现在参考图11,其中示出了鞋内底180的第一层170。第一层170包括皮革层22,绒面层8以及设置在绒面层8上的透气孔21。皮革层22可以包括稍硬的皮革,例如山羊皮。皮革层22的边缘可以被磨薄,以便产生从皮革层到绒面层8的更平滑的过渡,同时在脚的底部和鞋内底之间提供足够的抓握。透气孔21位于绒面层8上,以与缓冲三层圆形结构26对齐,以支撑使用者脚部的第一和第二跖骨。当使用者施加压力在鞋内底180上时,透气孔21允许设置在其下方的缓冲三层结构26更大的膨胀。
现在参考图12,其中示出了鞋内底180的第二层160。在一种实施方式中,第二层160包括具有调整的三点支撑系统的缓冲层17,三点支撑系统包括:布置在脚趾结束的位置与跖骨开始的位置之间(但是在图5所示的实施方式的基础上横向缩短到仅覆盖从第一脚趾到第三脚趾的区域)的调整的趾嵴部24,足弓支撑部10以及U形足跟支撑部11。该趾嵴部24、足弓支撑部10以及足跟支撑部11中的一个或多个可由EVA(乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯)材料形成。第二层160的三点支撑系统的每个部件的形状和厚度可以是符合人体工程学设计的。趾嵴部24可以在中间较厚并且在边缘周围磨薄,形成供趾嵴支撑的自然斜面,同时脚趾和跖骨球可以自然地安放;足弓支撑部10可以在外弓处最高(大约2cm)并且朝向中间逐渐向下倾斜;U形足跟支撑部11可朝向足跟的后部最高(约1cm)并且朝向内足跟向下倾斜,从而形成用于足跟在其中安放并在行走期间保持稳定的自然杯。切口23的尺寸和形状与第三层150的缓冲三层圆形结构26的尺寸和形状基本相同,并且设置成通过其接收缓冲三层圆形结构26。切口23允许缓冲三层圆形结构26更大的膨胀,并促进位于鞋底夹层上的缓冲支撑结构155的平衡。
图13示出了第三层150的缓冲支撑结构155。缓冲支撑结构155设计成专门支撑跖骨球。在高跟鞋构造中,这恰恰是用户施加过大压力的地方。由缓冲支撑结构155提供的额外缓冲减轻了这种压力。该缓冲支撑结构155包括三层圆形结构26,单层圆形结构25以及单层平衡结构27。单层平衡结构27具有两个圆形缓冲结构以及“桥式”连接片,该单层平衡结构27位于鞋底夹层28的顶部并用作稳定器。该单层平衡结构27的左侧圆形缓冲结构支撑并稳定使用者脚的第一和第二跖骨。该单层平衡结构27的右侧圆形缓冲结构支撑并稳定使用者脚的第三和第四跖骨。三层圆形结构26位于单层平衡结构27的左侧圆形结构的顶部,并且贯穿缓冲层17的切口23装配。单层圆形结构25位于单层平衡结构27的右侧圆形结构的顶部,并位于缓冲层17的下方。三层圆形结构26、单层圆形结构25以及单层平衡结构27中的一个或多个可由EVA材料(乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯)形成。每层的厚度约为2mm。缓冲支撑结构155联合缓冲层17的三点支撑系统一起减少脚前部的冲击,允许体重在整个鞋中均匀分布,并通过将脚保持在适当的位置以防止脚在鞋内向前滑动。应当理解,虽然本文将缓冲支撑结构155描述为包括三层圆形结构26,单层圆形结构25以及单层平衡结构27,但是缓冲支撑结构155的这些组件结构并非旨在限制,而是可以包括任何数量的层以向使用者提供平衡和支持。

Claims (18)

其中,所述弹性皮革外层和弹性皮革衬里层均由具有层状的弹性织物的天然皮革形成,该弹性织物具有30%的拉伸百分比。
2.根据权利要求1所述的舒适的时装鞋,其特征在于,所述带状结构布层形成有带状孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的舒适的时装鞋,其特征在于,所述时装鞋是高跟时装鞋。
4.根据权利要求1所述的舒适的时装鞋,其特征在于,该时装鞋还包括:
具有多层结构的鞋内底。
5.根据权利要求4所述的舒适的时装鞋,其特征在于,所述多层结构包括:
皮革层;
绒面层;以及
缓冲层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的舒适的时装鞋,其特征在于,所述缓冲层包括:
多点支撑系统。
7.根据权利要求6所述的舒适的时装鞋,其特征在于,所述多点支撑系统包括:
趾嵴部;
足弓支撑部;以及
足跟支撑部。
8.根据权利要求7所述的舒适的时装鞋,其特征在于,所述趾嵴部,足弓支撑部以及足跟支撑部中的至少一个由乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯材料形成。
9.根据权利要求5所述的舒适的时装鞋,其特征在于,该时装鞋还包括:
缓冲支撑结构。
10.根据权利要求9所述的舒适的时装鞋,其特征在于,所述鞋内底至少部分地设置在所述缓冲支撑结构的顶部。
11.根据权利要求10所述的舒适的时装鞋,其特征在于,所述缓冲支撑结构设置在鞋底夹层的顶部。
12.根据权利要求9所述的舒适的时装鞋,其特征在于,所述绒面层包括:
与位于绒面层下方的缓冲支撑结构的一部分对齐的透气孔。
13.根据权利要求9所述的舒适的时装鞋,其特征在于,所述缓冲层包括:
设置成接收至少一部分所述缓冲支撑结构的切口。
14.根据权利要求9所述的舒适的时装鞋,其特征在于,所述缓冲支撑结构包括:
缓冲平衡结构;以及
缓冲圆形结构,所述缓冲圆形结构具有至少一层,并位于所述缓冲平衡结构的顶部。
15.根据权利要求14所述的舒适的时装鞋,其特征在于,所述缓冲平衡结构和所述缓冲圆形结构提供跖骨支撑。
16.根据权利要求14所述的舒适的时装鞋,其特征在于,所述缓冲圆形结构包括:
具有至少一层的左侧圆形结构;以及
具有至少一层的右侧圆形结构。
17.根据权利要求1所述的舒适的时装鞋,其特征在于,该时装鞋还包括:
混合材料的外底。
18.根据权利要求17所述的舒适的时装鞋,其特征在于,所述外底包括:
皮革外底部分;以及
橡胶外底部分。
