The following will describe in detail.
In order to better understand the circulation control method and system of the recyclable tableware based on the take-out platform described in the present invention, first, a scene architecture suitable for the circulation control method of the recyclable tableware based on the take-out platform is described, specifically, the scene architecture suitable for the circulation control method of the recyclable tableware based on the take-out platform may be as shown in fig. 1, and fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the scene architecture disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the scenario architecture may include a take-away platform, and further, the scenario architecture may include a recycle terminal. Still further, the scenario architecture may also include a rental reclamation control platform and/or a temporary storage. Wherein:
The take-out platform is used for taking out merchants to stay in and for users to order food, and the users need to pay the meal fee of the food and the tableware deposit of the target tableware for containing the food when ordering the food. The tableware deposit is determined by the takeaway platform according to the tableware information of the target tableware and the tableware deposit mode corresponding to the user, wherein the tableware deposit mode corresponding to the user can be a one-time deposit repeatedly renting tableware deposit mode, and the one-time deposit renting tableware deposit mode is specifically that the user pays the tableware deposit of the tableware every time the user orders the tableware through the takeaway platform, and only when the user returns the corresponding tableware, part or all of the paid tableware deposit can be returned to the user, or only when the user returns the corresponding tableware, the paid tableware deposit is returned to the user in a mode of being converted into equivalent virtual digital assets (such as points, vouchers and the like); the mode that the tableware deposit is rented repeatedly by the primary deposit is that the user can pay the tableware deposit once, and the tableware deposit is not required to be paid again when the user orders takeout through the takeout platform in the follow-up process, namely, the tableware deposit paid when the user orders dinner through the takeout platform is zero. It should be noted that, the dish deposit mode corresponding to the user may be a dish deposit mode that the user opens at the take-out platform for all take-out merchants, or a dish deposit mode that the user opens at the take-out platform for different take-out merchants, and a dish deposit mode that the user opens at the take-out platform for different take-out merchants may be the same or different.
After the take-out order generated by the take-out platform is confirmed by a take-out merchant, the take-out platform can be matched with take-out meal delivery staff, the take-out meal delivery staff takes the meal from the take-out merchant and directly delivers the meal to a position appointed by a user or directly delivers the meal to a temporary storage end matched with the position appointed by the user, and the take-out meal delivery staff or the take-out platform informs the user to take the meal from the temporary storage end. It should be noted that, before the takeaway food sending personnel deposits the meal to the temporary storage end that matches with the position that the user appointed, the temporary storage end needs to check out the identity information of takeaway food sending personnel earlier, and when the check-out is passed, the temporary storage end only allows takeaway food sending personnel to deposit the meal, and when taking away the meal from the temporary storage end before the temporary storage end, the temporary storage end needs to check out the identity information of the taker earlier, and when the check-out is passed, the temporary storage end only allows the taker to take away the meal.
After the take-out order generated by the take-out platform is confirmed by the take-out merchant, the order information of the take-out order can be stored, and the order of the take-out order can be sent to the lease recycling control platform.
When the user finishes dining and needs to return the tableware, the user can return the tableware through the temporary storage end or through the recovery terminal. When the user returns the tableware, the temporary storage end/recycling terminal can recycle the tableware through the identified coded identification of the tableware and the order information which is acquired from the takeout platform/leasing recycling control platform and is matched with the coded identification of the tableware, and the takeout platform/leasing recycling control platform updates the tableware returning state of the tableware in the order information which is matched with the coded identification of the tableware.
After the tableware is returned, the takeout platform/lease recycling control platform can issue rewards to users, and after the tableware is recycled, the takeout platform/lease recycling control platform can distribute the recycled tableware to takeout merchants corresponding to the tableware and settle tableware recycling comprehensive fees with the takeout merchants.
It should be noted that all the tableware provided by the takeout merchant and capable of containing the meal sold by the takeout merchant includes the tableware owned by the takeout merchant and/or the tableware leased by the takeout merchant from the takeout platform and/or the tableware leased by the takeout merchant from the leasing recovery control platform which establishes a tableware leasing relation with the takeout merchant in advance through the takeout platform.
