本发明属于水产品加工技术领域,公开了一种海带加工装置,包括沿海带传输方向依次设有承物台、第一传送装置、支撑台、第二传送装置和切片装置,支撑台设有由支撑杆固定的调节件和切刀部件,海带置于承物台上由第一传送装置传输至支撑台,由调节件铺展传送至支撑台上的海带,经切刀部件切段并通过第二传送装置传输至切片装置,再由切片装置将海带切片完成加工;本发明还公开了一种海带加工方法,包括清洗海带;将经洗净后的海带晾晒至含水率在15%‑20%;使用上述的海带加工装置将海带分切,再随分切后的海带搓揉适于包装的形状;烘干海带至含水率在6%以下。

技术领域
本发明属于水产品加工技术领域,特别的涉及一种海带加工装置及海带加工方法。
背景技术
海带,是一种在低温海水中生长的大型海生褐藻,是一种可食用海藻,可以适用于拌、烧、炖、焖等烹饪方法。海带褐藻纲,孢子体大型,褐色,扁平带状,最长可达20M。海带分叶片、柄部和固着器,固着器呈假根状;叶片为表皮、皮层和髓部组织所组成,叶片下部有孢子囊,具有黏液腔,可分泌滑性物质;固着器树状分支,用以附着海底岩石,生长于水温较低的海中。
参照中国专利号为CN204548535U的一种海带加工装置,包括机架,所述机架上设置有卧式筒体,所述卧式筒体的上侧设置有入料斗,卧式筒体内设置有由驱动机构驱动的螺杆,所述螺杆位于卧式筒体输出端的端部沿周向布设有若干用于搅碎海带的旋转刀片,所述机架位于卧式筒体输出端一侧的低位阶面上还设置有位于卧式筒体输出端下方的海带称重装置。
上述装置采用旋转刀片对海带加工,存在因海带铺展不均匀造成加工后的海带形状不一从而影响美观,进一步在包装的过程中增加人力,浪费成本和时间。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种海带加工装置,用以解决上述提到的在加工过程中因海带铺展不均匀造成海带切片形状不一,进一步在包装过程中增加投入的人力和时间;本发明还提供一种海带加工方法,用以解决使用者在打开海带包装后仍需对海带裁剪和控制泡发量。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是,提出一种海带加工装置,包括沿海带传输方向依次设有承物台、第一传送装置、支撑台、第二传送装置和切片装置,所述支撑台设有由支撑杆固定的调节件和切刀部件,海带置于承物台上由第一传送装置传输至支撑台,由调节件铺展传送至支撑台上的海带,经切刀部件切段并通过第二传送装置传输至切片装置,再由切片装置将海带切片完成加工。
进一步优选地,所述调节件包括喂料辊和上压辊,所述喂料辊与上压辊形成适于海带传输的管道,所述喂料辊由设置在支撑台上的升降装置调节管道宽度以使海带铺展于管道内。
进一步优选地,所述切刀部件包括由支撑杆固定在支撑台上的上切刀辊和下切刀辊,所述上切刀辊的外表面设有螺旋状切割部,所述螺旋状切割部的轴线沿上切刀辊轴向延伸,所述下切刀辊贴于螺旋状切割部下端,海带经上切刀辊和下切刀辊之间由螺旋状切割部将海带切段。
进一步优选地,所述切片装置包括箱体、设置在所述箱体上的旋切刀组、设置在箱体上的切刀罩和设置在所述切刀罩上的进料斗,所述箱体内设有用于呈放切片后的海带的接料盘。
进一步优选地,所述旋切刀组包括两个表面设有圆盘刀片的滚轴,所述两个滚轴带动圆盘刀片相互剪切以使海带在滚轴之间切片。
进一步优选地,所述支撑台还设有放置于调节件和切刀部件之间的固定板,所述固定板上设置有用于铺展海带的延展部。
进一步优选地,所述固定板上还设置有凹槽,所述凹槽内设有供延展部辊轴滑动的滑轨、用以固定延展部辊轴的推动件和用以固定所述推动件的伸缩杆。
进一步优选地,所述支撑台还包括设置在所述固定板和切刀部件之间的定位辊。
进一步优选地,所述支撑台还包括设置在切刀部件一端的集料部,所述集料部与第二传送装置连接用以收集切成段的海带并经第二传送装置传送至切片装置。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的又一技术方案是,提出一种海带加工方法,包括以下步骤:清洗海带;将经洗净后的海带晾晒至含水率在15%-20%;使用上述的海带加工装置将海带分切,再随分切后的海带搓揉适于包装的形状;烘干海带至含水率在6%以下。
