Abstract
本发明公开了一种PU复合板用热熔胶膜,是基于工艺进步的整体胶膜方案,包括粘接PU片用胶膜,表面粘接面膜和背板粘接刚性膜等。主要针对热熔胶膜的生产问题进行配方改善,在保证PU板材性能的前提下,保证了热熔胶膜的生产稳定性,并降低了品种切换时的浪费。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种热熔胶膜,更具体的说是一种PU复合板用热熔胶膜。
背景技术
目前PU复合板在市场应用朝着高速化方向发展,一步法工艺由于生产效率高性能稳定已经成为大多数PU复合板厂家的首选。热熔胶膜对于一步法生产有着重要作用。主要包括三种胶膜,用于背面的刚性胶膜,表面粘接面料的面膜和用于粘接PU板材的胶膜。
三种胶膜对于性能要求完全不同,刚性胶膜主要用于支撑玻璃纤维和胶粉,同时对于板材的表面平整度有重要影响,对于粘接性能不能过高否则会出现漏胶等现象。表面粘接用胶膜主要根据面料的粘接要求,保证和板材成型受拉时依然对面料有较高的粘接性能。对于PU板材的粘接胶膜,则需要对PU有较高的粘接性,从而提高板材的整体强度。
三种胶膜由于性能要求完全不同,因此在工艺生产和配方要求中都有着不同的要求。刚性胶膜主要以HDPE或PP复配为主,熔融指数相对较小,面膜和PU板粘接用胶膜,主要有EAA或者EVA为粘接性能,熔融指数相对较高。
目前胶膜主要采用流延法生产,由于不同胶膜的熔体粘度相差较远,在生产中更换品种时需要调平的时间较长,不仅生产更换品种的浪费大,同时生产过程中也容易出现质量波动,导致在复合板材的工艺过程中出现胶膜皱褶等异常。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种PU复合板用热熔胶膜。本发明所述一步法PU复合板用热熔胶膜是基于工艺进步的整体胶膜方案,包括粘接PU片用胶膜,表面粘接面膜和背板粘接刚性膜等。热熔胶膜的性能直接影响PU复合板的整体强度、平整度和复合板材生产稳定性。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
虽然EAA胶膜和HDPE的热熔胶膜作用不同,但是在生产中使用同一台流延设备进行生产,在品种切换过程中需要花费较长的过渡时间来进行平整度调整。因此本发明不仅仅考虑性能,还综合考虑了胶膜的生产需求,减少生产过程中的过渡浪费,具体来说,就是在满足性能的前提下,综合考虑生产诉求,在EAA胶膜中适当添加HDPE进行配方优化,同时在HDPE胶膜中适当添加EAA进行优化。具体如下:
EAA胶膜(面膜和粘接PU用胶膜)添加HDPE用于平抑生产波动,同时采用不同熔融指数的EAA作为复合配方,配方主要成分包括:
高熔指EAA含量在20%~30%,低熔指EAA含量在10%~15%,HDPE含量在10%~20%,LDPE含量在10%~15%,LLDPE含量在20%~30%;
HDPE刚性膜配方优化后的主要成分包括:
HDPE含量在50%~60%,LDPE含量在10%~20%,低熔指EAA含量在5%~10%,LLDPE含量在10%~20%;
由于所有配方用材料均是颗粒状材料,采用高速搅拌机就可以均匀混合。
由于EAA的粘接性能要高于EVA,本技术从粘接角度出发,面膜和粘接PU用胶膜,主要采用EAA作为粘接方案,同时考虑到生产PU复合板时,面膜和皮带长期接触,为防止过度损害皮带,在面膜中采用爽滑型材料配方,刚性膜采用HDPE为材料方案。
具体实施方式
不同热熔胶膜均采用流延工艺生产,在一台设备上进行不同品种的切换,切换过程中不改变加热温度,仅仅调整口模膜唇的厚度用于调整不同热熔胶膜的平整性。生产工艺如下:材料混合-----挤出机塑化-----口模流出-----冷却压花辊-----收卷
材料混合使用高速剪切混合设备,生产用的混合设备容积,满足每次混料在200公斤左右。
材料塑化时的设定温度在150~210之间,常见4段加热单元,温度在150度,170度,190度,205度。
口模温度一般高于材料塑化的设定温度,温度设定在210~230度这件,流延法生产薄膜采用狭缝形口模,口模中间部分温度设定在210度左右,两边部分设定在230度左右。
口模流出经过冷却压花辊定型后牵引收卷,收卷速度根据设备的生产能力决定。一般在100~150公斤/小时。
收卷采用预张力收紧,薄膜厚度均匀性在收紧装置中可以反应出来,一般成卷薄膜两端的卷厚度差异在0~3mm左右。
1、性能指标:
测试使用的PU复合板材克重850g/m2,厚度6.5±0.5mm,材料结构一致;
2、合格率改善:
配方改善前,胶膜生产收卷时,存在严重的波浪形不平,导致使用时撒在胶膜上的玻纤,胶粉等材料严重不均匀,不良率高达20%。
配方改善后,胶膜生产时收卷齐整,不存在波浪形问题,玻纤切撒均匀,胶粉撒落均匀,合格率100%。
Claims (2)
1.一种PU复合板用热熔胶膜,其特征在于,所述热熔胶膜包括EAA胶膜添加HDPE用于平抑生产波动,同时采用不同熔融指数的EAA作为复合配方,配方主要成分包括:
高熔指EAA含量在20%~30%,低熔指EAA含量在10%~15%,HDPE含量在10%~20%,LDPE含量在10%~15%,LLDPE含量在20%~30%;
HDPE刚性膜配方优化后的主要成分包括:
HDPE含量在50%~60%,LDPE含量在10%~20%,低熔指EAA含量在5%~10%,LLDPE含量在10%~20%。
2.权利要求1所述的一种PU复合板用热熔胶膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述生产工艺包括如下步骤:
材料塑化时的设定温度在150~210之间,常见4段加热单元,温度在150度,170度,190度,205度;
口模温度一般高于材料塑化的设定温度,温度设定在210~230度这件,流延法生产薄膜采用狭缝形口模,口模中间部分温度设定在210度左右,两边部分设定在230度左右;
口模流出经过冷却压花辊定型后牵引收卷,收卷速度根据设备的生产能力决定。一般在100~150公斤/小时;
