖灯,它具有内螺纹,而灯盖可拧在该内螺纹上。
图1至4所示的控制和显示单元,包括按钮开关和经过螺丝端71a和71b而得到供电的显示灯。柱塞4被在前面的盖44所闭合。该盖由彩色或透明塑料材料制成,并被拧到柱塞4上,其中柱塞4与轴X-X’同心的腔41打开到所述盖中。柱形可移动柱塞4具有至少一个构成罩42的横延伸部分,而该罩42中装有与导电部件6a、6b上的固定触头相配合的接触桥9。
图5至8所示的控制单元具有带有固定触头的两个导电部件6a和每一个均带有一个固定触头的两个导电部件6b。柱塞4具有形成两个罩42的两个横延伸部分,在罩42中装有两个接触桥9。柱塞4在前面具有一个作为按键的前承载区46。两对螺丝端61a和61b在此情况下向两个触头供电。注意触头之一是“正常闭合”触头,而另一个是“正常打开”触头。
虽然在图5和6所示的实施例中按键46与柱塞4构成一件,但在图8所示的实施例中,按键46与柱塞4分开并被装在柱塞4上,从而能改变按键的颜色。
图9所示的控制单元带有转动把手46,后者使柱塞4平移运动。
图10至12所示的显示灯具有固定在本体1上的盖44。本体1通过支撑端部、衬套75和导电部件的框14而向下延伸。该导电部件由一件本体1的框支撑。灯盖的中心触头与装在导电部件7b上的弹簧73相接触,而在导电部件7b上装有螺丝71b和相关的垫片72b。
本体1的后框被衬在包围它的盖2中。这种塑料材料的盖2通常是筒形的。注意该盖的外径小于螺纹部分12的外径,以便能将单元直接装在板或壁上。
后盖2和本体1的框借助适当的装置而被固定在一起。
盖2的筒形壁具有用于与端部相连的导线的开口23和24。该盖的后面带有开口21和22,以插入用于操作螺丝61a、61b、71a、71b的改锥。
应理解的是,在不脱离本发明的范围的前提下,细节的变化和改进以及等价装置的采用都是可行的。

Claims (11)