本发明的有益效果:该装置在沿传输方向上先将海带铺展切段,后通过旋切刀组切片,使得海带加工成小片状并便于包装,节省时间的同时具有美观性;该加工方法通过将海带搓揉成颗粒状,有效提高了存储和运输的效率,且使用者可根据所需海带量自行泡发,更加方便。

如图1所述,本发明实施例的海带加工装置,包括沿海带传输方向依次设有承物台1、第一传送装置2、支撑台3、第二传送装置4和切片装置5,所述支撑台3设有由支撑杆31固定的调节件32和切刀部件33,海带置于承物台1上由第一传送装置2传输至支撑台3,由调节件32铺展传送至支撑台3上的海带,经切刀部件33切段并通过第二传送装置4传输至切片装置5,再由切片装置5将海带切片完成加工。
此实施例中海带置于承物台1上,经第一传送装置2输送至支撑台3上,所述支撑台3设有用于铺展海带的调节件32和用于将海带切段的切刀部件33,随后切段后的海带经第二传送装置4送至切片装置5并通过该切片装置5完成切片。
如图1所示的调节件32包括喂料辊321和上压辊322,所述喂料辊321与上压辊322形成适于海带传输的管道,所述喂料辊321由设置在支撑台3上的升降装置323调节管道宽度以使海带铺展于管道内。
海带经第一传送装置2送至喂料辊321与上压辊322形成的管道中,调节喂料辊321到上压辊322的距离以使海带置于喂料辊321上时上压辊322下表面接触海带并压紧海带,使得海带在上压辊322下表面的压紧作用下铺展于喂料辊321上;所述升降装置323用以调节上压辊322在垂直方向上的位置,此升降装置323可为电动升降杆,此实施例不仅仅局限于此。
如图2所示的切刀部件33包括由支撑杆31固定在支撑台3上的上切刀辊331和下切刀辊332,所述上切刀辊331的外表面设有螺旋状切割部333,所述螺旋状切割部333的轴线沿上切刀辊331轴向延伸,所述下切刀辊332贴于螺旋状切割部333下端,海带经上切刀辊331和下切刀辊332之间由螺旋状切割部333将海带切段。
所述切刀部件33为单侧切刀,海带置于上切刀辊331和下切刀辊332之间且铺展于下切刀辊332的上表面,通过上切刀辊331轴向转动以使海带顺着螺旋状切割部333螺旋方向切成段状,并沿下切刀辊332运输至第二传送装置4上;所述下切刀辊332表面可设有用于传输海带的传送带。
如图1所示,所述切片装置5包括箱体51、设置在所述箱体51上的旋切刀组52、设置在箱体51上的切刀罩53和设置在所述切刀罩53上的进料斗54,所述箱体51内设有用于呈放切片后的海带的接料盘55。
参照图3的旋切刀组52包括两个表面设有圆盘刀片57的滚轴56,所述两个滚轴56带动圆盘刀片57相互剪切以使海带在滚轴56之间切片。
结合图1和图3,所述旋切刀组52为两个相对轴向运动的滚轴56,海带经第二传送装置4送至切片装置5时可采用人工将段状海带调整为沿平行于滚轴56的方向放置于滚轴56之间,这样更便于海带切片的均匀;海带经圆盘刀片57相切至切成片状,并落至接料盘55上。
特别的图1中所述支撑台3还设有放置于调节件32和切刀部件33之间的固定板34,所述固定板34上设置有用于铺展海带的延展部35。
所述延展部35可为套设有橄榄状转轮的转轴,此实施例不仅仅局限于此;参照图1所示,可设有传送带依次穿过延展部35表面与喂料辊321和下切刀辊332连接,该方式让海带在传输的过程中铺展更加充分。
如图4所示,所述固定板34上还设置有凹槽36,所述凹槽36内设有供延展部35辊轴滑动的滑轨361、用以固定延展部35辊轴的推动件362和用以固定所述推动件362的伸缩杆363。
设置在凹槽36内的延展部35可调节海带在延展部35之间传输的松紧程度,若海带还留有少许水分或是铺展的不充分可通过推动件362移动延展部35辊轴在滑轨361上的位置,并由伸缩杆363进行固定。
特别的,所述支撑台3还包括设置在所述固定板34和切刀部件33之间的定位辊37。
特别的,所述支撑台3还包括设置在切刀部件33一端的集料部38,所述集料部38与第二传送装置4连接用以收集切成段的海带并经第二传送装置4传送至切片装置5。
本发明实施例的一种海带加工方法,具体可为用水冲淋海带,洗去表面白色颗粒,并晾晒至叶软焉;低温烘干洗净后的海带至含水率15~20%;将海带放置于上述海带加工装置的承物台1上,并完成切段切片;将切片后的海带揉捻成颗粒状,便于包装和使用;将颗粒状的海带烘干至含水率在6%以下。
