Abstract
本发明涉及一种高耐油、抗压变纺纱胶圈的生产配方,包括内层橡胶复合材料层、外层橡胶复合材料层和中间骨架层;所述内层橡胶复合材料层和外层橡胶复合材料层的原料组分按重量份数计包括:羧基丁腈橡胶,60~80份;聚甲醛树脂,10~30份;乙烯醋酸乙酯预交联橡胶,20~40份;耐磨剂改性石墨烯,1.5~3份;促进剂,1.5~3份;过氧化锌,5~10份;钛白粉,5~8份;硬酯酸,1份;防老剂,1~2份;抗静电增塑剂,8~15份;补强剂,4~12份;硫化剂,3~7份。采用本发明的生产配方制成的纺纱胶圈可应用在纺纤维素纤维、赛络纺、大牵伸、无纺纱动程(小于4毫米)纺纱运转条件下,高耐油、抗压缩变形,使用寿命长。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纺织机械设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种适合用纤维素纤维在赛络纺、大牵伸、无纺纱动程(小于4毫米)高速运转条件下的高耐油、抗压变纺纱胶圈的生产配方。
背景技术
纺纱胶圈是纺织机械细纱机牵伸装置中的重要牵伸元件之一,在纺纱过程中,须条在上、下胶圈牵伸运行,它的作用控制纤维伸长,有效地控制纤维运动,控制浮游区,改善成纱条干质量。纺纱胶圈在纺纱过程中由于纤维素纤维中含有大量的纺丝油剂,加之纺纱工艺要求无导纱动程(小于4毫米),胶圈长时间在超大牵伸倍数、重加压下高速运转,加上纺丝油剂等各种因素的影响,造成胶料耐油性、抗压变性下降,造成胶圈表面溶胀、耐磨性差、中凹,从而导致纺纱质量下降,胶圈使用寿命缩短。已有的纺纱胶圈配方,所使用的原料100份100丁腈橡胶、60~100聚氯乙烯、3~5份硫黄、1~3份促进剂DM、5~10份氧化锌、5~10份钛白粉、1~3份防老剂、0~20份白炭黑,但胶圈在纺纤维素纤维、赛络纺、大牵伸、无纺纱动程(小于4毫米)运转条件下耐油、耐磨性差,易中凹,使用寿命短影响纺纱质量。因此寻找ー种能适合应用纤维素纤维在赛络纺、大牵伸、无纺纱动程(小于4毫米)高速运转条件下又能高耐油、抗压变纺、耐磨性能的橡胶及橡胶改性势在必行。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明公开了高耐油、抗压变纺纱胶圈的生产配方。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种高耐油、抗压变纺纱胶圈的生产配方,所述纺纱胶圈包括内层橡胶复合材料层、外层橡胶复合材料层和中间骨架层;所述内层橡胶复合材料层和外层橡胶复合材料层的原料组分按重量份数计包括:羧基丁腈橡胶,60~80份;聚甲醛树脂树脂,10~30份;乙烯醋酸乙酯预交联橡胶,20~40份;耐磨剂,1.5~3份;促进剂,1.5~3份;过氧化锌,5~10份;钛白粉,5~8份;硬酯酸,1份;防老剂,1~2份;抗静电增塑剂,8~15份;补强剂,4~12份;硫化剂,3~7份。
进一步的:所述羧基丁腈橡胶中的丙烯腈单元的重量百分含量为26.5%,羧基丁腈橡胶的生胶门尼粘度(ML100℃1+4)为38,羧基丁腈橡胶中的羧基含量为7%。
进一步的:所述聚甲醛树脂树脂的熔点为160~180℃。
进一步的:所述乙烯醋酸乙酯预交联橡胶中的醋酸乙烯酯含量为70%,乙烯醋酸乙酯橡胶的生胶门尼粘度(ML100℃1+4)为60。
进一步的:所述防老剂为DTPD,也即N,N'-二甲苯基对苯二胺。
进一步的:所述抗静电增塑剂为二苄乙醚。
进一步的:所述补强剂为甲基丙烯酸酯、丁二烯和苯乙烯的混合物。
进一步的:所述耐磨剂为改性石墨烯。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明将羧基丁腈橡胶、乙烯醋酸乙酯橡胶、聚甲醛树脂三元共混改性,改进了现有丁腈橡胶配方在纺纤维素纤维、赛络纺、大牵伸、无纺纱动程(小于4毫米)运转条件下不耐油、易变形的现状,通过三共混改性橡胶为主体材料,提高了胶圈的抗压变、耐油、耐磨性等性能,胶圈在在纺纤维素纤维、赛络纺、大牵伸、无纺纱动程(小于4毫米)运转条件下的耐油性提高了2倍以上,从而大大延长了纺纱胶圈的使用寿命。
本发明通过将橡胶复合材料层中间加入芳纶棉包芯线骨架层,直接硫化结合,纺纱胶圈强力提高,有效保障在使用周期中的质量稳定性,胶圈无保养周期,减少人工开支。
本发明的纺纱胶圈特别适合于纺纤维素纤维、赛络纺、大牵伸、无纺纱动程(小于4毫米)纺纱工艺,适用于纺涤纶、化纤等,可有效提高纺纱纱条质量。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1~实施例3按照表1所示的重量份数配比称取原料,然后采用密闭式炼胶机进行热塑炼、密闭式炼胶机进行混炼,制成橡胶产品。

