本发明公开了一种移动充电车充电系统,包括充电系统、电力驱动系统、能源系统和辅助系统。本发明相当于一个小型的充电站,移动充电车为可移动式储能电源或应急电源,其作用是随时随地为电动汽车应急充电。

背景技术:
随着电动汽车的普及,电动汽车充电问题将成为汽车工业和新能源产业发展的重点。为解决当前电动汽车充电难的问题,特别研发一种移动充电车充电系统来解决这个问题。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种移动充电车充电系统。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种移动充电车充电系统,包括:
充电系统:所述充电系统包括储能电池、高压配电柜、充电机和储能能量管理系统,所述储能电池和高压配电柜对应与储能能量管理系统相连,储能电池与充电机均对应与高压配电柜相连;
电力驱动系统:所述电力驱动系统包括整车控制器、电机控制器、驱动电机、机械传动装置和驱动车轮,所述机械传动装置驱动车轮转动,整车控制器与电机控制器相连,电机控制器与驱动电机相连,驱动电机与机械传动装置相连,整车控制器与储能能量管理系统相连;
能源系统:所述能源系统包括电池管理系统、高压配电柜和驱动电池,所述电池管理系统和驱动电池均与高压配电柜相连,驱动电池与电池管理系统相连,电机控制器与能源系统中的高压配电柜相连,整车控制器与电池管理系统相连;
辅助系统;所述辅助系统包括辅助动力源、动力转向单元、方向盘和打气泵,所述
动力转向单元和打气泵均与辅助动力源相连,方向盘与动力转向单元相连,辅助动力源与能源系统中的高压配电柜相连。
进一步地,所述储能电池选用105AH电芯。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,本发明一种移动充电车充电系统,包括:
充电系统:所述充电系统包括储能电池、高压配电柜、充电机和储能能量管理系统,所述储能电池和高压配电柜对应与储能能量管理系统相连,储能电池与充电机均对应与高压配电柜相连;
电力驱动系统:所述电力驱动系统包括整车控制器、电机控制器、驱动电机、机械传动装置和驱动车轮,所述机械传动装置驱动车轮转动,整车控制器与电机控制器相连,电机控制器与驱动电机相连,驱动电机与机械传动装置相连,整车控制器与储能能量管理系统相连;
能源系统:所述能源系统包括电池管理系统、高压配电柜和驱动电池,所述电池管理系统和驱动电池均与高压配电柜相连,驱动电池与电池管理系统相连,电机控制器与能源系统中的高压配电柜相连,整车控制器与电池管理系统相连;
辅助系统;所述辅助系统包括辅助动力源、动力转向单元、方向盘和打气泵,所述
动力转向单元和打气泵均与辅助动力源相连,方向盘与动力转向单元相连,辅助动力源与能源系统中的高压配电柜相连。
1、充电系统组成:
1.1)储能电池:储能电池选用105AH电芯,箱体内部2并48串,整个储能电池系统采用4个C箱一个回路,共4个回路并联的方案,共16个C箱组成840AH、614.4V、516.096KWh的电池组。如图2所示:
1.2)高压配电柜:由于充电柜360KW,储能电池的工作范围:499.2-710.4V,移动充电车要对外界车辆时,考虑到有特殊情况时储能电池的电压有可能会低于被充电车辆,那么充电机要有个升压过程,还有充电机本身的转化效率问题,所以本高压柜采用4回路放电(即4路输出给充电机)来满足电流需求。
虽然储能电池本身是840AH,可以1C充电,但是国标规定充电电流最大不能超过400A,所以充电采用双枪充电,最大充电电流限制在400A。由于电池采用外部4并的方式,所以加热也为4回路。高压配电柜电路图入图3所示:
1.3)充电机:车载移动式充电机主要由DCDC模块、计费控制单元、监控单元、执行单元、人机交互单元、车辆充电接口等组成。