When all the tableware provided by the takeout merchant and capable of containing the meal sold by the takeout merchant comprises the tableware owned by the takeout merchant, when the takeout platform/lease recycling control platform recovers the tableware corresponding to the takeout order of the user, the cleaning and sterilizing points designated by the takeout platform/lease recycling control platform clean and sterilize the recovered tableware, package the recovered tableware in a classified manner and deliver the recovered tableware to the takeout merchant, and the takeout platform can also be self-lifted by the takeout merchant and only needs to settle takeout fees with the takeout merchant.
When all the tableware provided by the takeout merchant and capable of containing the meal sold by the takeout merchant comprises the tableware leased by the takeout merchant from the takeout platform, the takeout merchant can initiate a tableware use request to the takeout platform, the takeout platform prepares the tableware corresponding to the tableware use request according to the tableware use request and distributes the tableware to the place corresponding to the takeout merchant through corresponding distribution logistics or distribution personnel, and the takeout merchant can also carry out the tableware, wherein the place corresponding to the takeout merchant can be the place designated by the takeout merchant, and can also be a temporary storage end matched with the place designated by the takeout merchant. After the take-out platform receives the tableware corresponding to the take-out order, the tableware is cleaned and disinfected by the cleaning and disinfecting points appointed by the take-out platform, and the cleaned and disinfected tableware is used for renting to take-out merchants or being distributed to the take-out merchants. It should be noted that, the take-out platform may settle take-out fees according to a fee settlement manner (a period settlement manner, a take-out order quantity settlement manner, or a take-out fee total settlement manner) agreed with a take-out merchant, for example: the take-away platform settles take-away fees with the take-away merchant after the take-away platform generates the take-away order or after the take-away order is confirmed by the take-away merchant or after the take-away order is confirmed by the user.
When all the tableware provided by the takeout merchant and capable of containing the meal sold by the takeout merchant comprises the tableware which is leased by the takeout merchant from the leasing recovery control platform which is established with the takeout merchant in advance through the takeout platform, the takeout merchant can initiate a tableware use request to the takeout platform, the takeout platform generates a tableware leasing order according to the tableware use request and sends the tableware leasing order to the leasing recovery control platform, the leasing recovery control platform prepares the tableware corresponding to the tableware leasing order and distributes the tableware to the place corresponding to the takeout merchant through corresponding distribution logistics or distribution personnel, and the takeout merchant can also self-carry the tableware, wherein the place corresponding to the takeout merchant can be the place designated by the takeout merchant, and also can be a temporary storage end matched with the place designated by the takeout merchant. It should be noted that, the take-out platform may settle take-out fees according to a fee settlement manner (a period settlement manner, a take-out order quantity settlement manner, a take-out fee total settlement manner, etc.) agreed with the take-out merchant, and may settle corresponding fees according to a settlement manner agreed with the rental recycling control platform, for example: deposit of cutlery and/or other return rewards sent to the user returning cutlery, etc.
The foregoing describes the scenario architecture of the take-out platform-based circulation control method for recyclable tableware, and the following describes the take-out platform-based circulation control method and system for recyclable tableware in detail.

Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart of a circulation control method of recyclable tableware based on a take-out platform according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the take-away platform based circulation control method for the recyclable tableware may include the following operations:

The take-out platform receives a meal ordering request initiated by a user through a user terminal, wherein the meal ordering request at least comprises user information of the user, meal information of target meal required to be ordered by the user and take-out merchant information corresponding to the target meal.
