本发明公开了一种喷吹式钝化液混合装置,包括外箱、内筒和二次管,内筒固定连接在外箱内且其下端从外箱下端伸出,内筒上端固定连接有排气板,排气板中心处通过铰链连接有盖门,排气板上除盖门以外部分钻设有若干排气孔,排气板下端通过若干固定条连接有锥状的引流板,引流板下端固定连接有伞状的导流板;所述外箱上端固定连接有引入内筒的二次管,外箱左侧壁固定连接有喷吹管,喷吹管右端引入内筒内,喷吹管上端在内筒中心处固定连接有文氏管,喷吹管内还设有螺旋状的电热丝,本发明结构简单,维修保养简单方便,生产成本低,使用方便,混合效果好,效率高,除连续性较差外,较现有液体混合机具有明显优势。

本发明涉及一种混合装置,具体是一种喷吹式钝化液混合装置。
背景技术
混合是现代工业不可缺少的生产工艺,随着中国工业的不断发展,混合系统及混合设备的发展将越来越强大。混合覆盖着整个工业领域,如化工、食品、建材、药品、化肥,我们每天每时使用的产品在生产中至少有一步混合工艺,目前混合主要针对的有粉体混合和液体混合两种,而混合方式则比较单一,一种为利用搅拌臂搅动原料进行强制性混合,此也是对液体进行混合的主流方式,如常用的连续式混合机,同粉体混合不同,搅拌臂混合对液体的混合效果较好,但是其搅拌臂数量众多,同时为保证足够的搅拌行程,其长度较长,这也使得其造价较高昂。此外,在钝化液的生产过程中,混合过程中各组分需要充分混合络合,现有的搅拌式混合装置无法满足钝化液的生产要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种喷吹式钝化液混合装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种喷吹式钝化液混合装置,包括外箱、内筒和二次管,所述内筒为侧壁半圆状鼓包、下部漏斗状且上下端开口的圆筒结构,内筒固定连接在外箱内且其下端从外箱下端伸出,内筒下端固定连接有出料阀,内筒上端固定连接有排气板,所述排气板中心处通过铰链连接有盖门,排气板上除盖门以外部分钻设有若干排气孔,排气板下端通过若干固定条连接有锥状的引流板,引流板下端固定连接有伞状的导流板,导流板位于内筒内中上部位置;所述外箱上端固定连接有引入内筒的二次管,二次管上端固定连接有液斗,外箱左侧壁固定连接有喷吹管,喷吹管右端引入内筒内下部漏斗部分,喷吹管上端在内筒中心处开有开口,开口处固定连接有文氏管,喷吹管内在外箱内部分还设有螺旋状的电热丝。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述二次管上设有阀门。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述文氏管的上端面高度低于内筒半圆状鼓包的下端面高度。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述导流板高度低于内筒半圆状鼓包的上端面高度。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,无复杂的传动转动结构,维修保养简单方便,生产成本低;使用方便,外接供气设备即可运行,通过气体推动内部液体产生扰流,同时配合电热丝对耐热原料加热使得冷热分层强化扰流效果,使液体得到快速混合,混合效果好,效率高,除连续性较差外,较现有液体混合机具有明显优势。

下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
请参阅图1,一种喷吹式钝化液混合装置,包括外箱1、内筒2和二次管3,所述内筒2为侧壁半圆状鼓包、下部漏斗状且上下端开口的圆筒结构,内筒2固定连接在外箱1内且其下端从外箱1下端伸出,内筒2下端固定连接有出料阀13,内筒2上端固定连接有排气板4,所述排气板4中心处通过铰链连接有盖门5,排气板4上除盖门5以外部分钻设有若干排气孔6,排气板4下端通过若干固定条连接有锥状的引流板7,引流板7下端固定连接有伞状的导流板8,导流板8位于内筒2内中上部位置,加料时开启盖门5从开口处添加原料,液体原料经过引流板7流入内筒2内;所述外箱1上端固定连接有引入内筒2的二次管3,二次管3上端固定连接有液斗9,二次管3上设有阀门,二次管3在原料漏加时可方便进行二次添加,外箱1左侧壁固定连接有喷吹管10,喷吹管10右端引入内筒2内下部漏斗部分,喷吹管10上端在内筒2中心处开有开口,开口处固定连接有文氏管11,文氏管11的上端面高度低于内筒2半圆状鼓包的下端面高度,导流板8高度低于内筒2半圆状鼓包的上端面高度,喷吹管10左侧与储气罐等出气储气设备连接,为内筒2内部鼓吹高压气体,气体经文氏管11喷入内筒2中心处,喷出的气体带动混合液体上行并经过导流板8导流和内筒2的半圆鼓包回流并如此往复循环,使液体原料在混流过程中完成混合,同时文氏管11在高压气体通过时还可从四周吸取一定量的混合液一同喷出,通过冲击混合使喷出的液体与文氏管11上方液体能混合完全,不仅提升了混合效果,同时还避免了内筒2底部液体因无气体冲击而影响了混合效果,喷吹管10内在外箱1内部分还设有螺旋状的电热丝12,若混合液体原料为耐热液体,可通过电热丝12对进气进行加热,使得部分液体得到升温,通过冷热液体的对流现象加强混合效果和效率。

1.一种喷吹式钝化液混合装置,包括外箱(1)、内筒(2)和二次管(3),其特征在于,所述内筒(2)为侧壁半圆状鼓包、下部漏斗状且上下端开口的圆筒结构,内筒(2)固定连接在外箱(1)内且其下端从外箱(1)下端伸出,内筒(2)下端固定连接有出料阀(13),内筒(2)上端固定连接有排气板(4),所述排气板(4)中心处通过铰链连接有盖门(5),排气板(4)上除盖门(5)以外部分钻设有若干排气孔(6),排气板(4)下端通过若干固定条连接有锥状的引流板(7),引流板(7)下端固定连接有伞状的导流板(8),导流板(8)位于内筒(2)内中上部位置;所述外箱(1)上端固定连接有引入内筒(2)的二次管(3),二次管(3)上端固定连接有液斗(9),外箱(1)左侧壁固定连接有喷吹管(10),喷吹管(10)右端引入内筒(2)内下部漏斗部分,喷吹管(10)上端在内筒(2)中心处开有开口,开口处固定连接有文氏管(11),喷吹管(10)内在外箱(1)内部分还设有螺旋状的电热丝(12);
所述文氏管(11)的上端面高度低于内筒(2)半圆状鼓包的下端面高度;
所述导流板(8)最高点高度低于内筒(2)半圆状鼓包的上端面高度。
