技术领域
本发明涉及内衣材料领域,尤其是一种健康环保舒适的内衣罩杯材料。
背景技术
目前市场上文胸内衣罩杯的材质大部分是海绵,然而海绵水洗后易变形,不耐用,洗涤多次后无法使用。此外,海绵加工流程复杂,如需要切棉,高温成型,修边等劳动力成本高,而且废料多,还会造成加工周边的环境污染,由于海绵是高稳热烫成型,罩杯边和中间位置软硬度悬殊,比较硬,柔软度差,影响穿戴的舒适度和透气性,更不能根据人体的特征随时互补。最主要的是使用TDI,中文名称甲苯二异氰酸酯,具有强烈刺激气味的有机化全物,对皮肤,眼睛和呼吸有强烈刺激作用,长期接触人体不健康,基于以上原因,需要进行技术改进,因此需要设计一种健康环保舒适的内衣罩杯材料。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种健康环保舒适的内衣罩杯材料。
本发明通过下述方案实现:
一种健康环保舒适的内衣罩杯材料,以质量份计,该材料包括3628聚醚多元醇40份、330聚醚多元醇40份、RC-2700粘合剂10份、胺-乙二醇混合物2份、表面活性剂3份、水5份。
所述3628聚醚多元醇的羟值为32~38,所述3628聚醚多元醇的粘度为1000~1250cps。
所述330软泡聚醚多元醇的羟值为31~37,所述330软泡聚醚多元醇的粘度为800~920cps。
所述RC-2700粘合剂包括二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯聚合物、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯-聚醚多元醇预聚物,所述二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯聚合物、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯-聚醚多元醇预聚物的质量比为40-55:20-40:10-30。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的内衣罩杯材料具有健康舒适性好且环保无毒的优点。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明优选的实施例进一步说明:
一种健康环保舒适的内衣罩杯材料,以质量份计,该材料包括3628聚醚多元醇40份、330聚醚多元醇40份、RC-2700粘合剂10份、胺-乙二醇混合物2份、表面活性剂3份、水5份。在制备过程中,按照上述配方称取原材料,放在搅拌机中充分混合后倒入使用机器中进行搅拌,内衣罩杯的模具温度调至80-100度,将搅拌完成的材料直接注入模具内,运作时间5分钟一次模塑成型的成品内衣罩杯。
所述3628聚醚多元醇的羟值为32~38,所述3628聚醚多元醇的粘度为1000~1250cps。所述330软泡聚醚多元醇的羟值为31~37,所述330软泡聚醚多元醇的粘度为800~920cps。所述RC-2700粘合剂包括二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯聚合物、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯-聚醚多元醇预聚物,所述二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯聚合物、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯-聚醚多元醇预聚物的质量比为40-55:20-40:10-30。本发明的内衣罩杯材料具有健康舒适性好且环保无毒的优点。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种健康环保舒适的内衣罩杯材料,其特征在于:所述3628聚醚多元醇的羟值为32~38,所述3628聚醚多元醇的粘度为1000~1250cps。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种健康环保舒适的内衣罩杯材料,其特征在于:所述330软泡聚醚多元醇的羟值为31~37,所述330软泡聚醚多元醇的粘度为800~920cps。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种健康环保舒适的内衣罩杯材料,其特征在于:所述RC-2700粘合剂包括二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯聚合物、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯-聚醚多元醇预聚物,所述二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯聚合物、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯-聚醚多元醇预聚物的质量比为40-55:20-40:10-30。
