本发明提供一种海绵磨块的烘干系统,包括烘干道,烘干道的一端设有进料口,另一端设有出料口,所述烘干道内设有将海绵磨块传送通过烘干道的传送装置,所述传送装置的两端分别设置在进料口和出料口外端,烘干道下方设有放置加热装置的加热腔,烘干道的两侧设有保温干燥腔,加热腔和保温干燥腔之间通过管道连通,烘干道的底部连接循环风机,循环风机的出气口与加热腔之间连接除湿箱,所述除湿箱中设有除湿材料,传送装置的上方设有吹风箱,所述吹风箱下端设有多个吹风孔,吹风箱与保温干燥腔连通。该系统实现热量循环利用,提高烘干效率,同时可以降低烘干装置中的水分含量,提高烘干效果。

Description

一种海绵磨块的烘干系统
技术领域
本发明属于研磨设备加工领域,特别涉及一种海绵磨块的烘干系统。
背景技术
海绵磨块又称海绵砂块、抛光磨块、塑料磨块等,是以海绵或者高发泡为基体,在海绵基体上植入砂料覆层,经过固化后形成的一种可以用于打磨抛光的一个产品。而上胶后的海绵基体需要进行烘干固化,一般的烘干装置的热风由抽风机直接从烘干箱的一侧通入烘干箱,然后再通过出风管从烘干箱的另一侧排出,在这样情况下会导致热量的散失,从而降低热量的利用率,而且一般的烘干装置内的水分含量偏高从而影响烘干效率低等问题,为了解决上述问题,需要设置抽湿装置进行排湿,抽湿装置虽然能够在一定程度上减少烘干装置中的含水量,但同时也会带走烘干装置的热量,降低热效率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种海绵磨块的烘干系统,热量可以循环利用,提高烘干效率,同时可以降低烘干装置中的水分含量,提高烘干效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种海绵磨块的烘干系统,包括烘干道,烘干道的一端设有进料口,另一端设有出料口,所述烘干道内设有将海绵磨块传送通过烘干道的传送装置,所述传送装置的两端分别设置在进料口和出料口外端,烘干道下方设有放置加热装置的加热腔,烘干道的两侧设有保温干燥腔,加热腔和保温干燥腔之间通过管道连通,烘干道的底部连接循环风机,循环风机的出气口与加热腔之间连接除湿箱,所述除湿箱中设有除湿材料,传送装置的上方设有吹风箱,所述吹风箱下端设有多个吹风孔,吹风箱与保温干燥腔连通。
优选的方案中,所述烘干道1的内侧壁设有安装板,吹风箱的两侧放置在安装板上。
优选的方案中,所述除湿材料为吸水树脂或海绵。
优选的方案中,所述传送装置下方设有匀气栅格。
优选的方案中,所述保温干燥腔内设置多层通气隔板,所述通气隔板上设有除湿棉。
优选的方案中,所述传送装置的数量为多个,沿烘干道的高度方向分层设置。
优选的方案中,所述烘干道上侧以及保温干燥腔的外侧设有保温层。
优选的方案中,所述保温干燥腔的一端设有可打开的密封门。
本发明提供的一种海绵磨块的烘干系统,通过采用以上结构具有以下有益效果:
1、通过循环风机、管道以及保温干燥腔实现烘干道与加热腔中热量的循环利用,不需要排出到烘干道外部,不会造成热量损失,提高烘干效率。
2、设置的保温干燥腔中充满热气,相当于在烘干道外部形成一层保温加热层,进而提高装置的烘干效果。
3、设置的除湿箱可以除去空气中的水分,降低烘干道内的含水量,保证烘干道内的干燥度,确保烘干效果。
4、设置的匀气栅格使烘干道内的空气均匀的通过循环风机进入加热腔,保证烘干道内空气均匀的流动,保证热量分布的均匀度。
5、保温干燥腔内设置的多层除湿棉,可以对空气进行多次吸湿,进一步降低烘干道内的水分含量,提高烘干效果。

