Method and device for refunding deposit and electronic equipment
Technical Field
The embodiment of the specification relates to the technical field of computers, in particular to a method and a device for refunding a deposit and electronic equipment.
Background
With the technological progress and the continuous rise of labor cost, self-service dining services are provided in many restaurants. When a user goes to a restaurant to have a meal, the user can order the meal through the self-service ordering machine and pay the meal fee by self. And the user gets the meal by oneself in the meal delivery area. Therefore, the restaurant does not need to provide manual ordering and manual meal delivery services, and the number of restaurant service staff can be greatly reduced.
However, although the labor cost of the ordering and delivering links can be reduced by self-service dining, unmanned management cannot be achieved in the recycling link. The reason is that the dinnerware and the tableware are not actively conveyed to the tableware recovery area after the user has dinner, and the dinnerware still needs to be recovered manually by staff in the restaurant.
For this reason, it is desirable in the restaurant industry to provide a solution that allows the user to actively transport the plates to the dish recovery area.

In daily life, the links from a user to a restaurant for eating are generally divided into: ordering, making, taking, dining and recycling.
The ordering can be divided into self-service ordering and person ordering. Taking self-service ordering as an example, a diner can select dishes on a self-service ordering machine in a restaurant and pay the meal fee through the self-service ordering machine. Wherein the meal fee may comprise a deposit for use of the meal tray.
In some embodiments, the payment of the meal fee may be a payment achieved by interacting with the kiosk using the user terminal 11 of the dining user. The exchange mode can be divided into active code scanning payment or passive code scanning payment. The active code scanning payment means that the self-service ordering machine displays a collection code (namely a merchant collection party) for code scanning payment of the user terminal, and the user terminal finishes payment by scanning the collection code. The passive code scanning payment means that a user terminal actively displays a payment code of a user (namely the user payment code), and payment is finished by scanning the payment code by code scanning equipment on the self-service ordering machine.
In one embodiment, the cash or payment code may be displayed in the form of a graphic code, such as a two-dimensional code. Or the sound wave form can be provided, for example, the self-service ordering machine sends out a sound wave signal containing account information of the payee party by adopting a sound wave payment mode, and when the sound wave signal is identified by the user terminal, the account of the payee party (namely, the payment account of the restaurant) can be determined. Similarly, the user terminal can also send out a sound wave signal containing account information of the payer in a sound wave payment mode, and when the self-service ordering machine recognizes the sound wave signal, the account of the payer (namely the user account of the dining user) can be determined.
In one embodiment, a payment mode without a user terminal may also be adopted. In this way, the dining user can pay the meal fee without using the user terminal. For example, the kiosk may use biometric features such as face-scanning payments, fingerprint payments, etc. to make quick payments.
The following description is provided in conjunction with a flowchart of a method for refunding a deposit, which is illustrated in fig. 2 and may include the steps of:
step 110: the user terminal pays a meal fee containing a deposit to the server side; wherein the meal fee is transferred from the user account to the restaurant checkout account for payment.
Step 120: and the server generates order information corresponding to the user account when receiving the meal fee which is paid by the user account and contains the deposit.
The diner user can pay the service end for the meal containing the deposit through the user terminal. After the service end collects the meal fee, the corresponding order information can be generated.
The order information may include information such as the name of the meal item ordered by the meal user, the user account, the order number, etc. The name of the meal is used for a cook in the kitchen to make a corresponding meal. The user account is used for deposit refund.
And the food ordering link is finished, the kitchen making link is carried out, and the dining user only needs to wait for getting the food.
Step 130: and the server side sends the order information to a kitchen terminal.
Step 140: and the kitchen terminal receives the order information so that a kitchen worker can make a corresponding food based on the name of the food in the order information, and writes the order information into a storage medium in the dinner plate according to a meal delivery instruction of the kitchen worker.
In the manufacturing process, the server side needs to send order information to the kitchen terminal. The kitchen terminal can be a terminal device arranged in a kitchen of a restaurant and can be used for displaying or printing information such as names of food to be made, order numbers and the like. The cook staff (e.g., chef) makes the meal based on the meal name. After all the meal in the order is made, the worker can send a meal-out instruction to the back-end terminal, so that the back-end terminal writes order information into a storage medium in a dinner plate bearing the made meal according to the received meal-out instruction.
In one implementation, the storage medium within the dining plate may include a near field communication chip (NFC);
the storage medium for writing the order information into the dinner plate comprises:
and writing the order information into a near field communication chip in the dinner plate by a near field communication reader-writer arranged on the basis of the kitchen terminal.
