本发明是一种五金表面喷涂工艺,属于喷涂工艺领域。
背景技术
目前,现有的五金件生产工艺基本上包括:冲压成型、清洗、上色等三个大环节。随着市场需求的差异化和越来越激烈的竞争,对高质量五金件的需求越来越大,而表面处理质量作为一项最直观性能,直接左右着客户对产品的态度。现有技术中的喷涂工艺会使得五金表面产生一些小缺陷。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种五金表面喷涂工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种五金表面喷涂工艺,包括以下步骤:
洗素材:将需要清洗的金属放置在机器中,使用超声波除蜡,然后取出放置在清洗机器中,使用油污清洗液清洗,除尘;
喷防腐蚀漆:将除尘后的金属,放置在喷涂机器中,使用喷涂机器先喷涂底漆,然后喷涂表面漆,然后喷涂防腐蚀漆;
紫外线固化,将五金工件置于35℃的温度条件下使用UV灯烘烤10-15min,低温烘烤后在无尘条件下自然冷却。
进一步地,油污清洗液由以下重量份的清洗原料构成:十二烷基苯磺酸15-23重量份、硅酸钠5-8重量份、柠檬酸钠3-5重量份、表面活性剂1-2重量份、氟化钠6-7重量份。
进一步地,将发酵清液经过离子树脂交换,再用氢氧化钠溶液洗脱吸附的柠檬酸,所得钠盐溶液经浓缩结晶,获得清洗原料中的柠檬酸钠。
进一步地,将石英砂和纯碱按一定比例混合后在反射炉中加热到1400℃左右,生成清洗原料中的硅酸钠。
进一步地,防腐蚀漆由以下重量份的防腐蚀原料构成:氨基树脂25-28重量份、乙胺3-5重量份、硼酸1-2重量份、助溶剂3-4重量份、焦磷酸钠2-4重量份、硫酸铝3-5重量份、去离子水5-8重量份。
进一步地,将硼砂溶解成相对密度30~32°Bé的溶液,滤去杂质,然后放入酸解罐,于90℃时加入当量硫酸,使溶液在Ph2~3时进行反应,反应完成液经冷却、结晶、分离、干燥后制得防腐蚀原料中的硼酸。
进一步地,将从酸性溶液中结晶生成的水合硫酸铝晶体缓慢加热,使其逐步脱水,最后将温度升高到350℃,则完全脱水成为原料中的硫酸铝。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种五金表面喷涂工艺,可以避免一些在喷涂过程中造成的砂孔、划伤现象,可以显著延长金属表面漆的使用寿命,而且喷涂工艺简单、高效、经济、环保。

本发明提供一种技术方案:一种五金表面喷涂工艺,包括以下步骤:
洗素材:将需要清洗的金属放置在机器中,使用超声波除蜡,然后取出放置在清洗机器中,使用油污清洗液清洗,除尘;
喷防腐蚀漆:将除尘后的金属,放置在喷涂机器中,使用喷涂机器先喷涂底漆,然后喷涂表面漆,然后喷涂防腐蚀漆;
紫外线固化,将五金工件置于35℃的温度条件下使用UV灯烘烤10-15min,低温烘烤后在无尘条件下自然冷却。
进一步地,油污清洗液由以下重量份的清洗原料构成:十二烷基苯磺酸15-23重量份、硅酸钠5-8重量份、柠檬酸钠3-5重量份、表面活性剂1-2重量份、氟化钠6-7重量份。

洗素材:将需要清洗的金属放置在机器中,使用超声波除蜡,然后取出放置在清洗机器中,使用油污清洗液清洗,除尘;
喷防腐蚀漆:将除尘后的金属,放置在喷涂机器中,使用喷涂机器先喷涂底漆,然后喷涂表面漆,然后喷涂防腐蚀漆;
紫外线固化,将五金工件置于35℃的温度条件下使用UV灯烘烤10-15min,低温烘烤后在无尘条件下自然冷却。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种五金表面喷涂工艺,其特征在于:油污清洗液由以下重量份的清洗原料构成:十二烷基苯磺酸15-23重量份、硅酸钠5-8重量份、柠檬酸钠3-5重量份、表面活性剂1-2重量份、氟化钠6-7重量份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种五金表面喷涂工艺,其特征在于:将发酵清液经过离子树脂交换,再用氢氧化钠溶液洗脱吸附的柠檬酸,所得钠盐溶液经浓缩结晶,获得清洗原料中的柠檬酸钠。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种五金表面喷涂工艺,其特征在于:将石英砂和纯碱按一定比例混合后在反射炉中加热到1400℃左右,生成清洗原料中的硅酸钠。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种五金表面喷涂工艺,其特征在于:防腐蚀漆由以下重量份的防腐蚀原料构成:氨基树脂25-28重量份、乙胺3-5重量份、硼酸1-2重量份、助溶剂3-4重量份、焦磷酸钠2-4重量份、硫酸铝3-5重量份、去离子水5-8重量份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种五金表面喷涂工艺,其特征在于:将硼砂溶解成相对密度30~32°Bé的溶液,滤去杂质,然后放入酸解罐,于90℃时加入当量硫酸,使溶液在Ph2~3时进行反应,反应完成液经冷却、结晶、分离、干燥后制得防腐蚀原料中的硼酸。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种五金表面喷涂工艺,其特征在于:将从酸性溶液中结晶生成的水合硫酸铝晶体缓慢加热,使其逐步脱水,最后将温度升高到350℃,则完全脱水成为原料中的硫酸铝。
