在本发明的一个实施方式中,漂白性物质的产生方法包括:电解碱金属氯化物盐的溶液,优选氯化钠的溶液。
电解氯化钠溶液(盐水)来产生漂白剂本身是众所周知的反应。在阴极产生氢气,在阳极产生氯气;前提是不允许氯气逸出,它溶解并进一步反应,从而根据pH值生成次氯酸钠或次氯酸。
本发明人研究了这一系统,发现漂白剂可以在餐具洗涤机中在适当少量的水中相对快速地原位产生,从而在洗涤循环期间立即使用或储存以备后续使用。发明人得出结论,在碱性pH下的电解最适合于本发明,从而足够快地产生漂白性物质以用于所需的餐具洗涤机洗涤程序并避免对后续的酶促步骤产生不利影响。
因此,在一个实施方式中,受到电解的溶液是碱性的,优选其pH为至少8,至少8.5,至少8.6,至少8.7,至少8.8,至少8.9,或至少9;且/或至多10,至多9.5,至多9.4,至多9.3,至多9.2,或至多9.1。优选地,经电解的溶液在被供应到洗涤水之前不经历进一步的pH改变。所述溶液可以是缓冲的或未缓冲的。
受到电解的溶液可以是碱金属氯化物盐在去离子水或非去离子水中的溶液。在一个实施方式中,使用去离子水。在一个实施方式中,该溶液不含其他活性成分;在一个实施方式中,它由水和碱金属氯化物盐组成或基本上由其组成。
电解反应不需要高温来进行。因此,更低的温度可用于节省能量。在一个实施方式中,本发明方法包括在不高于40℃、优选不高于35℃、30℃或25℃的温度下电解产生漂白性物质。
在一个实施方式中,电化学池位于餐具洗涤机的主壳体内。在一个实施方式中,氯化钠存在于餐具洗涤机的盐槽中,并且额外用于对电化学池进行补充。在一个实施方式中,电化学池是不通气的,或以其它方式适配成使得在反应过程中产生的任何氯气都不会从池中逸出,而是溶解回到溶液中。
优选地,从餐具洗涤机向电化学池供应直流电流,并且不需要额外的电池。如果没有完全自由选择的电压,这会对可以使用的电解条件施加其自己的设计限制。
在一个实施方式中,电化学池的电压为8至10V,优选8.5至9.5V,优选8.9至9.1V,优选9V。在另一个实施方式中,可以选择更高的电压。
在一个实施方式中,餐具洗涤机被配置为能够调节供应给电化学池的电压。这提供了对反应的额外控制,从而能够使其适应不同的洗涤程序,例如,为了快速洗涤程序而更快地生产漂白性物质,或者为了高强度洗涤程序而以更浓缩的形式生产漂白性物质。
在一个实施方式中,在电解池的电极之间没有膜或其他物理分隔物。优选地,供应给阳极的溶液具有与供应给阴极的溶液相同的组成。优选地,将单一溶液供应至电解池,并且每个电极与该单一溶液接触。
优选地,电极由在碱性溶液中耐腐蚀的任何合适的材料制成。
在一个实施方式中,每次电解的溶液体积小于1升,优选为:至多800ml,至多700ml,至多600ml,至多500ml,至多400ml,至多300ml,至多250ml,或至多200ml;且/或至少50ml,至少100ml,或至少150ml。
在一些情况下,通过电解相当小体积的相对浓缩的溶液来获得最佳产率的漂白性物质,而餐具洗涤机的液压系统需要更大量的液体以有效地供应到洗涤槽。因此,经电解的溶液可以在稀释后供应到洗涤槽。在一个实施方式中,供应到餐具洗涤机的洗涤槽的包含漂白性物质的溶液的体积小于1升,优选为:至多800ml,至多700ml,至多600ml,至多550ml,或至多500ml;且/或至少100ml,至少150ml,至少200ml,至少250ml,或至少300ml。
在一个实施方式中,溶液中的碱金属盐的浓度为:至少1重量%,至少2重量%,至少5重量%,优选至少10重量%,优选至少15重量%,优选至少20重量%,优选至少25重量%;且/或至多40重量%,优选至多35重量%,优选至多30重量%。
在一个实施方式中,电解反应进行至少5分钟,优选至少10分钟,优选至少15分钟,优选至少20分钟,优选至少25分钟,优选至少30分钟,优选至少35分钟,优选至少40分钟;且/或至多60分钟,优选至多55分钟,优选至多50分钟,优选至多45分钟。如果这在餐具洗涤机的所需洗涤程序的背景下过长,则可以提前进行电解反应,并且所产生的漂白性物质可以储存起来以用于后续的洗涤循环。
酶可以是适用于自动餐具洗涤的任何酶。优选地,它是淀粉酶或蛋白酶。含酶组合物可以包含淀粉酶和蛋白酶。
本发明的餐具洗涤机优选地是家用餐具洗涤机。优选地,它具有单个洗涤槽并且属于非传送机类型,即,碗碟在餐具洗涤机内保持静止。优选地,洗涤程序持续至少15分钟,至少20分钟,至少25分钟,至少30分钟,至少35分钟,至少40分钟,或至少45分钟;且/或至多90分钟,至多80分钟,至多70分钟,或至多60分钟。