In another implementation, the storage medium within the meal tray comprises a radio frequency identification tag (RFID);
the storage medium for writing the order information into the dinner plate comprises:
and writing the order information into the radio frequency identification tag in the dinner plate based on a radio frequency identification reader-writer arranged on the kitchen terminal.
It should be noted that the NFC or RFID is only an example provided in this specification, and any other short-range wireless communication technology such as bluetooth communication may also be used in practical applications.
In an embodiment, the kitchen terminal may return a message that the meal making is completed to the server, so that the server pushes the meal fetching message to the user terminal of the dining user.
In the meal taking link, the user terminal receives a meal taking message to prompt the diner to arrive at a meal taking area for self-service meal taking.
As previously indicated, if the user does not pay a meal fee using the user terminal, the server may not be able to notify the dining user in time. Therefore, the restaurant can actively prompt the diner to fetch the meal by means of a display screen and/or voice broadcast. Specifically, the kitchen terminal can be connected with a meal taking screen and/or a voice broadcasting device in a restaurant. And the kitchen terminal sends the meal taking message containing the order information to a meal taking screen and/or voice broadcasting equipment according to the received meal taking instruction. Therefore, the order number of the food to be taken is displayed on the food taking screen, and/or the order number of the food to be taken is played by the voice playing device. The meal taking screen can be used for displaying the order number of the meal to be taken in a rolling mode. The voice broadcasting equipment can circularly play the order number of the food to be taken.
The order number may be a kind of data in order information generated by the server. The order number has uniqueness.
It is worth mentioning that the meal taking screen and the voice broadcasting device can be matched with the server to remind the diner user to take the meal together.
In one embodiment, after the dining user successfully pays the meal fee, a paper or electronic order number may be collected and checked out through the paper or electronic order number when the meal is taken. Specifically, the meal taking area can be provided with a meal taking terminal, and the meal taking terminal is used for a meal user to carry out order verification and sales. Generally, the order number may be in the form of a barcode, and the order number is checked and sold by the meal taking terminal by scanning a paper or electronic barcode order number, so as to update the corresponding order to be in a meal taking state. It is worth mentioning that the order that has been taken but not taken is in a waiting state. And after the order is updated to the order taking state, the order taking screen and/or the voice broadcast equipment delete the order number.
And in the dining link, after the dining user takes a meal in the dining area, the dining plate and the meal carried by the dining plate are taken to the dining area for dining.
Step 150: the method comprises the steps that a scanning terminal scans a dinner plate returned in a tableware recovery area to read target order information from a storage medium in the dinner plate;
and in the recycling link, after the dining user eats the dinner plate, the dinner plate and the tableware need to be returned to the tableware recycling area.
In an embodiment, the cutlery retrieval area may be provided with a conveyor belt, in the region of which the scanning terminal may be provided.
The scanning terminal can scan the storage medium in each dinner plate to read the target order information written in the storage medium of each dinner plate.
Corresponding to the foregoing example, when the storage medium includes an NFC chip, the target order information read by the scanning terminal from the storage medium in the returned dinner plate includes:
and a near field communication reader-writer arranged on the scanning terminal reads the target order information from the returned near field communication chip in the dinner plate.
In addition, when the storage medium includes an RFID tag, the target order information read by the scanning terminal from the storage medium in the returned dinner plate includes:
and a radio frequency identification reader-writer arranged on the scanning terminal reads the target order information from the radio frequency identification tag in the returned dinner plate.
Step 160: and after reading the target order information, the scanning terminal initiates a refund request to the server.
Step 170: and the server responds to the refund request, and refunds the deposit of the returned dinner plate to the user account corresponding to the target order information.
And the scanning terminal initiates a refund request to the server terminal according to each target order information.
And the server responds to the refund request, and refunds the deposit of the dinner plate to the user account corresponding to the target order information.
The above-described embodiment, by collecting the meal tray deposit from the user, the user has to actively send the meal tray to the dish recovery area to refund the deposit. In the specific implementation, collecting a meal fee containing a meal plate deposit from a user, and writing order information corresponding to a user account into a storage medium in the meal plate when the meal is delivered; therefore, when the tableware recovery area scans the returned order information of the storage medium of the dinner plate, the deposit can be returned to the user account corresponding to the order information.

And in the recycling link, after the dining user eats the dinner plate, the dinner plate and the tableware need to be returned to the tableware recycling area.
In an embodiment, the cutlery retrieval area may be provided with a conveyor belt, in the region of which the scanning terminal may be provided.
