A plant phenological observation camera device, characterized in that: the device comprises an observation camera (1), an angle adjusting mechanism (2), a lens cleaning mechanism (3), a protection mechanism (5) and a fixing mechanism (4), wherein the observation camera (1) is a plant monitoring camera, the observation camera (1) is installed on the angle adjusting mechanism (2), the observation camera (1) is hinged on the angle adjusting mechanism (2), the angle adjusting mechanism (2) is installed at the top of the fixing mechanism (4), the angle adjusting mechanism (2) is welded with the fixing mechanism (4), the protection mechanism (5) is installed on the angle adjusting mechanism (2), and the plant monitoring camera and the angle adjusting mechanism (2) are protected by the protection mechanism (5); the angle adjusting mechanism (2) comprises a direction adjusting motor (2a), a mounting plate (2b), a mounting upright post (2c), an angle adjusting motor (2d) and a crank link mechanism (2e), the direction adjusting motor (2a) is mounted at the top end of the fixing mechanism (4), the mounting plate (2b) is mounted on the direction adjusting motor (2a), the mounting plate (2b) can rotate along with the direction adjusting motor (2a), one end of the mounting upright post (2c) is welded on the mounting plate (2b), the other end of the mounting upright post (2c) is hinged below the observation camera (1), the angle adjusting motor (2d) is welded on the mounting plate (2b), one end of the crank link mechanism (2e) is connected on the output shaft of the angle adjusting motor (2d), the other end of the crank link mechanism (2e) is hinged on the observation camera (1), the angle adjustment of the observation camera (1) is realized by the angle adjusting motor (2d) through the crank connecting rod mechanism (2 e); the lens cleaning mechanism (3) comprises a supporting seat (3a), a reset spring (3b), a cleaning block (3c) and a reset mechanism (3d), the supporting seat (3a) is welded on the mounting upright post (2c), one end of the reset spring (3b) is connected with the supporting seat (3a), the other end of the reset spring (3b) is connected with the cleaning block (3c), and the reset mechanism (3d) is arranged on the cleaning block (3 c); the reset mechanism (3d) comprises a pressure lever (3d1) and a one-way turning plate (3d2), the pressure lever (3d1) is welded on one side of the observation camera (1), the one-way turning plate (3d2) is welded on the cleaning block (3c), and after the reset mechanism (3d) is reset, the pressure lever (3d1) is abutted to the upper side of the one-way turning plate (3d 2).