原理如图4所示,从原理图上可看出,储能电池组充满电后提供电能给充电机,充电机的DCDC模块将蓄电池提供的直流电压转换为符合电动汽车充电参数的电压。充电机充电枪插入被充电车辆后,先进行自检,自检结束后,通过与车辆BMS通讯,使充电系统中储能电池的高压配电柜闭合放电回路,然后跟被充电车辆之间进行通讯,检测到被充电车辆端电池电压正常后,执行单元发KM1,KM2合闸命令,这时直流充电线路导通,充电机开始为电动汽车充电。
在充电阶段,被充电车辆向充电机实时发送电池充电需求的参数,充电机会根据该参数实时调整充电电压和电流,并相互发送各自的状态信息(充电机输出电压电流、车辆电池电压电流、SOC等)。
充电结束后,执行单元确认充电电流小于5A后断开KM1,KM2,投入KM3泄放回路。至此整个充电过程结束。
2、充电系统工作原理:
电池管理系统与充电柜之间按整车通讯协议通讯,充电柜与被充电车辆之间按国标通讯,开始给被充电车辆充电时,电池管理系统与充电柜进行通讯,能量源里的高压电通过保险、直接接触器输出到充电柜进行充电。当高压电路发生异常时(过流、过热等)会导致保险熔断,从而断开高压电路,保证了整个高压电系统的安全。我们能量源分配时,电池管理系统会对各个直流接触器进行粘连检测,防止接触器粘连,导致断不了高压电的情况发生。能源管理系统与充电柜之间通讯时,电池管理系统会把电池总压过低、SOC过低、单体欠压、电池故障等级等故障信息传给充电柜,告诉充电柜此时储能电池的状况。而充电柜会把充电柜的充电状态、插枪状态、工作状态、充电电流、充电电压等信息传送给电池管理系统。实现双方协作充电,保证充电的安全性。为此我们也设想出了各种可能发生的情况,比如:电池管理系统与充电柜之间的通讯丢失了该怎么办。当双方之间的通讯丢失后,充电柜在5S内先将充电电流至少降到0A左右,然后通过充电CAN发送充电错误报文给被充电车辆,再切断继电器(整个过程不超过15S),禁止带大电流切断继电器,保证电路的安全性。BMS会在6S之后切断储能电池的放电回路,断掉给充电柜的高压电。当电池管理系统与充电柜之间通讯正常之后,并且无其他严重故障时,按照正常的逻辑闭合控制回路,执行充电流程开始充电。解决种种可能发生的情况,全面的保证充电系统的安全性,实现安全、便捷的给电动车进行救急补电。
3、充电系统的安全性:
(1)、正常行车时,电池管理系统实时监控储能电池的各个单体信息以及电池系统状况,并显示在仪表,如:电池电量、电压、电池温度、单体信息、有无故障等等,让驾驶员可以时刻掌握储能电池的状况。
(2)、在给其他车辆充电时,仪表会显示储能电池系统以及单体的信息,电池的放电电流等。
(3)、当电池要发生火灾危险时,驾驶区会有声光报警,驾驶员可以按下灭火器开关,电池仓灭火器即打开灭火。若驾驶员未按下灭火器开关,灭火器也会自动感应火情,自动灭火。
(4)、在给其他车辆充电时,通过整车控制器读取正在充电信息,充电时控制车辆无法起步行驶,保证了在给别的车充电时,车子不会行驶从而通过充电枪拉扯充电线及其他车辆,保证了充电时的安全。
(5)、整车装有远程监控,在后台可以实时监控车辆的运行状态及电池、电控的各种信息,安全、迅速的管理车辆。
在保证以上安全保护措施之后,移动补电车将通过电控系统及控制策略实现随时随地、安全的为电动汽车应急充电。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

电力驱动系统:所述电力驱动系统包括整车控制器、电机控制器、驱动电机、机械传动装置和驱动车轮,所述机械传动装置驱动车轮转动,整车控制器与电机控制器相连,电机控制器与驱动电机相连,驱动电机与机械传动装置相连,整车控制器与储能能量管理系统相连;
