Abstract

本发明公开了一种锂电池正极材料切割装置,包括伸缩组件和切割组件,所述伸缩组件包括固定基板、设置于固定基板上的气缸以及气缸两侧与气缸连接的导向轴组件;所述切割组件包括切割基板和与其连接的切板,切割基板与气缸下轴端连接;所述切板的截面为锥形,切板之间形成隔断;所述切割基板上设置有排气口。该切割装置通过切割端的锥形设计、切割基板的排气口设计以及采用的伸出可调低速平稳运动气缸和直线导向模式对粉料进行切割,结构简单,操作方便,能够有效地提高生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及切割装置,尤其涉及一种锂电池正极材料切割装置。
背景技术
目前,三元锂电池正极材料有较高的能量密度以及较好的循环稳定性和热稳定性,广泛应用于电动汽车和混合电动汽车上,而完整的三元锂电池正极材料的生产工艺过程需要经历三次高温烧结才能完成。首先,原材料经过检验后入仓,再经过配料、搅拌、上料进行一次烧结,一次烧结完成后先切料粗粉碎再精粉碎,然后二次烧结,再二次切料粗精粉碎,经过掺杂包覆后接着三次烧结,烧结完毕再三次切料粉碎,最后经过表面处理、下料、检验合格后包装入库。在这一过程中,每次烧结后形成的烧结块比较密实且体积较大,直接放进粉碎机进行粗粉碎,一方面会对粉碎机造成损坏,另一方面粉碎的效果较差。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是提供一种对物料进行高效切割的锂电池正极材料切割装置。
技术方案:本发明的锂电池正极材料切割装置,包括伸缩组件和切割组件,所述伸缩组件包括固定基板、设置于固定基板上的气缸以及气缸两侧与气缸通过连接件连接的导向轴组件;所述切割组件包括切割基板和与其连接的切板,切割基板与气缸下轴端连接;所述切板之间形成隔断。
优选地,所述切板的切割端为锥形。将切板的切割端做成锥形,切割端形成锋利的刀片状,能够更快速地插入物料进行切割,拔出时能够有效减少物料粘附于切面上。
优选地,所述切板之间相互交叉拼接形成隔断。相互交叉拼接能够使形成的隔断数量最大化,从而一次切割即可将物料切割成多块,高效率的满足切割要求。实际工作中,根据对切割后形成的物料体积要求,合理设置每个隔断的面积和数量。
优选地,所述切板之间相互平行排列形成隔断。切板相互平行排列形成的隔断也可实现一次切割将物料切割成多块的目的,根据实施工作需要来设置。
优选地,所述切割基板上设置有排气口。一方面,被切割材料是粉料的块体,在切割的过程中,粉料脱落,块体内部的气体会释放出来,另一方面,快速切割过程中带入的气流在切割基板与放置被切割材料的容器之间会形成较强的气压,阻碍切割的进行。因此,在切割基板上设置有排气口,有利于块体内部释放的气体及时排出,并及时释放容器内的气压,避免切割过程中因克服气压而使装置消耗过多的能量,同时也减小了对装置的磨损。
更进一步地,所述排气口设置在切板相互隔断区域的上方切割基板处。在切割过程中,为了使隔断区域内的气体及时排出,释放气压,排气口设置在切板相互隔断区域的上方切割基板处。
更进一步地,排气口的大小和数量根据隔断区域的大小和数量设置。为了使排气效果更好,每个隔断区域的上方切割基板处都设置有排气口,排气口的形状可以是方形、圆形等常规图形。
优选地,切板采用PTFE材料。由于正极材料在制备过程中不可与碳钢件接触,因此切板采用耐高温、低摩擦系数的PTFE材料,在切割过程中无粘粘、污染材料等现象。
优选地,所述导向轴组件包括支撑座、导向直线轴承、固定于支撑座上且套于导向直线轴承中的导向轴。
更进一步地,所述直线轴承和气缸伸出上轴端处设置有防护罩。为了放置切割过程中脱落的粉体对设备的污染,在直线轴承和气缸伸出上轴端处对其添加耐高温、耐腐蚀保护罩进行保护。
优选地,为了防止烧结块烧结的不均匀,气缸运动时发生卡死现象,在气缸下轴端与切割基板连接处安装浮动接头,有效抑制设备的故障概率。
优选地,为了方便调节切割深度,本装置采用可调节运动气缸,可以根据工艺需求对材料的切割深度进行实时的调节。
优选地,切割基板与切板之间用钛合金材料的紧固件连接,为了避免正极材料在制备过程中与碳钢件接触而遭受污染。
有益效果:1、本发明装置的切板之间形成隔断,能够实现一次切割即可将物料切割成多块,高效率的满足切割要求;2、切割端锥形设计能够在切割物料时快速有效的插入物料,拔出时能够有效减少物料粘附于切板上;3、切割基板上设置有排气口,有利于及时排出物料内部释放的气体,并及时释放容器内的气压,避免切割过程中因克服压强而使装置消耗过多的能量,并且也减小了对装置的磨损;4、切板采用耐高温、低摩擦系数的PTFE材料,既能够防止对正极材料的污染,又能够有效延长设备使用寿命;5、采用伸出可调低速平稳运动气缸和直线导向模式对粉料进行切割,结构简单,操作方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明的锂电池正极材料切割装置包括伸缩组件和切割组件,所述伸缩组件包括固定基板4、设置于固定基板4上的气缸5以及气缸5两侧与气缸5通过连接件11连接的导向轴组件;所述导向轴组件包括支撑座6、导向直线轴承7、固定于支撑座6上且套于导向直线轴承7中的导向轴8;所述直线轴承7和气缸5伸出上轴端处设置有防护罩10;所述切割组件包括切割基板1和与其连接的切板2,切割基板1与气缸5下轴端通过浮动接头9连接。
如图2所示,本发明的切割组件中,切板2的截面为锥形,切割端形成锋利的刀片状;本实施方式的装置中切板2为4块PTFE板,切板的数量根据需要设置,当切板之间需要相互交叉拼接时,切板上设置有卡槽,使切板相互之间进行卡接,设置有卡槽的PTFE板如图3所示;本实施方式的装置中4块PTFE板相互正交交叉拼接形成9个隔断;在隔断区域的上方切割基板1处设置有排气口3,每个隔断区域的上方切割基板1处均设置有排气口3。
本发明的锂电池正极材料切割装置用于三元锂电池生产线体,线体将装有三元正极材料烧结块的匣钵传输至切料装置正下方,由切割装置对材料进行切割分离。

