Abstract
A double-layer tank, comprising: an outer tank and an inner tank; a plurality of fixing rods are arranged between the inner tank and the outer tank, one ends of the fixing rods are arranged on the inner surface of the outer tank, the other ends of the fixing rods are provided with pulleys, and the pulleys are tightly attached to the outer surface of the inner tank; the inner tank is provided with a first rotating shaft, a second rotating shaft, a temperature control device and a heat preservation layer; one end of the first rotating shaft is arranged on the outer surface of the inner tank, and the other end of the first rotating shaft is fixed on the inner surface of the outer tank through a bearing; one end of the second bearing is arranged on the outer surface of the inner tank, and the other end of the second bearing penetrates through the outer tank to be connected to the driving device; the heat preservation layer is arranged on the outer surface of the inner tank; the temperature control device comprises: solar energy power storage device, heating device and temperature control system. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a storage tank, in particular to a double-layer storage tank.
Background
In the prior art, the storage tank is made of materials such as glass fiber reinforced plastic, stainless steel, polyethylene, PP and the like, but additives, oils and the like with lower ignition points and solidification points are required to be managed and controlled by personnel in summer on one hand, and the storage tank can be used after heating and solidifying liquid in winter on the other hand. However, these techniques increase labor and heating costs and reduce industrial production efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a double-layer tank, which solves the above-mentioned technical drawbacks.
To achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides a double-layered storage tank comprising: an outer tank and an inner tank; the inner tank is provided with a first rotating shaft, a second rotating shaft, a temperature control device, a conveying pipeline and an insulating layer; one end of the first rotating shaft is arranged on the outer surface of one end of the inner tank, and the other end of the first rotating shaft is fixed on the inner surface of the outer tank through a bearing; one end of the second rotating shaft is arranged on the outer surface of the other end of the inner tank, and the other end of the second rotating shaft penetrates through the outer tank to be connected to the driving device; the heat preservation layer is arranged on the outer surface of the inner tank; the outer tank is arranged outside the inner tank; a plurality of fixing rods are arranged between the outer tank and the inner tank, one end of each fixing rod is arranged on the inner surface of the outer tank, the other end of each fixing rod is provided with a pulley, and the pulleys are clung to the heat insulation layer; the temperature control device comprises: a heating device and a temperature control system; the heating device includes: the solar energy power generation system, the storage battery and the heating pipe; the storage battery is connected to the heating pipe through a wire; the heating pipe is arranged in the inner tank; the temperature control system comprises: the temperature measuring system is arranged in the inner tank, and the temperature control system is connected with the temperature measuring system and the heating device; one end of the conveying pipeline is arranged in the inner tank, and the other end of the conveying pipeline penetrates through the inner tank, the heat insulation layer, the first rotating shaft and the outer tank.
Through the use of the rotating device and the heating device, the viscosity of the organic material is prevented from becoming large in winter when the temperature is low, and the use is inconvenient.
Preferably, a plurality of smoke alarm devices are arranged in the outer tank; further preferably, a plurality of dry powder spraying devices are also arranged on the outer tank.
Because the storage tank is filled with the organic solvent, the fire point is lower, and the safety is improved by arranging fire-fighting facilities.
Preferably, the joint of the second rotating shaft penetrating through the outer tank is sealed by an O-shaped ring; further preferably, the outer tank is further provided with a vacuum pumping device for pumping air between the outer tank and the inner tank.
The internal tank and the external tank are kept at a certain vacuum degree, so that the existence of oxygen is reduced, and the safety is improved.
Preferably, a first annular conductive contact and a second annular conductive contact are further arranged on the outer wall of the inner tank, and the first annular conductive contact is connected with a solar power storage device and a heating device through wires; the second annular conductive contact is connected with a temperature measurement system and a temperature control system through wires.
The solar energy power storage device and the heating device can be guaranteed to be in a connection state at all times through the first annular conductive contact and the second annular conductive contact when the inner tank rotates.
Preferably, the conveying pipeline comprises: the inner tube and the outer tube penetrate through the inner tank and the first rotating shaft, one end of the outer tube, far away from the inner tank, is sealed by the rotating cover, the other end of the outer tube is provided with a concave interface, the concave interface is provided with a plurality of concave steps, and the concave steps are provided with first grooves; one end of the inner tube is provided with a convex joint, the convex joint is provided with a plurality of convex steps, and the convex steps are provided with second grooves; the first groove and the second groove are mutually meshed and connected by an O-shaped ring after the inner pipe is connected with the outer pipe; the other end of the inner tube is arranged in the inner tank; the weight of the inner tube is greater than 20 kg.
Through setting up heavier inner tube and handling the inner tube and outer tube junction, when can realizing the inner tank rotation, the inner tube remains the vertical state throughout because of self weight, outwards extracts the solvent when being convenient for the inner tank rotation.
As described above, the invention provides a double-layer storage tank, which solves the problems that in the prior art, when materials such as glass fiber reinforced plastic, stainless steel, polyethylene, PP and the like are adopted to manufacture the storage tank, personnel are required to monitor and manage potential safety hazards in summer to prevent the ignition due to lower ignition points, and the storage tank can only be used after heating is required to be carried out when the viscosity of organic materials in winter is increased.