实施例1~实施例3中获得的橡胶产品按照标准《GB/T528-2009》、《GB/T531.1-2008》、《GB/T1689-1998》、《GB/T3512-2001》检测标准进行检测试验,结果如表2所示:

然后将上述实施例1~实施例3中获得的橡胶产品加工成纺纱胶圈,根据标准《FZ/T93050-1998》检测标准进行检测试验,检测结果如表3所示:

结果分析:从表2和表3中的实验数据可以得出,本发明的配方技术指标完全符合产品上机所需的性能,同时极好解决了纺纱胶圈在纺纤维素纤维、赛络纺、大牵伸、无纺纱动程(小于4毫米)运转条件下耐油、耐磨性差,易中凹的问题,耐磨性提高了1.6~2.2倍,经纺纱模拟机测试使用寿命提高了1.8-2.2倍。
本发明提出的将将羧基丁腈橡胶、聚甲醛树脂、乙烯醋酸乙酯橡胶三元共混改性为主体材料的一种纺纱橡胶胶圈配方,以上已进行了详细描述,相关技术人员在不脱离本发明内容、精神和范围的情况下,对本发明中所描述的配方进行改动或适当变更与组合,仍然应视为包括在本发明精神、范围和内容中。

1.一种高耐油、抗压变纺纱胶圈的生产配方,所述纺纱胶圈包括内层橡胶复合材料层、外层橡胶复合材料层和中间骨架层;其特征在于:所述内层橡胶复合材料层和外层橡胶复合材料层的原料组分按重量份数计包括:羧基丁腈橡胶,60~80份;聚甲醛树脂,10~30份;乙烯醋酸乙酯预交联橡胶,20~40份;耐磨剂,1.5~3份;促进剂,1.5~3份;过氧化锌,5~10份;钛白粉,5~8份;硬酯酸,1份;防老剂,1~2份;抗静电增塑剂,8~15份;补强剂,4~12份;硫化剂,3~7份。
2.如权利要求1所述的高耐油、抗压变纺纱胶圈的生产配方,其特征在于:所述羧基丁腈橡胶中的丙烯腈单元的重量百分含量为26.5%,羧基丁腈橡胶的生胶门尼粘度(ML100℃1+4)为38,羧基丁腈橡胶中的羧基含量为7%。
3.如权利要求1所述的高耐油抗压变纺纱胶圈,其特征在于:其特征在于:所述聚甲醛树脂的熔点为160~180℃。
4.如权利要求1所述的高耐油、抗压变纺纱胶圈的生产配方,其特征在于:所述乙烯醋酸乙酯预交联橡胶中的醋酸乙烯酯含量为70%,乙烯醋酸乙酯橡胶的生胶门尼粘度(ML100℃1+4)为60。
5.如权利要求1所述的高耐油、抗压变纺纱胶圈的生产配方,其特征在于:所述防老剂为DTPD。
6.如权利要求1所述的高耐油、抗压变纺纱胶圈的生产配方,其特征在于:所述抗静电增塑剂为二苄乙醚。
7.如权利要求1所述的高耐油、抗压变纺纱胶圈的生产配方,其特征在于:所述补强剂为甲基丙烯酸酯、丁二烯和苯乙烯的混合物。
8.如权利要求1所述的高耐油、抗压变纺纱胶圈的生产配方,其特征在于:所述耐磨剂为改性石墨烯。