In the embodiment of the invention, all merchants selling takeout foods through the takeout platform need to enter the takeout platform in advance, namely: the take-out merchant needs to register a merchant account number corresponding to the take-out merchant in the take-out platform, and after the merchant account number is registered, the take-out merchant can log in the take-out platform through the corresponding merchant account number and upload the introduction information of the take-out merchant and the relevant information of all the foods sold by the take-out merchant. The related information of the meal may include the name of the meal and the selling price of the meal (also referred to as "meal fee"), and the selling price of the meal may include the use fee of the tableware in addition to the meal fee of the meal, wherein the use fee of the tableware is not disclosed to the user who orders the meal. Further, the related information of the meal may further include preferential information of the meal, optional taste of the meal, descriptive information of the meal (text descriptive information and/or audio/video descriptive information), historical sales of the meal, cuisine of the meal, production flow of the meal, current producer information of the meal, identification for indicating whether the meal is sold out, remaining parts of the meal, popularity of the meal and heat ranking for indicating whether the meal is in all the meal, identification for indicating whether the meal is a signboard of the takeout merchant, identification of the meal category to which the meal belongs, and introduction information of the takeout merchant may include name of the takeout merchant, address of the takeout merchant and telephone number of the takeout merchant, and further may further include image data of the takeout merchant, heat ranking of the takeout merchant in the area where the takeout merchant is located, the time of the takeout merchant to enter the takeout platform, time of the takeout merchant's hold information, takeout service single time period, the takeout merchant provided by the takeout merchant, or a certification of the takeout merchant (for example, a health of the takeout merchant is provided by a health person) and a certification of the takeout merchant is provided by the takeout merchant.
In the embodiment of the invention, the user terminal can be any terminal with a takeout communication interface for communicating with a takeout platform, such as a mobile phone, a computer, a tablet, intelligent wearable equipment, self-service takeout equipment and the like, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited. Specifically, the user terminal may be installed with a take-out app corresponding to the take-out platform, or the user terminal may also be installed with an application (such as a learning application, a game application, or an instant messaging application) having a take-out applet. When a certain user has the requirement of ordering takeaway foods, the takeaway communication interface in the user terminal can acquire the introduction information of all takeaway merchants which reside in the takeaway platform and the related information of all the foods sold by the takeaway merchant, and also can acquire the introduction information of all the merchants matched with the search keywords input by the user and the related information of all the foods sold by the takeaway communication interface in the user terminal. When the user selects a target meal to be ordered, the user terminal sends an order requirement to the takeout platform according to an order instruction triggered by the user. Optionally, the meal ordering requirement may further include at least one of a meal delivery address specified by a certain user, a meal delivery time period specified by a certain user, a meal delivery mode specified by a certain user, and a remark description of a target meal by a certain user, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In the embodiment of the invention, the user information of a certain user may include a registered user name of the certain user on the take-out platform and/or a contact way (such as a mobile phone number) of the certain user registered on the take-out platform, the meal information of the target meal may include a type of the meal contained in the target meal and a quantity (such as a major part, a minor part or a middle part) of the meal contained in the target meal, and further, the meal information of the target meal may further include a quantity of the meal contained in the target meal. The takeaway merchant information corresponding to the target meal may include at least a merchant identification that uniquely corresponds to the takeaway merchant.

The take-out platform calculates the meal fee of the target meal according to the meal information, and determines the tableware deposit of the target tableware according to the target tableware for containing the target meal and the tableware deposit mode corresponding to a certain user, which are determined in advance.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the takeaway platform may calculate the meal fee of the target meal according to the meal information, including:
and calculating the cost of the target meal by the takeout platform according to the meal information, the preferential information of the takeout merchant for the target meal corresponding to the takeout merchant information, the full-down preferential information of the takeout merchant and the selling price information of the takeout merchant for the target meal.
In the embodiment of the invention, the determined target tableware for containing the target meal can be the target tableware which is matched with the history meal ordering record of a certain user in the takeout merchant according to the meal information of the target meal or the requirements (such as the requirements on the tableware grade) of the certain user in the meal ordering request, or can be the target tableware which can contain the target meal and is selected by the certain user according to the tableware information list provided by the takeout merchant. If the determined target tableware for containing the target meal is the target tableware matched by the takeaway merchant according to the meal information of the target meal, the takeaway merchant needs to send the determined tableware information of the target tableware to a certain user for confirmation.
