Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保全合成型液压支架用浓缩液,一种环保全合成型液压支架用浓缩液,包括以下组分:以重量百分比计,复合防锈防腐剂5‑15wt%、润滑剂2‑6wt%,有机醇胺3‑8wt%、表面活性剂5‑15wt%、抗硬水剂3‑15wt%和软化水50‑75wt%。将上述原材料按照一定顺序和比例加入后,即可获得所述液压支架浓缩液。相比现有技术中的传统乳化油和全合成体系,该液压支架浓缩液不含亚硝酸钠、硼、钼酸盐等物质,具有环境友好、原材料常见易得等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种液压传动介质,特别涉及一种环保液压支架用浓缩液。
背景技术
液压支架是用来控制采煤工作面矿山压力的结构物,它的主要作用是支护采场顶板,维护安全作业空间,推移工作面采运设备等,它的工作性能对综采工作面的生产率、安全性等经济技术指标有很大的影响。液压支架液作为液压支架的工作介质,不仅起动力传递作用,而且要起润滑、冷却、防腐、防锈作用,被称为是液压支架的“血液”。目前,国内煤矿液压支架液通常由基础油辅以多种功能添加剂调和而成,其润滑性、稳定性、防锈性、防锈防腐性、与密封材料的相容性等均需满足,方可进入井下煤矿使用。
传统的乳化型液压支架液是油-水两相体系,属于热力学不稳体系,在实际使用过程中很容易出现析油、析皂等情况,由于析出物性能较为稳定、不易降解,所以一旦出现泄露或排放就会造成严重的矿井水质污染,同时析出油皂不断积累,可能出现堵塞液压系统过滤器组件的问题,从而造成液压支架工作出现异常。基于上述问题,在传统的乳化油基础上又逐渐发展起来了液压支架用浓缩液,该类型产品具有优异的高低温和储存稳定性,不会产生油皂析出现象,从而延长了设备无故障运行周期,有利于综采工作面安全操作,提高矿井高产高效的水平,它解决了乳化油稳定性差、成本高、原料缺乏等问题。随着我过煤炭需求的和开采量逐渐平稳,电液控制系统的大规模应用也就成为了必然趋势,为了保证电液控制系统的连续高效、平稳安全运行,这就要求与之配套使用的液压支架用乳化油和浓缩液的性能和指标得到进一步提升,主要包括工作液的清洁度、稳定性、防汛防腐性和对密封材料的相容性,此外,随着环保问题越来越被人们所重视,液压支架液中不添加对人体有害的添加剂也逐渐成为发展趋势。
但目前现有液压支架用浓缩液配方技术为了解决产品的防锈防腐性能,同时考虑到性价比等问题,大多采用仍含有硼、亚硝酸钠、钼酸盐等对人体或环境有害添加剂。
比如在CN102634405A中提及了含有硼酸酯类添加剂,在CN103740440B中采用硼酸、癸二酸和三乙醇胺为原材料,在70-80℃下保温反应得到硼酸酯缓蚀剂组分,同时还添加了钼酸钠。
在CN 105154174A中以三乙醇胺、单乙醇胺、有机酸和硼酸为原材料,在95-100℃下反应制备得到防锈剂组分。
在CN101029273B中包含致癌物亚硝酸钠,上述这些举例中无一例外的都含有硼、亚硝酸钠或钼酸盐中的一种或两种。
此外,在市售的国内外多款液压支架液产品中均检测出亚硝酸钠成分,因此,这就需要制备出一种不含亚硝酸钠、硼、钼酸盐等物质,具有环境友好、原材料常见易得等特点的液压支架用浓缩液。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种液压支架用浓缩液及其制备工艺,它具有不含亚硝酸钠、硼、钼酸盐等物质,环境友好、原材料常见易得等特点。
本发明提供一种环保全合成型液压支架用浓缩液,包括以下组分:以重量百分比计,复合防锈防腐剂5-15wt%、润滑剂2-6wt%,有机醇胺3-8wt%、表面活性剂5-15wt%、抗硬水剂3-15wt%和软化水50-75wt%。
本发明所述的环保全合成型液压支架用浓缩液,其中:所述复合防锈防腐剂为苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、苯并三氮唑、有机一元羧酸盐中和有机二元羧酸盐中的至少两种。
本发明所述的环保全合成型液压支架用浓缩液,其中:所述表面活性剂为脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚或吐温。