Claims (10)

1.一种锂电池正极材料切割装置,其特征在于,包括伸缩组件和切割组件,所述伸缩组件包括固定基板(4)、设置于固定基板(4)上的气缸(5)以及气缸(5)两侧与气缸(5)通过连接件(11)连接的导向轴组件;所述切割组件包括切割基板(1)和与其连接的切板(2),切割基板(1)与气缸(5)下轴端连接;所述切板(2)之间形成隔断。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锂电池正极材料切割装置,其特征在于,所述切板(2)的切割端为锥形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的锂电池正极材料切割装置,其特征在于,所述切板(2)之间相互交叉拼接形成隔断。
4.根据权利要求1所述的锂电池正极材料切割装置,其特征在于,所述切板(2)之间相互平行排列形成隔断。
5.根据权利要求1所述的锂电池正极材料切割装置,其特征在于,所述切割基板(1)上设置有排气口(3)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的锂电池正极材料切割装置,其特征在于,所述排气口(3)设置在切板相互隔断区域的上方切割基板(1)处。
7.根据权利要求5所述的锂电池正极材料切割装置,其特征在于,所述排气口(3)的大小和数量根据隔断区域的大小和数量设置。
8.根据权利要求1所述的锂电池正极材料切割装置,其特征在于,所述导向轴组件包括支撑座(6)、导向直线轴承(7)、固定于支撑座(6)上且套于导向直线轴承(7)中的导向轴(8)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的锂电池正极材料切割装置,其特征在于,所述直线轴承(7)和气缸(5)伸出上轴端处设置有防护罩(10)。
10.根据权利要求1所述的锂电池正极材料切割装置,其特征在于,所述切割基板(1)通过浮动接头(9)与气缸(5)下轴端连接。
