大多数液体循环HVAC系统要求截流/隔离阀才能够执行维修,并且要求止回阀来确保恰当的操作。流体测量装置被永久地或临时地安装,以核实系统流速。当这些流量测量装置被永久地安装在液体循环HVAC系统中时,这些流量测量装置会占用额外的空间并且会增加系统水头损失。根据所使用的流量测量装置的类型,可能要求较大的额外管长。当采用非永久性的流速测量方式时,该方式会要求大量的劳力,根据所使用的技术的类型,呈现出不同程度的准确度、数据可移植性和流体泄漏可能性。止回阀和隔离/截流阀也会占用空间,并且会增加系统水头损失。
发明内容

隔离阀、止回阀与用于流速、压力和/或温度测量的嵌入式传感器的新组合提供了一种更紧凑的产品封壳,其实现了空间节省,例如,通过在HVAC系统中消除对单独的组件的需要,诸如单独的隔离阀、止回阀、流量计、压力表和/或温度计。
当充当正压截流隔离阀时,组合阀会阻止在任何方向上的流体流动,使得可以对泵或系统执行维修。优化的波状外形的隔离阀盘使隔离特征在完全打开时对总组合阀压降的影响最小。当充当止回阀时,组合阀会阻止回流和重力循环,当重力循环发生时,重力循环对于泵或系统操作是有害的。
流量测量可通过可能与压力和/或温度测量组合使用的嵌入式电磁、机电或机械流量测量装置来进行。
经由法兰连接来实现流体可配置性,该法兰连接将阀门的上游入口半部与下游出口半部接合在一起。法兰按照如下方式被定向:当将阀体入口和出口接合在一起时,阀体入口和出口以直线的(180°)配置对齐,在该配置中,入口和出口共用公共轴线。入口阀体和出口阀体也可由用户配置,使得阀门的出口与入口垂直(90°)。中间的角度配置也是可能的。

在操作中,阀体入口20和阀体出口40可按照以下定向中的一种定向来安装(例如,在现场由现场技术人员安装):
1)相对于阀体入口20的管部轴线A和阀体出口40的对应管轴线A'成直线的180°定向,阀体入口20的管部轴线A和阀体出口40的对应管轴线A'彼此基本平行,例如,如图1A至图1D以及图4A中所示;或者
2)相对于阀体入口20的管部轴线A和阀体出口40的对应管轴线A'成带角度的90°定向,阀体入口20的管部轴线A和阀体出口40的对应管轴线A'彼此基本垂直,例如,如图2A至图2D以及图4B中所示;或者
3)相对于阀体入口20的管部轴线A和阀体出口40的对应管轴线A'成介于90°与180°之间的中间带角度的定向,阀体入口20的管部轴线A和阀体出口40的对应管轴线A'彼此成介于90°与180°之间的倾斜角度,例如,如图3A至图3C以及图4C中所示。

图2A至图2D示出了阀体入口20和阀体出口40以垂直或90°的定向联接在一起的组合阀10。图2B示出了具有设置在一个轴线上的压力传感器P、流体测量装置F和温度传感器T以及沿着垂直轴线设置的止回阀CV和隔离截流阀IV的组合阀10。

止回阀、隔离阀、压力、温度和流量传感器

Claims (6)
1.一种组合阀,具有一个或多个嵌入式测量传感器、止回阀和隔离阀,所述组合阀包括:
a)阀体入口,具有:
管部,具有入口部和出口部,所述入口部用于接收流体流,所述出口部用于提供来自所述阀体入口的所述流体流,并且所述管部被配置为沿着管部轴线延伸,
入口法兰部,被联接至所述入口部,并且垂直于所述管部轴线向外延伸,以便联接至提供所述流体流的输入管路,以及
出口法兰部,被联接至所述出口部,并且向外并以约45°的角度倾斜于所述管部轴线而延伸;以及
b)阀体出口,具有:
对应管部,具有对应入口部和对应出口部,所述对应入口部用于接收来自所述阀体入口的所述流体流,所述对应出口部用于提供来自所述阀体出口的所述流体流,并且所述对应管部被配置为沿着对应管部轴线延伸,
对应出口法兰部,被联接至所述对应出口部,以便联接至用于接收来自所述组合阀的所述流体流的出口管路,并且垂直于所述对应管部轴线向外延伸,以及
对应入口法兰部,被联接至所述阀体出口的所述对应入口部,所述对应入口法兰部向外并以约45°的角度倾斜于所述对应管部轴线而延伸,并且被配置为联接至所述阀体入口的所述出口法兰部,使得所述阀体入口和所述阀体出口能够按照如下任一种方式被安装:
相对于所述阀体入口的所述管部轴线、并且相对于所述阀体出口的所述对应管轴线成直线的180°定向,所述阀体入口的所述管部轴线和所述阀体出口的所述对应管轴线彼此基本平行,或者
相对于所述阀体入口的所述管部轴线、并且相对于所述阀体出口的所述对应管轴线成带角度的90°定向,所述阀体入口的所述管部轴线和所述阀体出口的所述对应管轴线彼此基本垂直,或者
相对于所述阀体入口的所述管部轴线、并且相对于所述阀体出口的所述对应管轴线成介于90°与180°之间的中间带角度的定向,所述阀体入口的所述管部轴线和所述阀体出口的所述对应管轴线彼此成介于90°与180°之间的倾斜角度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合阀,其中所述阀体入口包括所述一个或多个嵌入式测量传感器,包括其中所述一个或多个嵌入式测量传感器被配置为感测流经所述组合阀的流体的流速、温度或压力的一些组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合阀,其中所述阀体出口包括所述止回阀。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合阀,其中所述阀体出口包括所述隔离阀。
5.根据权利要求1所述的组合阀,其中所述出口法兰部和所述对应出口法兰部被配置有用于接纳螺栓的对应开口,所述螺栓将所述出口法兰部和所述对应出口法兰部联接在一起。
6.根据权利要求5所述的组合阀,其中所述对应开口被配置在四个角部,使得所述阀体出口的所述对应入口法兰部能够以所述直线的180°定向、或者所述带角度的90°定向、或者所述中间带角度的定向中的任一定向,被安装至所述阀体入口的所述对应入口部。