本发明所述的环保全合成型液压支架用浓缩液,其中:所述抗硬水剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠和/或乙二胺四乙酸四钠。
本发明所述的环保全合成型液压支架用浓缩液,其中:所述润滑剂为水溶性聚醚酯和/或烷基磷酸酯胺盐。
本发明所述的环保全合成型液压支架用浓缩液,其中:所述有机醇胺为单乙醇胺、三乙醇胺和2-氨基-2甲基-1-丙醇中的至少一种。

为实现上述目的设计液压支架用浓缩液,其中各原料组分按照重量百分比计算,其组成、含量及生产制备工艺如下:
复合防锈防腐剂5-15wt%、润滑剂2-6wt%,有机醇胺3-8wt%、表面活性剂5-15wt%、抗硬水剂3-15wt%和软化水50-75wt%组成。将上述原材料按照一定顺序和比例加入后,即可获得所述液压支架浓缩液。
所述的复合防锈防腐剂为苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、苯并三氮唑、有机一元羧酸盐中、有机二元羧酸盐中的至少两种或两种以上混合物。
所述的表面活性剂为脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、吐温中的一种。
所述的抗硬水剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠或乙二胺四乙酸四钠中的一种或两种混合物。
所述的润滑剂为水溶性聚醚酯、烷基磷酸酯胺盐的一种或两种的混合物。
所述的有机醇胺为单乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、2-氨基-2甲基、1-丙醇中的一种或几种的混合物。
本发明的液压支架用浓缩液性能满足煤炭行业标准MT76-2011《液压支架用乳化油、浓缩液及其高含水液压液》要求,具有良好的稳定性、防锈防腐性、润滑性、硬水适应性、产品无闪点等特点。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明与现有技术相比,不含亚硝酸钠、硼、钼酸盐等物质,具有环境友好、原材料常见易得等特点,值得推广应用。

具体实施方式
以下对本发明的实施例作详细说明:本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例,下列实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法,通常按照常规条件。
复合防锈防腐剂:
在本发明中,对复合防锈防腐剂并无特别限定,通常按照质量百分数计,本发明使用的复合防锈防腐剂为5-15wt%,如果复合防锈防腐剂的用量小于为5wt%,由于复合防锈防腐剂用量过小,容易造成防腐试验中钢棒出现锈点、腐蚀坑等及防锈试验中铸铁块出现锈蚀等问题;而复合防锈防腐剂的用量大于15wt%,由于复合防锈防腐剂用量过大,产品成本上升,造成复合防锈防腐剂的浪费,且由于其固有的多种极性官能团对产品的储存稳定性带来潜在的不利影响,并无其他有益效果;
润滑剂:
在本发明中,对润滑剂并无特别限定,通常按照质量百分数计,本发明使用的润滑剂为2-6wt%,如果润滑剂的用量小于为2wt%,由于润滑剂用量过小,容易造成润滑性能不足,四球试验PB不能满足指标要求等问题;而润滑剂的用量大于6wt%,由于润滑剂用量过大,造成润滑剂的浪费,且水溶性润滑剂大多具有容易起泡等缺点,这对解决此类产品的抗泡性能带来很大的困难,并无其他有益效果;
有机醇胺:
在本发明中,对有机醇胺并无特别限定,通常按照质量百分数计,本发明使用的有机醇胺为3-8wt%,如果有机醇胺的用量小于为3wt%,由于有机醇胺用量过小,容易造成产品体系储存稳定性不佳,有可能出现低温耐冻融试验出现析出物,不能恢复原状等潜在问题;而有机醇胺的用量大于8wt%,由于有机醇胺用量过大,造成有机醇胺的浪费,且有机醇胺类物质对体系的泡沫生成有一定贡献,进而恶化产品的抗泡性能,并无其他有益效果;
表面活性剂:
在本发明中,对表面活性剂并无特别限定,通常按照质量百分数计,本发明使用的表面活性剂为5-15wt%,如果表面活性剂的用量小于为5wt%,由于表面活性剂用量过小,容易造成产品体系储存稳定性不佳,出现低温耐冻融试验出现析出物,不能恢复原状等潜在问题;而表面活性剂的用量大于15wt%,由于表面活性剂用量过大,造成表面活性剂的浪费,且表面活性剂本身就具有发泡性能,对体系的泡沫问题解决带来很大的困难,并无其他有益效果;
