Abstract
本发明公开了一种促进伤口愈合的敷料,原料配方如下:生物活性玻璃3‑15%;烟酰胺0.5‑5%;凝血酶冻干粉0.01‑1%;甘油1‑60%;明胶1‑50%。通过上述,本发明的促进伤口愈合的敷料及其应用于功能性海绵的制备方法,将促进伤口愈合的敷料固定在功能性海绵体内,完美解决功能性海绵在较难愈合创面促愈合的医学问题,具有促进组织再生、诱导上皮再生、减少创面瘢痕等优点,可以有效止血和吸附创面渗出液体,为创面提供湿润通透环境,有利于创面修复,在不能依靠自身愈合的创面处理上,完美解决替代植皮,直接作用于创面后能达到促进较难愈合创面促愈合的效果。

技术领域
本发明属于医药产品的领域,尤其涉及一种促进伤口愈合的敷料及其应用于功能性海绵的制备方法。
背景技术
皮肤是人体的重要器官,它起着控制体温,防止感染及体液流失,免疫及传感的作用。由于创伤、擦伤、皮肤溃烂和烧伤等原因,可能导致皮肤的大范围伤害。皮肤的损伤容易造成细菌感染,体液流失并引起各种并发症。通常采用伤口敷料对伤口进行保护,防止伤口的感染和脱水,在伤口处维持有利于治疗的潮湿环境,改善治疗效果,促进伤口愈合。
通常采用功能性海绵作用于创面来愈合伤口。市面上常见功能性海绵有藻酸盐海绵、壳聚糖海绵以及复合海绵等,功能性海绵具备止血和吸收伤口渗液等功能,但在较难愈合创面上不能完美解决愈合问题。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种促进伤口愈合的敷料,固定在功能性海绵体内,完美解决功能性海绵在较难愈合创面促愈合的医学问题,具有促进组织再生、诱导上皮再生、减少创面瘢痕等优点,可以有效止血和吸附创面渗出液体,为创面提供湿润通透环境,有利于创面修复,在不能依靠自身愈合的创面处理上,完美解决替代植皮,直接作用于创面后能达到促进较难愈合创面促愈合的效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供了一种促进伤口愈合的敷料,所述促进伤口愈合的敷料的原料配方如下:
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述生物活性玻璃含有氧化钙21.5%-26.5%、二氧化硅42%-48%、氧化钠22.5%-24.5%和五氧化二磷4%-6%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述生物活性玻璃的优选粒径为10um-90um。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述甘油和明胶分别采用医用甘油和医用明胶。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供了一种促进伤口愈合的敷料应用于功能性海绵的制备方法,所述制备方法为以功能性海绵为载体材料,将生物活性玻璃、烟酰胺、凝血酶冻干粉在明胶和甘油中混匀后充入氟利昂,经过喷头均匀喷撒于功能性海绵表面,再经负压吸附干燥后,将功能性海绵裁切分装并进行灭菌工艺制备而成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述功能性海绵采用壳聚糖海绵或藻酸盐海绵。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述功能性海绵的孔隙率为85-95%,孔径5-150um。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的一种促进伤口愈合的敷料及其应用于功能性海绵的制备方法,将促进伤口愈合的敷料固定在功能性海绵体内,完美解决功能性海绵在较难愈合创面促愈合的医学问题,具有促进组织再生、诱导上皮再生、减少创面瘢痕等优点,可以有效止血和吸附创面渗出液体,为创面提供湿润通透环境,有利于创面修复,在不能依靠自身愈合的创面处理上,完美解决替代植皮,直接作用于创面后能达到促进较难愈合创面促愈合的效果。