Optionally, when the target tableware is a target tableware capable of containing the target meal selected by a certain user according to a list of tableware information provided by a takeout merchant, the meal ordering request may further include the tableware information of the target tableware selected by the certain user from a list of tableware information provided by a takeout merchant corresponding to the takeout merchant information. The table of tableware information may include information of all tableware provided by the takeout merchant and capable of containing the foods sold by the takeout merchant, the information of the tableware may include the number of the tableware, the type of the tableware, the deposit of the tableware, and the like, and may further include at least one of the grade of the tableware, the material of the tableware, and the source of the tableware.
In the embodiment of the invention, the tableware deposit mode corresponding to a certain user is the tableware deposit mode which is opened by the takeaway platform for a certain user according to the requirement of the certain user, and the tableware deposit mode opened by the certain user is used for calculating the tableware deposit required to be paid by the certain user and is used as the basis of the subsequent refund deposit. The tableware deposit mode which is opened by a certain user can be one of all tableware deposit modes supported by the takeout platform, and the all tableware deposit modes supported by the takeout platform at least comprise a returned-to-returned tableware deposit mode and a once deposit repeatedly renting tableware deposit mode, and optionally, the once deposit repeatedly renting tableware deposit mode can comprise a once deposit repeatedly renting tableware deposit mode corresponding to different effective time periods. Optionally, the take-out platform may open the same dish deposit mode for a certain user for all take-out merchants, or may open different dish deposit modes for a certain user for different take-out merchants according to different needs of a certain user and/or dish deposit modes supported by the take-out merchants, for example: the take-out platform can open the tableware deposit mode for a certain user for take-out merchant A and then return the tableware deposit mode, and open a deposit for a certain user for take-out merchant B and repeatedly rent the tableware deposit mode. After the recycling of the tableware is completed, the takeout platform can convey the recycled tableware stored in the recycling terminal to a corresponding cleaning and sterilizing point through a corresponding tableware recycling stream or a corresponding tableware recycling person to clean and sterilize the tableware, and classify and pack the tableware, and can deliver the tableware to takeout merchants corresponding to the tableware through a corresponding tableware delivery stream or a corresponding tableware delivery person. After the take-out merchant receives the tableware delivered by the take-out platform, the take-out merchant and the take-out platform settle the tableware for comprehensive fees, for example: the cleaning and disinfecting cost and/or the tableware distribution cost, and the comprehensive tableware recycling cost is determined according to the tableware information of the tableware distributed by the takeout platform. Optionally, when the return reward is directly issued to the target account bound by the target user by the rental recycling control platform, the return reward includes at least one of a virtual credit, a virtual voucher, a virtual reward and a return deposit of the tableware to be returned, and the return deposit of the tableware to be returned is less than or equal to the tableware deposit of the tableware to be returned. When the return rewards are controlled by the lease recovery control platform to be sent to the target user by the recovery terminal according to the sending mode corresponding to the return rewards, the sending mode corresponding to the return rewards is a direct sending mode and/or an indirect sending mode, the direct sending mode indicates that the recovery terminal directly sends out cash and/or a cash coupon, and the indirect sending mode indicates that the recovery terminal outputs a code image, so that the target user can scan the code image to obtain at least one of virtual points, virtual cash coupons, virtual rewards and return deposit of tableware to be returned. Therefore, implementing the circulation control method of the recyclable tableware based on the take-out platform described in fig. 4 provides a new take-out mode, when the new take-out mode requires a user (i.e. a person ordering take-out) to order take-out through the take-out platform, the user is required to pay the deposit of the tableware besides paying for the meal, and the user can realize the recycling of the tableware through the recycling terminal/temporary storage end, clean and disinfect the tableware after the recycling of the tableware is finished and sort and package the cleaned and disinfected tableware to corresponding take-out merchants, so that the functions of the take-out platform are enriched, the recycling and recycling of the tableware in take-out scenes are realized, and the deposit mode can also be opened for the user, which is beneficial to standardizing the behavior of the user to use the tableware and promoting the user to timely return the tableware, reducing the discarding of the tableware in take-out scenes, and further reducing the pollution to the environment. The first communication module 501 is configured to receive an order request initiated by a user through a user terminal, where the order request at least includes user information of the user, meal information of a target meal to be ordered by the user, and takeout merchant information corresponding to the target meal.