抗硬水剂:
在本发明中,对抗硬水剂并无特别限定,通常按照质量百分数计,本发明使用的抗硬水剂为3-15wt%,如果抗硬水剂的用量小于为3wt%,由于表面活性剂用量过小,容易造成产品的硬水适应性不佳,容易出现室温用该类浓缩液产品稀释后制得的工作液外观不透亮、有析出物等问题,此外,在高温储存时短时间内出现工作液变浑浊、容器底部出现析出物等严重问题,这些产品一旦应用到现场的液压支架中,就可能出现液压系统滤芯堵塞、系统压力较大幅度波动等严重后果;而抗硬水剂的用量大于15wt%,由于抗硬水剂用量过大,造成抗硬水剂的浪费,且硬水剂本身会与硬水中的钙镁离子结合生成羧酸钙镁类物质,这类物质在液压系统中快速、较高压力下流动时,会产生降低产品润滑性能的泡渣,并无其他有益效果;
软化水:
在本发明中,对软化水并无特别限定,通常按照质量百分数计,本发明使用的软化水为50-75wt%,如果软化水用量小于50wt%,由于软化水用量过小,容易造成产品储存稳定性不佳,性价比较差等问题;而软化水用量大于75wt%,由于软化水用量过大,造成产品的有效成分含量较低,不能起到此类产品应具有的冷却、润滑和防锈等功能,并无其他有益效果。
复合防锈防腐剂的种类:
在本发明中,对复合防锈防腐剂的种类并无特殊限定,通常可以列举为苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、苯并三氮唑、有机一元羧酸盐中和有机二元羧酸盐中的至少两种。
表面活性剂的种类:
在本发明中,对复合防锈防腐剂的种类并无特殊限定,通常可以列举为脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚或吐温。
抗硬水剂的种类:
在本发明中,对抗硬水剂的种类并无特殊限定,通常可以列举为乙二胺四乙酸二钠和/或乙二胺四乙酸四钠。
润滑剂的种类:
在本发明中,对抗硬水剂的种类并无特殊限定,通常可以列举为水溶性聚醚酯和/或烷基磷酸酯胺盐。
有机醇胺的种类:
在本发明中,对抗硬水剂的种类并无特殊限定,通常可以列举为单乙醇胺、三乙醇胺和2-氨基-2甲基-1-丙醇中的至少一种。
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种环保全合成型液压支架用浓缩液,各组分、重量百分比为:
复合防锈防腐剂10%、润滑剂5%,有机醇胺5%、表面活性剂4%、抗硬水剂5%和软化水72%组成。
其中,复合防锈剂为癸二酸盐3.5%、苯甲酸钠6%、苯并三氮唑0.5%,润滑剂为烷基磷酸酯胺盐5%,表面活性剂为脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯LAE4%,有机醇胺为三乙醇胺7%,抗硬水剂为乙二胺四乙酸四钠5%,软化水72%。
实施例2
一种环保全合成型液压支架用浓缩液,各组分、重量百分比为:
复合防锈防腐剂12%、润滑剂5%,有机醇胺8%、表面活性剂7%、抗硬水剂10%和软化水58%组成。
其中,复合防锈剂为苯甲酸钠5%、己二酸盐6.5%、苯并三氮唑0.5%,润滑剂为水溶性聚酯5%,表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯OS-157%,有机醇胺为三乙醇胺6%、单乙醇胺2%,抗硬水剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠10%,软化水58%。
实施例3
一种环保全合成型液压支架用浓缩液,各组分、重量百分比及制备工艺为:
复合防锈防腐剂10%、润滑剂5%,有机醇胺3%、表面活性剂4%、抗硬水剂13%和软化水65%。
其中,复合防锈剂为新癸酸盐4%、苯甲酸钠5%、苯并三氮唑1%,润滑剂为烷基磷酸酯胺盐5%,表面活性剂为吐温804%,有机醇胺为单乙醇胺3%,抗硬水剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠13%,软化水65%。
实施例4
一种环保全合成型液压支架用浓缩液,各组分、重量百分比为:
