Abstract
本发明属一种鲜花汁制作的健康饮料属食品及生物技术领域,主要内容为利用鲜花汁液作为主要原材料,经过一定配方工艺制备而成的饮料,其中每100毫升饮料中包含的原始鲜花重量为3~10克,其中鲜花的植物品类为秋葵属的多个种及其变种,包括黄蜀葵及其相关变种,含俗称的金花葵,咖啡黄葵(俗称黄秋葵)及其相关变种等,饮料中其他配料的选择国家政策许可的食品添加剂和使用量,不用香精类添加剂,保持特有的原味,除了酸碱度调整不与鲜花汁发生明确的化学反应。

本发明属食品及生物技术领域,具体为一种鲜花汁制作的健康饮料。
背景技术
秋葵是锦葵科植物的一个属,含有多个种,其中咖啡黄葵(俗称黄秋葵)和黄蜀葵是平时最为常见的两个种,其中俗称金花葵和黄秋葵两种植物被用来当做健康食品,黄秋葵主要被作为食材的是其幼果,其叶、芽、花也富含蛋白质、维生素及矿物盐,是一种新世纪理想的营养保健蔬菜。
金花葵,又名:菜芙蓉、野芙蓉,也称救心草,属于黄蜀葵的一个变种,有的地区别名叫黏干或山榆皮,具与很高的食用、药用、保健功能,因此有较高的开发价值。
金花葵的最大特点是连续花期很长,最具开发价值的也是其鲜花,大约在7~9月,肥水条件好的10月上中旬也开花;但是单花的花期却又很短,当天早上开花,午前开始变色萎蔫,下午凋谢。每株开花 30~60朵,甚至百朵,花冠直径5~15cm,最大可达24cm以上。金花葵盛花期,不仅仅是金花葵花的收获期,也是一道亮丽的田园风景。
金花葵的最大价值在于它的花里含有很高的黄酮类物质,总黄酮在3~5%,也正因如此,很多人用金花葵的花做成各种茶饮。
虽然近四、五年,涉足金花葵的企业很多,特别是种植企业;但是真正进行深开发的企业却不多,多数只是粗加工;以金花葵作为饮料原料的尚未发现。
金花葵饮料的开发基础:本公司成立于2014年,专业从事金花葵的种植和开发,具有自主种植基地400亩左右,已经开发出金花葵干花、金花葵种子和茎秆的多种下游产品,金花葵饮料是本项发明的一部分。
发明内容
1、本发明一种鲜花汁制作的健康饮料是利用鲜花汁液作为主要原材料,经过一定配方工艺制备而成的饮料,其中每100毫升饮料中包含的原始鲜花重量为3~10克,其鲜花的植物品类为秋葵属(拉丁名Abelmoschus)的多个种及其变种,包括黄蜀葵(Abelmoschusmanihot(Linn.)Medicus)及其相关变种,含俗称的金花葵,咖啡黄葵(Abelmoschusesculentus(Linn.)Moench)及其相关变种等。
2、本发明一种鲜花汁制作的健康饮料成品饮料中所含的鲜花汁液应包括用鲜花直接压榨的汁液及其稀释液、鲜花经冷冻后提取的汁液及其稀释液,压榨后经浓缩的鲜花汁液及其稀释液。
3、一种鲜花汁制作的健康饮料制成成品饮料的工艺不应包含化学过程,以保障鲜花中对人体健康有益的活性成分的稳定。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例:1、原料检测:要求原料鲜花为绽放前至绽放后四个小时之内的鲜花,不能有变成紫红色或采收后发生高温发酵。
2、配料:不同包装的饮料,每100毫升饮料中含有3~10克鲜花的提取液。
3、其他配料选择国家政策许可的食品添加剂和使用量,不用香精类添加剂,保持特有的原味,除了酸碱度调整不与鲜花汁发生明确的化学作用。
4、灭菌:105℃灭菌20分钟。

1.一种鲜花汁制作的健康饮料,包括利用鲜花汁液作为主要原材料,经过一定配方工艺制备而成的饮料,其特征在于:每100毫升饮料中包含的原始鲜花重量为3~10克。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鲜花汁制作的健康饮料,其特征在于:所述鲜花的植物品类为秋葵属(拉丁名Abelmoschus)的多个种及其变种,包括黄蜀葵(Abelmoschus manihot(Linn.)Medicus)及其相关变种,含俗称的金花葵,咖啡黄葵(Abelmoschus esculentus(Linn.)Moench)及其相关变种等。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种鲜花汁制作的健康饮料,其特征在于:所述的配方工艺,成品饮料中所含的鲜花汁液应包括用鲜花直接压榨的汁液及其稀释液、鲜花经冷冻后提取的汁液及其稀释液,压榨后经浓缩的鲜花汁液及其稀释液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种鲜花汁制作的健康饮料,其特征在于:所述制成成品饮料的工艺除了酸碱度调整,没有明确的化学过程,以保障鲜花中对人体健康有益的活性成分的稳定。