A calculating module 502, configured to calculate a meal fee of the target meal according to the meal information.

The first communication module 501 is further configured to send meal taking information and meal delivery information to a takeout and delivery personnel, so that the takeout and delivery personnel can take the target meal from the takeout merchant according to the meal taking information and deliver the target meal according to the meal delivery information.
The take-out information at least comprises take-out merchant information and order identification of take-out orders, the take-out information comprises user information and a take-out address corresponding to the user information, the take-out address corresponding to the user information is a take-out address appointed by a certain user or an address of a temporary storage end obtained by matching the take-out platform according to the take-out address appointed by the certain user.
In this alternative embodiment, the take-away platform based circulation control system for recyclable cutlery may also include a temporary storage 60 for storing meals that are desired to be dispensed by take-away serving personnel. Optionally, the temporary storage may also be used to store the returned cutlery required by the user ordering the meal after the meal is completed.
Still further alternatively, when the delivery address corresponding to the user information is the address of the temporary storage end 60, the delivery information further includes storage verification information, where the storage verification information is used for storing the target meal in the temporary storage end by the takeout delivery personnel for a certain user to take the meal. And the first communication module 501 may be further configured to send meal taking verification information to the user terminal when the delivery address corresponding to the user information is the address where the temporary storage end is located, where the meal taking verification information is used for a certain user to take the target meal from the temporary storage end.
It can be seen that implementing the system depicted in fig. 6 provides a new take-out mode in which a user (i.e., the person ordering take-out) is required to pay a meal fee in addition to paying a meal fee through the take-out platform, and the deposit of the cutlery is returned after the user returns the cutlery or after the user returns the cutlery and applies for returning the deposit, so that the manner in which the user pays the deposit of the cutlery when ordering take-out is favorable for realizing recycling of the cutlery in take-out scenarios, random discarding of the cutlery in take-out scenarios is reduced, and pollution to the environment is reduced
In this further alternative embodiment, the take-away platform based circulation control system for reusable cutlery may also include a recycling terminal 70, which may include a recycling control module 701.

Therefore, the circulation control system based on the takeout platform described in fig. 8 can also enable the user to realize the recovery of tableware through the recovery terminal/temporary storage end, clean and disinfect after the recovery of tableware and classify, pack and distribute the cleaned and disinfected tableware to corresponding takeout merchants, enrich the functions of the takeout platform, realize the recovery and the circulation use of the tableware in the takeout scene, and enable the tableware deposit mode for the user, be favorable for standardizing the behavior of the user for using the tableware and promoting the user to return the tableware in time, reduce the random discarding of the tableware in the takeout scene, and further reduce the pollution to the environment. And the tableware under different take-out platforms can be recovered through the lease recovery control platform, so that the audience range of the take-out implementation method is improved.

