In the tower section replacement device, the support frame 1 has the same length and width as the tower section 4, so that the tower section of the tower crane at the position of the penetrating floor 5 can be replaced, the tower section can be connected with the tower section 4 in a positive manner through the connecting component 2, and after the tower section replacement device is connected, the support column 11 of the support frame 1 is positioned on the extension line of the main chord 41 of the tower section 4, so that the transmission of force of the tower crane in the vertical direction can be ensured; meanwhile, the height of the support frame 1 is consistent with the thickness of the floor slab 5, so that the support frame and the floor slab 5 can be poured into a whole, and after the use is finished, only the tower section 4 connected with the upper end and the lower end of the tower section replacement device is required to be removed, and the tower section replacement device is reserved in the floor slab 5. When the tower section replacement device is used for penetrating the floor 5, the support frame 1 and the floor 5 can be poured into a whole, so that no hole is needed, the influence on the floor structure and construction of the building engineering is small, and the construction is convenient.
When the floor 5 is poured, the operation space near the floor 5 is limited, so that the connection assembly 2 is convenient to disassemble, as shown in fig. 1, the connection assembly 2 comprises a connection sleeve 21 fixedly connected to the periphery of the support column 11, an internal thread is arranged in the connection sleeve 21, and the connection sleeve 21 is in threaded connection with a connection bolt 22. When the tower section 4 is connected, the connecting bolts 22 penetrate through the connecting lugs of the tower section 4 and are screwed into the connecting sleeves 21, so that the support columns 11 are connected and fastened with the tower section 4. When the connecting assembly 2 is removed, the connecting bolt 22 is only required to be screwed out of the connecting sleeve 21, so that the removal operation of the connecting assembly 2 can be completed in one direction. The connection assembly 2 can be detached from one direction, and the required operation space is small. It will be appreciated that other arrangements of the connection assembly 2 may be employed by those skilled in the art, provided that the support column 11 is secured to the tower section 4 and is readily removable from the single direction.
Before the floor 5 is poured, the bottom plate 13 of the support frame 1 needs to be welded to the floor bottom template 51 so as to be convenient for pouring the support frame 1 and the floor 5 into a whole. In order to facilitate the connection of the bottom plate 13 of the support frame 1 to the floor forms 51, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the outer edges of the bottom plate 13 are welded with wings 3 for connecting the floor forms 51. Before the floor 5 is poured, the bottom plate 13 of the support frame 1 and the floor bottom template 51 can be connected into a whole by welding the wing plate 3 and the floor bottom template 51 into a whole.
It should be noted that, in order to ensure structural stability of the support frame 1, it is preferable that the top plate 12 and the bottom plate 13 are welded to the support column 11.
As shown in fig. 4, the embodiment of the invention also provides a tower crane, which comprises the tower section replacement device, wherein the upper end and the lower end of the tower section replacement device are connected with a plurality of sections of tower sections 4, and the tower section replacement device is positioned at a position where the tower crane passes through a floor slab 5. The tower crane adopts the tower section replacement device to replace the tower section at the position crossing the floor 5, and the support frame 1 of the tower section replacement device can be poured with the floor 5 into a whole, so that holes are not required to be reserved when the tower crane penetrates through the floor 5, the influence on the floor structure and construction of the building engineering is small, in addition, after the tower crane is used, only the tower section 4 connected with the upper end and the lower end of the tower section replacement device is required to be removed, and the tower section replacement device is reserved in the floor 5, so that the construction is simple, convenient and quick. It should be noted that, the tower section 4 adopted by the tower crane may be a conventional standard section, and if the standard section cannot enable the tower section replacement device to be located at the floor 5 exactly, the tower section 4 with a non-standard height may be adopted for adjustment, so long as the tower section replacement device is ensured to be located at the position where the tower crane passes through the floor 5.
The embodiment of the invention further provides a floor penetrating construction method of the tower crane, which comprises the following steps: installing tower sections 4 from bottom to top until the top surface of the uppermost tower section 4 is flush with the bottom surface of the floor slab 5; the support frame 1 is connected to the uppermost tower section 4 by the connecting component 2, a section of tower section 4 is connected above the support frame 1 by the connecting component 2, and the tower section 4 is continuously installed on the section of tower section 4 until the installation of the tower crane is completed; pouring the support frame 1 and the floor 5 into a whole; after the tower crane is used, the connecting assembly 2 connected between the support frame 1 and the tower section 4 is detached, and the tower section 4 is detached section by section according to floors. By adopting the construction method for penetrating the floor, no hole is needed, the influence on the floor structure and construction of the building engineering is small, and the construction is convenient.