可以将含酶组合物添加到餐具洗涤机本身内的储存器中。或者,它可以从与餐具洗涤机对接的盒中供应。类似地,包含碱金属盐的组合物可以储存在餐具洗涤机内部的储存器中,或者储存在与餐具洗涤机对接的盒中,所述盒与含酶组合物的相同或者不同。有利地,餐具洗涤机的盐槽用于双重目的:其正常功能,以及对电化学池进行补充。
在一个实施方式中,在餐具洗涤机循环的主洗阶段期间供应电解产生的漂白性物质。优选地,稍后在同一主洗阶段中供应酶。在一个实施方式中,餐具洗涤机循环包括:在供应电解产生的漂白性物质之后且在供应酶之前的漂洗阶段。
实施例
以下非限制性实施例提供了对本发明的原理的证明。
使用NaCl、NaOH和去离子水制备310ml pH 9-10的2.86%(w/w)NaCl溶液。将其在室温下电解2小时,电压为9V,电流为1.5A。在电极之间没有离子渗透膜或其他分隔物。将所得溶液用去离子水稀释至500ml体积。
将脏碗碟装入Miele G661餐具洗涤机中,并根据以下模型程序进行洗涤:实施例1中使用室温的电解产生的漂白剂,比较例1中使用50℃的常规漂白剂。根据IKW法评估经洗涤的碗碟(10=最干净,1=最脏)。

从这些结果可以看出,本发明的方法(使用电解产生的漂白剂)在低得多的温度下取得了优异的性能,并且在后续步骤中仍然提供了可接受的酶性能。
在该测试中,电极在使用前已经有些腐蚀,导致反应进行得比所需的更慢。预计使用崭新的未腐蚀的电极会使反应进行得更快。此外发现,当在冰箱中或在室温下储存在封闭的玻璃瓶中时,未稀释的含氯漂白剂的溶液稳定至少7天。这提供了在正常餐具洗涤机洗涤程序开始之前能够产生一批经电解的溶液的便利性,因此,即使在电解反应不如期望的那样快的情况下也可以保持快速洗涤。
Claims (10)
1.一种餐具的自动餐具洗涤方法,所述方法包括:电解产生漂白性物质,用包含所述漂白性物质的组合物洗涤餐具,然后用含酶组合物洗涤所述餐具。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,所述方法包括从碱金属氯化物盐的溶液、优选从氯化钠的溶液电解产生漂白性物质。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述溶液是碱性的,优选pH为8-10。
4.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,所述方法包括:在电化学池中电解产生所述漂白性物质,所述电化学池不含将其中的电极分隔开的膜。
5.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,所述方法包括:在不高于40℃、优选不高于35℃、30℃或25℃的温度下电解产生所述漂白性物质。
6.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述酶是淀粉酶或蛋白酶。
7.一种自动餐具洗涤机,其包括洗涤槽、电化学池和包含含酶组合物的第一储存器,其中,所述电化学池包含含有碱金属氯化物盐的溶液,其中,所述餐具洗涤机被配置成电解所述溶液并将经电解的溶液投放到所述洗涤槽中,而后将所述含酶组合物投放到所述洗涤槽中。
8.如权利要求7所述的自动餐具洗涤机,其中,所述电化学池连接到包含含有碱金属氯化物盐的组合物的第二储存器,并且所述餐具洗涤机被配置成将所述组合物或所述组合物的溶液从第二储存器送入所述电化学池中。
9.如权利要求7或8所述的自动餐具洗涤机,其中,含有碱金属氯化物盐的所述组合物为固体形式,并且所述餐具洗涤机还被配置成将所述组合物从第二储存器送入所述洗涤槽中而不经过所述电化学池。
10.一种套件,其包含:
-自动餐具洗涤机,其包括洗涤槽、电化学池和第一接口;和
-至少第一盒,其适于与第一接口对接,其中第一盒包含第一储存器,第一储存器包含含酶组合物;
其中,所述套件包括第二储存器,第二储存器包含含有碱金属氯化物盐的组合物,其中第二储存器设置在第一盒内或第二盒内,第二盒适于与所述餐具洗涤机上的第一接口或第二接口对接;
其中,当第二盒存在并且第一盒和第二盒与相应的接口对接时,所述餐具洗涤机被配置为:
将包含碱金属氯化物盐的所述组合物或所述组合物的溶液从第二储存器送入所述电化学池中;
电解产生漂白性物质;和
将电解产生的漂白性物质送入所述洗涤槽中,其后将所述含酶组合物送入所述洗涤槽中。