Claims (14)

1. A flow-through control method for recyclable tableware based on a take-out platform, the method comprising:
the takeout platform receives a meal ordering request initiated by a certain user through a user terminal, wherein the meal ordering request at least comprises user information of the certain user, meal information of target meal required to be ordered by the certain user and takeout merchant information corresponding to the target meal;
Judging whether at least one takeout order which corresponds to tableware and is not returned completely exists in a historical takeout order of a certain user according to the user information, wherein the historical takeout order comprises a takeout order corresponding to meal successfully ordered by the takeout platform before the certain user sends the meal ordering request or a takeout order corresponding to meal successfully ordered by the takeout platform at the takeout merchant before the certain user sends the meal ordering request;
when judging that at least one take-out order exists in the historical take-out orders, the take-out platform adjusts take-out order attributes of the certain user on the take-out platform and judges whether the meal ordering request meets the adjusted take-out order attributes, wherein the take-out order attributes comprise at least one of take-out credit points of the certain user, maximum parts of single take-out orders of the certain user, types of single take-out tableware of the certain user, number of single take-out tableware of the certain user and single take-out tableware deposit of the certain user;
When judging that the at least one takeout order exists in the historical takeout orders, the takeout platform judges whether the tableware deposit mode corresponding to the certain user is a one-time deposit repeatedly renting tableware deposit mode or not;
When judging that the tableware deposit mode corresponding to the certain user is the primary deposit repeatedly renting tableware deposit mode, the takeout platform adjusts the tableware deposit mode corresponding to the certain user from the primary deposit repeatedly renting tableware deposit mode to a disposable tableware deposit mode;
When the meal ordering request meets the adjusted takeout ordering attribute, the takeout platform calculates the meal fee of the target meal according to the meal information, determines the tableware deposit of the target tableware according to a predetermined target tableware for accommodating the target meal and a tableware deposit mode corresponding to the certain user, generates a payment order according to the meal fee of the target meal and the tableware deposit of the target tableware, and sends the payment order to the user terminal for confirmation and payment of the certain user; the target tableware for containing the target meal is determined by the takeout merchant according to the meal information of the target meal and in combination with the historical meal ordering record of a certain user in the takeout merchant;
when the fact that the user pays the fee included in the payment order is detected, the takeout platform generates a takeout order corresponding to the meal ordering request and sends the takeout order to a takeout merchant corresponding to takeout merchant information so that the takeout merchant can confirm and prepare the target meal, and the tableware deposit mode corresponding to the user comprises a tableware deposit mode which is opened by the takeout platform for the takeout merchant for the user;
and after receiving an order request initiated by a user through a user terminal, the takeaway platform further comprises:
The takeout platform judges whether the tableware deposit mode is opened by the certain user;
When judging that the tableware deposit mode is opened, the takeout platform executes the tableware deposit for determining the target tableware according to the target tableware which is determined in advance and is used for containing the target meal and the tableware deposit mode corresponding to the certain user;
when judging that the tableware deposit mode is not opened, the takeout platform sends an opening prompt message to the user terminal so as to prompt the user to open the tableware deposit mode;
the takeout platform receives an opening feedback message sent by the user terminal, wherein the opening feedback message comprises a tableware deposit mode which is selected by the user from all tableware deposit modes supported by the takeout platform and is required to be opened and aims at a takeout merchant, and all the tableware deposit modes at least comprise a ready-to-return tableware deposit mode and a primary deposit repeatedly renting tableware deposit mode, wherein the user can open corresponding tableware deposit modes aiming at different takeout merchants at the takeout platform, and the primary deposit repeatedly renting tableware deposit mode comprises a primary deposit repeatedly renting tableware deposit mode corresponding to different effective time periods;
The takeout platform opens a tableware deposit mode selected by a certain user for the certain user according to the opening feedback message, and executes the operation of determining the tableware deposit of the target tableware according to the target tableware for containing the target meal and the tableware deposit mode corresponding to the certain user, which are determined in advance;
the tableware deposit mode corresponding to the certain user is an opened tableware deposit mode of the certain user.
2. A take-away platform based circulation control method for a recyclable piece of cutlery as defined in claim 1, further comprising:
after the takeout merchant confirms the takeout order, the takeout platform stores order information corresponding to the takeout order; or alternatively
After the takeout merchant confirms the takeout order, the takeout platform sends order information corresponding to the takeout order to a lease reclamation control platform which establishes a tableware reclamation relation with the takeout platform in advance;
the lease recovery control platform receives and stores the order information;
The order information at least comprises the user information, takeout merchant information and tableware information of the target tableware, wherein the tableware information of the target tableware comprises a code identification of the target tableware, the number of the target tableware, the type of the target tableware and the deposit of the target tableware, and the order information is used for indicating that the certain user rents the target tableware provided by the takeout merchant in a takeout mode and pays the deposit of the target tableware;
When the take-out platform sends the order information to the lease recovery control platform, the order information also comprises a platform identifier uniquely corresponding to the take-out platform.
3. A take-away platform based circulation control method for a recyclable piece of cutlery as defined in claim 2, further comprising:
The recycling terminal detects whether a tableware returning request is received, and when the tableware returning request is received, the code identification of the tableware to be returned is identified according to the tableware returning request;