一种促进伤口愈合的敷料,所述促进伤口愈合的敷料的原料配方如下:
上述中,所述生物活性玻璃优选为含有氧化钙21.5%-26.5%、二氧化硅42%-48%、氧化钠22.5%-24.5%和五氧化二磷4%-6%。其中,所述生物活性玻璃的优选粒径为10um-90um。
本实施例中,所述甘油和明胶分别采用医用甘油和医用明胶。
本发明还提供了一种促进伤口愈合的敷料应用于功能性海绵的制备方法,所述制备方法为以功能性海绵为载体材料,将生物活性玻璃、烟酰胺、凝血酶冻干粉在明胶和甘油中混匀后充入氟利昂,经过喷头均匀喷撒于功能性海绵表面,再经负压吸附干燥后,将功能性海绵裁切分装并进行灭菌工艺制备而成。
上述中,所述功能性海绵采用壳聚糖海绵或藻酸盐海绵。其中,所述功能性海绵的孔隙率为85-95%,孔径5-150um。
所制备而成的是一种止血、促愈合、吸附伤口渗液的功能性医用海绵,利用“含生物玻璃复合功能性海绵”技术融合核心成分:生物活性玻璃(0.1um-180um),在功能性医用海绵的基础上发明一种能够促进伤口创面愈合的功能性伤口敷料。通过利用氟利昂喷涂以及负压吸附技术,将生物活性玻璃和烟酰胺粉体调和均匀后喷涂于功能性海绵表面,再通过负压吸附,固定在功能性海绵体内,最后通过灭菌等工艺处理后直接作用于创面,完美解决功能性海绵在较难愈合创面促愈合的医学问题。
主要特点:
1、生物活性玻璃促进组织再生,与创面接触后生产类羟基磷灰石层、中和渗出,抗炎;生物玻璃特定的PH,有效中和渗液并抗炎,创造理想的愈合环境,减少继发感染;
2、诱导上皮再生:生物活性玻璃促进第4型胶原纤维蛋白和上皮生长因子的合成与份泌,主动诱导上皮细胞的增殖、分化和移行,从而有效促进创面愈合;
3、减少创面瘢痕:调节组织细胞增殖、显著缩短创面修复时间,从而减少瘢痕的产生;
4、功能性海绵可以有效止血和吸附创面渗出液体,为创面提供湿润通透环境,有利于创面修复;
5、烟酰胺是一种抗氧化,抗炎,阻止组织凋亡作用,作用于创面能促进伤口愈合。
综上所述,本发明的一种促进伤口愈合的敷料及其应用于功能性海绵的制备方法,将促进伤口愈合的敷料固定在功能性海绵体内,完美解决功能性海绵在较难愈合创面促愈合的医学问题,具有促进组织再生、诱导上皮再生、减少创面瘢痕等优点,可以有效止血和吸附创面渗出液体,为创面提供湿润通透环境,有利于创面修复,在不能依靠自身愈合的创面处理上,完美解决替代植皮,直接作用于创面后能达到促进较难愈合创面促愈合的效果。

2.根据权利要求1所述的促进伤口愈合的敷料,其特征在于,所述生物活性玻璃含有氧化钙22.5%±3.5%、二氧化硅46%±5.5%、氧化钠24.5%±3.5%和五氧化二磷6%±3.5%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的促进伤口愈合的敷料,其特征在于,所述生物活性玻璃的粒径为0.1um-180um。
4.根据权利要求1所述的促进伤口愈合的敷料,其特征在于,所述甘油和明胶分别采用医用甘油和医用明胶。
5.根据权利要求1-4之一所述的促进伤口愈合的敷料应用于功能性海绵的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法为以功能性海绵为载体材料,将生物活性玻璃、烟酰胺、凝血酶冻干粉在明胶和甘油中混匀后充入氟利昂,经过喷头均匀喷撒于功能性海绵表面,再经负压吸附干燥后,将功能性海绵裁切分装并进行灭菌工艺制备而成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的促进伤口愈合的敷料应用于功能性海绵的制备方法,其特征在于,所述功能性海绵采用壳聚糖海绵或藻酸盐海绵。
7.根据权利要求6所述的促进伤口愈合的敷料应用于功能性海绵的制备方法,其特征在于,所述功能性海绵的孔隙率为80-99%,孔径0.1-300um。
