本发明涉及一种尼龙搭扣。
背景技术
目前使用的尼龙搭扣是由尼龙钩带和尼龙绒带两部分组成的联接用带织物。钩带和绒带复合起来略加轻压，就能产生较大的扣合力和撕揭力。目前使用的尼龙搭扣的钩带是0.25毫米直径的锦纶丝按1.5×1.5毫米的株行距植于并固定在基布上，其锦纶丝钩呈“7”字形短小钩，其钩长为0.5-0.75毫米；目前使用的尼龙搭扣绒带是锦纶复丝成圈经热定形、涂胶处理固定在其基布上的柔软略带疏散性的圈状结构，但该绒面容易损坏，绒丝圈容易被钩拉断拉抽丝，使搭扣不牢，易开扣，因而目前使用的尼龙搭扣不耐用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是，提供一种不易损坏只有钩带的尼龙搭扣。
本发明采取的技术方案是：一种尼龙搭扣，它包括钩带，其构造特征是，在基布上植入并固定上“6”字形锦纶丝钩，其“6”字形锦纶丝钩的钩为半圆形，其半圆形钩的直径等于该锦纶丝钩植在基布上的株距和行距；该种尼龙搭扣只有钩带，没有绒带，该种尼龙搭扣是把上下两个钩带面的钩向互相垂直90°角分别安装在需要扣合的两个物件上。
采用以上技术方案制造出来的该种尼龙搭扣，在使用时，因上下两个钩带面的钩向互相垂直90°角分别安装固定在需要扣合的两个物件上，只要轻压上下两个钩带，两个钩带便扣合在一起。因在基布上植入并固定上“6”字形锦纶丝钩，所以锦纶丝钩在基布上坚固，不易脱落；因其“6”字形锦纶丝钩的钩为半圆形，半圆形钩的直径等于该锦纶丝钩植在基布上的株距和行距，所以上下钩带的每行前后钩之间都形成弹性闭合，所以该种尼龙搭扣扣合后，扣合牢固，不易退出。若需要打开该尼龙搭扣，只要从一头用力揭开就行了。因为该锦纶丝钩是呈半圆形弯钩，揭开时半圆形弯钩会弹性形变，所以揭开容易不会断，所以经久耐用。