具体实施方式
实施例1:如图1中,一种海绵磨块的烘干系统,包括烘干道1,烘干道1的一端设有进料口2,另一端设有出料口3,所述烘干道1内设有将海绵磨块传送通过烘干道1的传送装置4,所述传送装置4为传送机,海绵磨块放置在传送机上的输送带上。所述传送装置4的两端分别设置在进料口2和出料口3外端,烘干道1下方设有放置加热装置5的加热腔6,加热装置5可以用加热管实现电加热,也可以采用传统的燃料进行燃烧产生热量。烘干道1的两侧设有保温干燥腔7,加热腔6和保温干燥腔7之间通过管道连通,烘干道1的底部连接循环风机8,循环风机8的出气口与加热腔6之间连接除湿箱9,所述除湿箱9中设有除湿材料,所述除湿材料为吸水树脂或海绵等高吸水性材料。传送装置4的上方设有吹风箱10,吹风箱10的两侧放置在设置在烘干道1的内侧壁的安装板16上,所述吹风箱10下端设有多个吹风孔11,吹风箱10与保温干燥腔7连通,吹风孔11阵列分布,吹风孔11将热风均匀的传输到海绵磨块的上方,实现对海绵磨块的近距离烘干。所述烘干道1上侧以及保温干燥腔7的外侧设有保温层14,保温层14材料为岩棉等保温材料。实现对烘干道1以及保温干燥腔7的保温,减少热量流失。
优选的,所述传送装置4下方设有匀气栅格12。使烘干道1内的空气均匀的通过循环风机8进入加热腔6中。
优选的,所述传送装置4的数量为多个,沿烘干道1的高度方向分层设置。可以提高烘干海绵磨块的数量,从而提高烘干效率。
实施例2:与实施例1不同的,所述保温干燥腔7内设置多层通气隔板13,通气隔板13设置有通气孔可以使空气通过,所述通气隔板13上设有除湿棉,通过设置的多层的除湿棉,实现对空气的连续干燥,从而使干燥效果更好。
保温干燥腔7的一端设有可打开的密封门15。通过密封门15的打开,可以方便的对除湿棉进行更换。

1.一种海绵磨块的烘干系统,包括烘干道(1),烘干道(1)的一端设有进料口(2),另一端设有出料口(3),其特征在于:所述烘干道(1)内设有将海绵磨块传送通过烘干道(1)的传送装置(4),所述传送装置(4)的两端分别设置在进料口(2)和出料口(3)外端,烘干道(1)下方设有放置加热装置(5)的加热腔(6),烘干道(1)的两侧设有保温干燥腔(7),加热腔(6)和保温干燥腔(7)之间通过管道连通,烘干道(1)的底部连接循环风机(8),循环风机(8)的出气口与加热腔(6)之间连接除湿箱(9),所述除湿箱(9)中设有除湿材料,传送装置(4)的上方设有吹风箱(10),所述吹风箱(10)下端设有多个吹风孔(11),吹风箱(10)与保温干燥腔(7)连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种海绵磨块的烘干系统,其特征在于:所述烘干道(1)的内侧壁设有安装板(16),吹风箱(10)的两侧放置在安装板(16)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种海绵磨块的烘干系统,其特征在于:所述除湿材料为吸水树脂或海绵。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种海绵磨块的烘干系统,其特征在于:所述传送装置(4)下方设有匀气栅格(12)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种海绵磨块的烘干系统,其特征在于:所述保温干燥腔(7)内设置多层通气隔板(13),所述通气隔板(13)上设有除湿棉。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种海绵磨块的烘干系统,其特征在于:所述传送装置(4)的数量为多个,沿烘干道(1)的高度方向分层设置。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种海绵磨块的烘干系统,其特征在于:所述烘干道(1)上侧以及保温干燥腔(7)的外侧设有保温层(14)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种海绵磨块的烘干系统,其特征在于:所述保温干燥腔(7)的一端设有可打开的密封门(15)。
