本发明公开了一种合成型柴油机机油,包括三类基础油,高粘度四类基础油,复合添加剂,降凝剂,以质量百分比计,所述三类基础油的含量为68%~71%,所述高粘度四类基础油的含量14%~16%,复合添加剂的含量为14%~16%,降凝剂的含量为0.3%,本发明柴油机机油中,三类基础油具有良好的氧化稳定性,不添加任何粘度指数改进剂,保证了润滑油的抗剪切性能,在长换油周期过程中,压力不会下降,高粘度合成基础油,增强了润滑油的油膜强度,保证了发动机在长公里行驶过程中能够提供足够强度的油膜保护。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油技术领域,特别涉及一种新合成型柴油机机油。
背景技术
随着科技的飞速进步,现代工业迅猛发展以及全球环保与节能意识的提高,人们对柴油机综合性能要求也在不断提高,综合性能较低的柴油机机油已经不能满足现代工业化的需要。高性能柴油机机油的标准不断升级的同时,评价柴油机机油使用性能的试验技术和理论方法也在相应的跟进,例如长换油周期。柴油机的换油周期越来越长,不仅有效节约了换油成本,而且降低了污染。越来越多的终端客户及经销商趋向于使用长换油周期的柴油机机油。目前柴油机机油的平均换油周期集中在60000km左右,这对于长换油周期的柴油机机油的各方面性能提出了更高的要求。加之,柴油机机油用于机械的摩擦部分,润滑和密封作用,也可以用于金属表面防锈作用,新型的高性能的柴油机机油的开发显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种合成型柴油机机油,该柴油机机油优异的抗氧化性能,稳定的抗剪切性能,长效的油膜保护,保证发动机在长期行驶过程中,长换油周期间有个稳定高效的使用性能。
本发明提供了一种合成型柴油机机油,包括三类基础油,高粘度四类基础油、复合添加剂、降凝剂,所述合成型柴油机机油三类基础油,以质量百分比计,包括:三类基础油的含量为68%~71%,高粘度四类基础油的含量14%~16%,复合添加剂的含量为14%~16%,降凝剂的含量为0.3%。
优选的,所述三类基础油为高粘度指数加氢基础油。
优选的,所述三类基础油的基础油粘度指数为120~140。
优选的,所述高粘度四类基础油为聚a烯烃基础油。
优选的,所述高粘度四类基础油的粘度指数为180~210。
优选的,所述降凝剂为聚a烯烃型降凝剂。
本发明的有益效果:通过选用三类基础油和聚a烯烃相融合,很好的解决了添加剂的相容性问题,并且聚a烯烃具有良好的粘温性能,较好的热氧化安定性,同时三类基础油也具有良好的氧化稳定性,配合高性能添加剂的使用能很好的提升换油周期。使用的复合添加剂具有优异的抗氧及抗磨性能,并且具有良好的清净分散性,在长换油周期过程中能够提供长久的碱值保护,并且有效的较少烟炱和油泥的形成,能够长久保持发动机清洁。不添加任何粘度指数改进剂,有效的保证了润滑油的抗剪切性能,在长换油周期过程中,压力不会下降。通过使用了高粘度合成基础油,增强了润滑油的油膜强度,保证了发动机在长公里行驶过程中能够提供足够强度的油膜保护。

具体实施方式
本发明还提供了上述合成型柴油机机油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:以下以质量百分比计,
步骤1:将69%比例的韩国双龙250N三类基础油通过螺杆泵泵送到调和釜中,开启升温和脉冲,基础油温度控制在60℃±5℃。
步骤2:将高粘度聚a烯烃PAO200通过螺杆泵泵送到调和釜中,并控制温度在60℃±5℃,开启脉冲,使两种基础油充分混合。
步骤3:将0.3%的罗曼克斯T1-248降凝剂缓慢加入到调和釜中,并开启脉冲,脉冲时间控制在20min,使降凝剂充分溶解到基础油中。
步骤4:将16%雅富顿化工H8788LA通过螺杆泵泵送到调和釜中,温度控制在60℃±5℃,开启脉冲,脉冲时间控制在30min,使复合添加剂充分溶解到基础油中。
对实施例中的混合物进行性能测试,得到结果见表1:

从以上数据可以看出,较低的运动粘度保证了良好的燃油经济型,同时,高温高剪切数据保证了产品具有稳定持久的压力,可以提供长换油周期的使用。

1.一种合成型柴油机机油,其特征在于:包括三类基础油,高粘度四类基础油,复合添加剂,降凝剂,以质量百分比计,所述三类基础油的含量为68%~71%,所述高粘度四类基础油的含量14%~16%,复合添加剂的含量为14%~16%,降凝剂的含量为0.3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的合成型柴油机机油,其特征在于:所述三类基础油为高粘度指数加氢基础油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的合成型柴油机机油,其特征在于:所述三类基础油的基础油粘度指数为120~140。
4.根据权利要求1所述的合成型柴油机机油,其特征在于:所述高粘度四类基础油为聚a烯烃基础油。
5.根据权利要求1所述的合成型柴油机机油,其特征在于:所述高粘度四类基础油的粘度指数180~210。
6.根据权利要求1所述的合成型柴油机机油,其特征在于,所述降凝剂为聚a烯烃型降凝剂。