复合防锈防腐剂5%、润滑剂6%,有机醇胺7%、表面活性剂13%、抗硬水剂15%和软化水64%。
其中,复合防锈剂为癸二酸盐4%、苯甲酸钠0.5%、苯并三氮唑0.5%,润滑剂为烷基磷酸酯胺盐6%,表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯OS-1513%,有机醇胺为2-氨基-2甲基-1-丙醇中7%,抗硬水剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠15%,软化水64%。
实施例5
一种环保全合成型液压支架用浓缩液,各组分、重量百分比为:
复合防锈防腐剂15%、润滑剂2%,有机醇胺4%、表面活性剂15%、抗硬水剂3%和软化水61%。
其中,复合防锈剂为己二酸盐6%、苯甲酸钠8.5%、苯并三氮唑0.5%,润滑剂为水溶性聚酯2%,表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯OS-1515%,有机醇胺为单乙醇胺4%,抗硬水剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠3%,软化水61%。
实施例6
一种环保全合成型液压支架用浓缩液,各组分、重量百分比为:
复合防锈防腐剂5%、润滑剂6%,有机醇胺7%、表面活性剂13%、抗硬水剂15%和软化水64%。
其中,复合防锈剂为癸二酸盐4%、苯甲酸钠0.5%、苯并三氮唑0.5%,润滑剂为烷基磷酸酯胺盐6%,表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯OS-1513%,有机醇胺为2-氨基-2甲基-1-丙醇中7%,抗硬水剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠15%,软化水64%。
实施例7
一种环保全合成型液压支架用浓缩液,各组分、重量百分比为:
复合防锈防腐剂6%、润滑剂3%,有机醇胺5%、表面活性剂5%、抗硬水剂6%和软化水75%。
其中,复合防锈剂为癸二酸盐5%、苯甲酸钠0.5%、苯并三氮唑0.5%,润滑剂为烷基磷酸酯胺盐3%,表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯OS-153%,有机醇胺为2-氨基-2甲基-1-丙醇中5%,抗硬水剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠6%,软化水75%。
表1给出的本发明液压支架用浓缩液的主要性能数据,从表中可以看出,7个实施例在浓缩液粘度、稀释液的pH、润滑性和密封材料相容性有区别,但都能满足MT 76-2011的指标要求,这说明本发明所涉及的液压支架液产品具有良好的稳定性、防锈防腐性、润滑性、硬水适应性、产品无闪点等特点,不含亚硝酸钠、硼、钼酸盐等物质,环境友好、原材料常见易得等特点。
Claims (9)
1.一种环保全合成型液压支架用浓缩液,包括以下组分:以重量百分比计,复合防锈防腐剂5-15wt%、润滑剂2-6wt%,有机醇胺3-8wt%、表面活性剂5-15wt%、抗硬水剂3-15wt%和软化水50-75wt%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保全合成型液压支架用浓缩液,其特征在于:所述复合防锈防腐剂为苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、苯并三氮唑、有机一元羧酸盐中和有机二元羧酸盐中的至少两种。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的环保全合成型液压支架用浓缩液,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚或吐温。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的环保全合成型液压支架用浓缩液,其特征在于:所述抗硬水剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠和/或乙二胺四乙酸四钠。