所述方法中在海带用水冲洗前,还通过喷洒有机酸预处理海带,可祛除海带腥味;有机酸可以为柠檬酸、醋酸中的一种。
颗粒状的海带所占体积小,且在水中快速发泡,发泡的面积使用者可直观感受,并根据所需量适当加入海带;该方式有效提高了存储和运输的效率,更加方便。

1.一种海带加工装置,其特征在于:包括沿海带传输方向依次设有承物台(1)、第一传送装置(2)、支撑台(3)、第二传送装置(4)和切片装置(5),所述支撑台(3)设有由支撑杆(31)固定的调节件(32)和切刀部件(33),海带置于承物台(1)上由第一传送装置(2)传输至支撑台(3),由调节件(32)铺展传送至支撑台(3)上的海带,经切刀部件(33)切段并通过第二传送装置(4)传输至切片装置(5),再由切片装置(5)将海带切片完成加工。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种海带加工装置,其特征在于:所述调节件(32)包括喂料辊(321)和上压辊(322),所述喂料辊(321)与上压辊(322)形成适于海带传输的管道,所述喂料辊(321)由设置在支撑台(3)上的升降装置(323)调节管道宽度以使海带铺展于管道内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种海带加工装置,其特征在于:所述切刀部件(33)包括由支撑杆(31)固定在支撑台(3)上的上切刀辊(331)和下切刀辊(332),所述上切刀辊(331)的外表面设有螺旋状切割部(333),所述螺旋状切割部(333)的轴线沿上切刀辊(331)轴向延伸,所述下切刀辊(332)贴于螺旋状切割部(333)下端,海带经上切刀辊(331)和下切刀辊(332)之间由螺旋状切割部(333)将海带切段。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种海带加工装置,其特征在于:所述切片装置(5)包括箱体(51)、设置在所述箱体(51)上的旋切刀组(52)、设置在箱体(51)上的切刀罩(53)和设置在所述切刀罩(53)上的进料斗(54),所述箱体(51)内设有用于呈放切片后的海带的接料盘(55)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种海带加工装置,其特征在于:所述旋切刀组(52)包括两个表面设有圆盘刀片(57)的滚轴(56),所述两个滚轴(56)带动圆盘刀片(57)相互剪切以使海带在滚轴(56)之间切片。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种海带加工装置,其特征在于:所述支撑台(3)还设有放置于调节件(32)和切刀部件(33)之间的固定板(34),所述固定板(34)上设置有用于铺展海带的延展部(35)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种海带加工装置,其特征在于:所述固定板(34)上还设置有凹槽(36),所述凹槽(36)内设有供延展部(35)辊轴滑动的滑轨(361)、用以固定延展部(35)辊轴的推动件(362)和用以固定所述推动件(362)的伸缩杆(363)。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种海带加工装置,其特征在于:所述支撑台(3)还包括设置在所述固定板(34)和切刀部件(33)之间的定位辊(37)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种海带加工装置,其特征在于:所述支撑台(3)还包括设置在切刀部件(33)一端的集料部(38),所述集料部(38)与第二传送装置(4)连接用以收集切成段的海带并经第二传送装置(4)传送至切片装置(5)。
10.一种海带加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
清洗海带;
将经洗净后的海带晾晒至含水率在15%-20%;
使用权利要求1-9所述的海带加工装置将海带分切,再随分切后的海带搓揉适于包装的形状;
烘干海带至含水率在6%以下。
